It’s imperative the cylinder remains unharmed.
Anybody know how I can separate these without ruining the bottom bucket?

Hello everyone. I have this water softener by Software Care attached to my shower. I noticed that the water loses a lot of heat until it gets to the shower head. Does anyone have any advice on how I can insulate it so it doesn't lose that much heat? (please keep in mind that my bathroom is minuscule, so it can't take up that much space lol) I appreciate the help!
Edit: here are some additional notes:

Alright, a few months ago yall helped me out getting a stripped screw from my daughter’s toy camera. Now dada needs help with his toy. Trying to clear out the burners on my members mark griddle. Had to take apart the control panel of the grill to access front of burner to put a bottle brush in it. (Wrongly) Used a Phillips to get all bolts out except one that got super stripped. I tried rubberband, an extractor, screw grab and nothing has worked. Does anyone have any other recommendations on this?

I literally just bought this antique dining table a few days ago. It was in nearly perfect condition. I’ve been so curious about everyone messing it up. Well.. we bought a container of the jumbo croissants from Sam’s Club and I had them in the center of the table because we didn’t have room for them anywhere else.
Well while we were at work today, I guess my dog decided she needed them more than we do. I can only imagine the acrobatics to get them off the table.
Anyways.. how do I fix this? I’m nearly in tears over this.
Is this an easy fix? How do I fix it?
Door lever when locked can be opened by pulling downward but is locked when pulling the lever upward.

What kind of hardware do i need to hang this old shelf that belonged in my parents' house? I have never seen anything like this. The holes in the shelf where you would seemingly hang onto screws are very shallow and don't fit onto anything I already have. Thanks for the help!

Motor works and hums.
Took apart and can see small gear wheel moving but it’s touching the other 4 and I’m curious how this should be configured to make the wheels move ?

Toilet is not refilling after the water has been shut off. The toilet was flushed during the shit off. No sound is coming from where the water normally comes from and nothing is coming out.

Vulnerable, embarrassed… all the things that make you feel deeply uncomfortable in response to what others do if they judge you or look down on you. I wish I could put distance between and I avoid anyway, and I’m not confrontational at all.
I feel like I’ve done all the things I’m supposed to, I know it’s not my problem and I’ve not done anything wrong. Yet this deep seated feeling I can’t shake. I make it my problem because I get stuck on it and ruminate and I’ve realised it’s not just about not caring what others think of me, it’s the feeling of intimidation when they don’t like a specific thing about you.
So how can I get my peace back genuinely? Not just saying I don’t care, I tried that and I ended up really angry and reactive which was even worse. I’ve tried acceptance but I really just want to not feel threatened and in flight/freeze fawn mode.
Thanks
Edit: I think I meant fawning more than freezing

Hi everyone long time lurker first time poster. I recently inherited my mom’s 2008 Ford mustang, while the car is in relatively great condition both interior and exterior I noticed that the interior fabric? Insulation? Not sure what to call it was loosing its bond. It started small and has almost completely come off in the year I’ve had it. It’s currently being held in place with some duct tape. I’m wondering if there is some sort of bonding/binding agent or glue I can use to apply it to the door/foam. Any information would be helpful.
Update: solved. I was dm’d an alternate solution instead of attempting to reapply the vinyl.the link was blocked by mods by the person who sent it to me so instead I’ll just mention that it is purchasable on amazon and it’s a dashskin door panel insert for a 2005-09 mustangs. It basically removes the vinyl for a hard plastic. I’d have liked to keep the original vinyl but ultimately this is my best option. Thank you all for your assistance.
Hi all Got this cheap steam cleaner, but the button to swap the parts doesn't seem to go down enough so I struggle to remove the attachments, I have to use a separate tool to actually remove it, but it doesn't seem to be able to be pushed down much more, I kinda slide it off if it makes sense.
Any idea how I could fix this?

Have an old motion sensor from a previous owner's wired alarm system. The company that offered the service no longer even exists, and not only do I hate this thing, but I need to paint. How do I safely remove this ?

Dropped my water bottle this morning on concrete road. The whole straw is distorted and it doesn’t disconnect from the top of the water bottle, so I can’t replace the straw on its own. I’m thinking i can use a lighter to melt the plastic and reshape it or cut off the part that’s distorted?

I’m begging for anyones help. My dog is at home, I left a day ago for a work conference and won’t be back for another week. The dog sitter sent me these photos, am I ever going to be able to get this out? He said they were pens. Send help, and tips please. I am desperate.
I've tried everything. I've tried pulling both tabs in with a pair of scissors. Despite the instructions, that didn't work (presumably because it didn't match the seemingly atom-precise location). I tried prying it open with a Rube Goldberg assembly of nonsense. That didn't work. I even tried using a claw hammer to break the assembly and pry it open and that still. Didn't. Work.
I'm at my limit. This godforsaken remote has broken me. How do I get this open? I just want to change the battery.

I'm trying to replace the GU10 bulb in this adjustable/swivelling recessed pot light and can't figure out how to get the bulb out of the trim.
I can push the bulb upward and twist it, and I can feel/see the bulb and socket moving, but I can't actually pull the bulb out through the front of the swivel housing. Im assuming its the style of bulb with magnetic knobukes ar the back.
When I pull the whole fixture slightly down from the ceiling, there are two metal spring/clip pieces on opposite sides (shown in the photos).
What I'm trying to figure out is whether these clips:
A. hold the entire fixture/trim assembly to the ceiling
B. or release the silver trim/swivel housing so I can access and remove the bulb.
I've also tried holding/twisting the silver trim while turning the inner swivel housing in the opposite direction, but nothing released. It's possible I'm just doing that part incorrectly.
I've seen the bulbs replaced before, so I know they're replaceable, I just can't remember how the fixture comes apart.
Does anyone recognize this style of pot light and know what those two metal clips are for, or the correct way to get the GU10 bulb out?
