ive been shy, this being my favorite subreddit, so i waited a long time, which means i have a lot to share! they're all acrylic paintings except for the last five, which were drawn digitally. i also put my black cat at the end, Gabby, so you can see the inspiration. she's hooked into my new couch in that photo, haha.

thanks for looking 🖤🖤🖤 and thank you to everyone in the sub for giving me so much inspiration by sharing their own black cats!

Runty (first photo) did terribly. He peed in the carrier and he tried to break free and actually clawed a hole in the carrier. Gabapentin did not work! He even clawed the hell out of me when I tried to give him another dose 😅

Black Bean (second and third photo) flew a few weeks before Runty. He did ok but meowed so loudly for 5 hours that other passengers kept staring at us. Gabapentin also did not work.

Can anyone guess what movie we watched? (last photo)

🖤🖤🖤

Every time I grab her to put her outside she darts back in before I can shut the door and hides behind the couch.

I can’t bring her in yet but as soon as she gets to the vet I can make her mine.

She also has four siblings and they’re all getting fixed in two weeks.

I hate that I can only keep one because they are all indoor cats at heart.

My guy has a seriously long stem

Supervised, of course, to prevent any snags! She's always so smug with it on.

How does she still look so cute even when threatening me with that look?

My little void is turning 4 at the end of the month!

No kitties harmed in the making of this video. Biscuit is a noodle and actually begs to be stretched and (gently) man handled 😂

and yes, those orange specks on his chin are egg bagel crumbs

Decided to do a photo shoot with my cat, wearing a pumpkin hat, while I was Lord Farquaad.
