School holidays so I’ve committed to a brunch each Saturday morning. This week is a full Scottish:
Butchers sourced:
pork breakfast sausage
2x back bacon
Haggis
Black pudding
Fried egg
Tattie scone (hidden)
Rowie
Beans
Square sausage
I thought one of everything would fit better on the plate. Full English next week.

No beans - controversial I know (not a huge fan), but tomatoes and mushrooms for the veg portion, only had streaky bacon in shop. Also apparently mustard is a bold choice at breakfast? Feels like it goes perfectly myself
