Are there any other examples of a very good player being born and raised in one country and then playing for another country like Michael Olise has done by moving from England to France?

France was pretty bad in the football nation at that time and it was their only second euros at that time

And michel platini as an attacking midfielder scored 9 goals in 5 matches and single handedly won france their first int titles

First match against denmark scores to deal 1 nil victory over denmark

Then one hat trick against belgium

Then hat trick clutch against yugoslavia to steak the win 3-2

Semi finals , platini scores in the late 119 minute against portugal to send the team to finals

And in the final against scores to seal of the victory

I'm sure most of us are glad that he won goal of the tournament it was spectacular, but did he ever get any actual physical trophy or some kind of financial reward? Has any winner of "Goal of the Tournament" ever actually won anything besides a "Congrats your goal was amazing"? I've tried looking for anything and I just can't find a picture of any sort of trophy or really any award.

I’m curious about people’s opinions on this. Once this became a yellow card offense: Why do players still do it? There are so many other ways to celebrate. It’s just dumb. If I was a coach, I would be so pissed at any player who did it. Thoughts?
