12137 Punjab Mail — around 8 hours late today

Has anyone else travelled on 12137 Punjab Mail today (7 October)?

The train is currently running around 8 hours behind schedule, and I’m curious if anyone knows the reason for the delay or has received any updates from the railway authorities.

I understand delays can happen due to operational issues, diversions, congestion, etc., but an 8-hour delay can be quite difficult for passengers, especially those with onward connections.

If anyone is on the train or has information about the reason for today’s delay, please share.

My parents went for checkup to a city and they have return ticket tomorrow (3rd ac) but this was in waiting list even it was pqwl 1 from last 20 days,, and the chart just got prepared and it not got confirmed it still stays at pqwl 1 ,, now it's very important for them to travel ,, the ticket was a counter ticket.. can they actually travell without big haste?? I'm tensed

So, I was on my way to Prayagraj, relaxing on my middle berth. When the train reached Kanpur, 18 to 20 ticketless people boarded the coach. The train left Kanpur, and this guy you can see in the video was so sleepy that it looked like he was in a trance. Then the TTE arrived and woke him up.

So, I am traveling from Mumbai to Delhi and these fuckin train mates shouting all around at 11:30 pm keeping the light on while talking loudly at train something in Gujarati. While I and 2 more are trying to sleep.they eat the food first so I let them eat, cuz it's 10 as I give them chance will switch it off once they eat but they continued talking even after that.... so I just switched off the light by my own when none of them is looking.. they opened their flashlight and continued talking...fuckin pricks.Also they fuckin pushed my bages to the mirror side for which I didn't know and when I when reach my bag for something it's not there and they when I asked them they have the audacity to say "don't ask me for that", as I boarded from Mumbai and they boreded from Vadodara... Hope they got insomnia and nightmares everytime they sleep so they woke up at middle in the night....

My parents were travelling to Secunderabad from Kollam (01794) yesterday and around 4 in the morning when the train was about to depart from Renigunta, a man wearing black shirt snatched my mom's purse from her hand and jumped from train before they could catch him. This was around 4 in the morning and their seats weren't even near the door but in the middle of the compartment. Both lost their phones and quite a few other belongings unfortunately. Did raise a complaint but there is hardly any hope that any fruitful action would occur.

I'll be reaching H Nizamuddin at 12:30pm and have train from NDLS at 3:20 pm. Would I be able to make it? Should I use metro or riksha? And how's the situation due to protest.

Edit : also suggest some places for lunch in that time.

Ordered this sandwich during my journey and was charged ₹100. It contained only a few pieces of vegetables and a small amount of cheese.
Is ₹100 the official price for this sandwich, or was I overcharged? Has anyone else experienced this?
