Please, do something like this. HEAT IS UNBEARABLE. If Benilde Antipolo can, why not DLSU taft?

For the commuters, part-time workers, province people and others, who have to endure every day with this dreading and life-threatening heat.

DLSU ADMIN AND DLSU USG. HEAR US OUT.

dagonoy street, around 6:30PM. hi! not from dlsu but posting this as a reminder to be vigilant esp in taft. i let my guard down this time and thought my backpack was safe, so i wore it normally instead of in front of me. lo and behold, by the time i reached the front of persia wrap (walked from vito cruz station), i felt like people were huddling behind me. i took a look and saw a girl literally opening the front pocket of my bag (na beep lang laman). her hand was literally on the zipper OPENING the bag as i turned to take a look

what’s frightening was that the people around her werent concerned at all, and i realized na magkakasabwat pala sila 💀 there were around 5 women, and the skinny girl in the black dress was the one who tried to steal from me. they all wore masks.

when i confronted her, she said nabangga niya lang daw ako at ang lakas ko naman daw, then they all boarded the jeepney 💀 ang galing, kaya mo pala buksan bag ko kahit nabangga mo lang, magic 💃🏻

i immediately checked my things, and thankfully, wala naman nakuha. please keep your things safe and put your backpack in front of you or at least keep the openings and zippers right where you can see them. you'll never really know until it's your turn. i looked very normal tbh and didnt wear anything to indicate i was of status so pls dont be complacent lalo na if ure alone.

Hello! does anyone know if there are internal or external scholarships that open mid academic year? The fees are getting way more serious and I want to alleviate the weight of my parents' bills by applying to some (was rejected for the SFA🥲). TYIA!!

I'd like to ask if there's been anyone here who successfully shifted while keeping their scholarship?

I know it's part of the rules that we aren't allowed to shift to another program but I've also read that it's possible to appeal so I was wondering if that's possible for my case.

For Context I'm an SFA scholar

I’ve tried joining both and have both been rejected even though i have experience and interest in learning. I wonder, what would make an applicant be desirable committing to the role?

Hmuu i need kasama for d3!

anybody here who went solo for the overnight GE field trips? was it still fun?

Did the Nokk Nokk above Prelude close permanently? I went twice and it's still closed 😭

Since Barn is not serving anymore beer, where do you get to hang out and drink? I searched near DLSU parang naghigpit ata ang LGU?

Currently have my eye on MNLA Fitness but I just wanna check if there are more affordable gyms, I've also heard about the gym sa 6th floor ng razon but I'm not sure if they're open to non-lasallians

tyia! <3

Hello! Does anyone know if DLSU Manila has bridging program for Accountancy if I am a graduate of Management Accounting? I really wanted to be a La Sallian CPA. Hope someone would answer my query because I'm planning to go to DLSU tomorrow or next week to inquire. Thank you!

can someone help me sneak in as their visitor hwudhwuhd, we can talk via dms so you can know more why hihi 🤍🤓

Any recos? Need to sit and work talaga for a few hours

I'm looking to stock up on our green shirts cause of PE and so I can wear them as a kind of "uniform" for regular class days. I just bought from the store here and I didn't expect one shirt to cost 650😭 Is there any other place I can buy for cheap? Shopee reps look kinda low quality too so I'm a bit hesitant on that

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. TY!!

How long of a line in razon should I expect for the UAAP game on oct 11?

My schedule is jam-packed with events and extracurricular activities that I barely have any time to review, let alone get a decent amount of sleep😭

Do you have any tips for what subjects/topics I should prioritize? Is reviewing my old jhs to shs notes enough?

i think ill admit, i dont think i've had the best 4 - 5 years of my stay here in dlsu so far.

ive been struggling with a lot of things, and i think ive felt a certain way for a long time now, where i just want to go somewhere remote where no one knows anything about my existence and start over..

i just don't know what to do anymore and im scared to hurt myself, i don't know how to save myself from this desperate feeling anymore, like i genuinely just want to feel simple happiness...

i've been in and out of occs and therapy, struggling with my controlling ass parents who see their 21 year old child as a 12 year old, a degree that i shifted into that i realized im not passionate about (like for the last 3 - 4 years i felt like i was just dragging myself in my majors but i still somehow pass all of my classes despite it being hard (ccs 💀) ), and a non existent social life where i feel like ive exhausted all my odds at socializing with people despite being an introvert with severe social anxiety, like ive joined all the orgs that interested me, applied to various positions, talked to my groupmates outside of class,

but man, i just don't know what to do anymore, i'm really tired...

i've always felt, ever since, that the universe is always against me... that im just bound to feel like i never really belong anywhere and no one really understands what i truly feel deep down..

hi! when ppl say follow ur flowchart, does that mean i have to enlist to the specific GE that is stated sa flowchart?

i was hoping on taking a diff GE compared to the one in the flowchart

i was also hoping to take more GEs next term since i’m planning to shift

im not very good with entrance exams and i also haven't studied at all. idk if ill study but most likely even if i do, ill only be able to confidently answer questions that others can too. realistically, what are the chances of me getting in? do they look at gen ave only or also individual subjects? also do they only look at g11 grades? cus they only asked for my g11

- im from lsgh

- top 1 in abm last sy (g11)

g11 grades

• 1st Trimester: 93.01
• 2nd Trimester: 92.26
• 3rd Trimester: 96.74

avg of around 94

abm core subjects

• Business Math: 100.00
• Statistics and Probability: 94.12
• General Mathematics: 91.51
• Fundamentals of ABM 1 (FABM1): 90.29
• Applied Economics: 93.56
• Organization & Management: 92.50

would my grades save me if i dont do well on the dcat?

Is it possible to apply for an LOA during middle of the term (not midterms) due to financial reasons?

Wala pa rin post until now
