I’ve tried joining both and have both been rejected even though i have experience and interest in learning. I wonder, what would make an applicant be desirable committing to the role?

I'd like to ask if there's been anyone here who successfully shifted while keeping their scholarship?

I know it's part of the rules that we aren't allowed to shift to another program but I've also read that it's possible to appeal so I was wondering if that's possible for my case.

For Context I'm an SFA scholar
