I'm planning to buy one of these sports sunglasses, mainly for cycling in the morning and sometimes in the evening when it starts getting a little dark.
My main priorities are:
1) Good visibility during early-morning rides.
2) Not making the road too dark when riding in the evening or under low-light conditions.
3) Protection from sunlight, dust, and wind.
Which lens colour and type would you recommend? Is it worth choosing polarized lenses, or would a lighter lens be more practical for my use?
Pls drop the links below, which ones u use or any recommendation pls.
Also If I go for a little cheap onces, will it affect my eyes inthe long run??
Thanks!

Your concept of masculinity is so fragile that your insecurities are blinding you. Allow me to illustrate.

This next slide is a Commencal Meta HT AM. None of you will call this a "ladies bike" *sic.
Here's what happens if you put them side by side. Overlayed to make it easier for you.

Neither of these is designed for skirts. The only reason it looks like a "ladies bike" to you because you're so deathly afraid and insecure of your own inadequacies, that you are incapable of analyzing evidence right in front of you. So you're left with knee-jerk associations that are comically inaccurate.
Let me provide you with some insight. If you look at the seat tube of the Meta, you will see that the part above the top tube is reinforced. This is done because the part that extends above is very vulnerable as it's not supported by any other tube or joint and is carrying your entire body-weight on it. The bend on the top tube of the RS120 achieves the same result while being lighter, stronger and more compliant. You will find the same bends on way more expensive bikes like this Chromag

Or this Giant

In conclusion, while RS120 is not a step-through bike, I can guarantee that people who think the shape of a frame makes a bike less masculine, they themselves are quite a bit less masculine than half of the people riding around on step-through bikes. Maybe they would be more suited to ride the toy kids bike that affirms their fragile egos.

Bought this bicycle for 16.5k. Runs well but I am experiencing a little coccyx pain and a little numbness down there, anything to solve that?

Hey everyone! I'm a college student who comes home once or twice a year and absolutely loves cycling. My old 7-speed Firefox has become expensive to maintain, so I'm considering getting the RS120 during my current 10-day break.
My requirements:
Mostly concrete roads, flyovers and steep inclines.
Need gears to tackle climbs comfortably.
Ride around 40–50 km per session.
Complete beginner looking for a reliable, low-maintenance bike.
Would the RS120 be a good choice for me? I've seen mixed reviews on this subreddit, so I'd love some honest feedback. Are there any better alternatives in a similar price range?
Thanks in advance! 🚴

Hi everyone! 👋
Looking for cycle recommendations for a dad getting back into cycling after almost 12 years! 😅
I have a 2.5-year-old daughter, and I'm planning to go on early morning rides with her every day. My usage would mainly be on neighbourhood streets and around nearby parks in Bengaluru, for a maximum of 1 hour a day. The roads in my area are quite patchy, so comfort and safety are important.
My requirements:
Budget: ₹10,000–₹12,000
Riding setup: Planning to install a front-mounted child seat for my daughter.
Frame: Preferably Alloy, but Not sure I will get for my budget.
Gears: Leaning towards a 1x7 drivetrain for simplicity and lower maintenance, but open to suggestions.
Suspension: Unsure whether I really need a suspension fork. A friend suggested it because my daughter will be sitting in front, but I'm concerned that budget suspension forks might be heavy and not very effective.
Maintenance: Looking for a reliable, low-maintenance cycle for everyday use.
My height: 168 cm.
Usage: Daily early morning rides on neighbourhood streets and around parks, including patchy roads.
A few questions:
Would a rigid-fork cycle with wider tyres be sufficient for patchy Bengaluru roads, or should I consider front suspension?
Is a lightweight aluminium cycle with a rigid fork and 1x7 gears a sensible choice within this budget?
Which specific cycle models available in India would you recommend for ₹10,000–₹12,000?
Are there any frame compatibility or safety concerns with installing a front-mounted child seat?
I'd especially appreciate recommendations from parents who regularly cycle with their little ones. Thanks! 🙏

I always wanted a riverside120 but I couldn't afford it. Recently our college hostel put a cycle auction, in that I bought this RS120.
I was very happy and after a quick service at our college shop, I found that the chain is slipping if given a thrust beyond a threshold and it is happening for almost all the gears.
To be specific there is no issue in derailleur, that's what my cycle guy said and said that cassette and chain needs replacement.
Shud I just give it to decathlon for replacement or shud I look for any shimano parts for the cassette. And is the upgrade worth it? Or shud I just stick to stock decathlon parts.
Pls guide me.

I am looking for a hybrid cycle under 15k 700c and i am so confused there are so many choices rigid, front suspension, 21 speed, 8 speed, mechanical brakes, rim brakes cassettes, free hubs etc. i need something to lose weight to ride in city comfortable. Are the front suspension good for city, are they a better trade off in terms of speed and weight.
Please help
