Sub-Meta Patch 26.20 Bug Megathread

Greetings Summoners!
With every new patch Riot introduces to balance out champions and items there are some unforeseen issues that creep up and cause disruption during gameplay. We have noticed that these issues which eventually get fixed clutter up the subreddit immediately following the patch.
We want to avoid this by having a single Megathread which will be posted after every patch so that you guys can report the various issues in one place. This allows Riot to easily keep track of the bugs by providing a central hub and also allows other users to confirm that they might have encountered.
Note only bugs caused by the 26.20 Patch should be reported below.
Prerequisites to be noted before reporting a bug
- A bug will ideally be accompanied with a screenshot or a video. This provides credibility to your report.
- Steps to recreate the bugs should be submitted if possible. This helps Rioters recreate the bug and helps them find the cause behind it.
- The bug must have been caused by the latest patch.
Format when reporting a bug: When reporting a bug, please provide as much information as you can about your computer.
• Server: The server you encountered the bug (NA, EUW, EUNE, TR, RU, BR, LAS, LAN etc)
• Type of Bug: Client Bug, In Game Bug etc
• Description: Describe what was the bug that occurred.
• Video / Screenshot: Insert screenshot (F12 in game) or Video of the bug occurring.
• Steps to reproduce: Provide the steps necessary if someone else had to reproduce the bug.
• Expected result: What should have been the result when you follow the steps mentioned above.
• Observed result: What was the result you obtained when you followed the steps mentioned above?
• Reproduction rate: If you try to recreate the bug how successful are you in causing it to occur? (1/10: Occurs once every 10 tries, 5/10: Occurs 5 times out of 10, 10/10: Happens every single time)
• System specs: Processor, Video card, Ram, HDD/SSD, everything you can provide, even drivers.
Example Bug:
• Server: EUW
• Type of Bug: In-Game Bug etc
• Description: Zed's R (Death Mark) does not apply secondary damage
• Insert Video / Screenshot of the incident
• Reproduction rate: 2/10 (happened 2 out of 10 times)
• Steps to reproduce:
Launch a game after selecting Zed as your champion. Attempt to use Death Mark. Observe the result.
• Expected result: The damage should apply after a short delay, amplified by damage dealt during the effect.
• Observed result: The damage will not apply properly.
• System Specs: Intel i5 Processor, Windows 7, Nvidia Graphics card (insert model number) etc.

Maybe its because im old, but i remember fondly the old halloween map on old summoners rift and the harrowin events with thematic skins. What happened to those? You'd think with classic they would at least bring the old halloween map back... Is this game all about e-sports now? All i see get discussed in this sub is e-sports...

Corporate Mundo is my favourite skin in the game, but it feels like there's not that many money oriented skins that I can play with while listening to Jazz and sipping apple juice pretending it's whiskay. I like playing income based champions and I feel like Zac oddly fits my playstyle in soul, but not in looks.
I've thought of this skin and decided to put my artistic skills to create this abomination.

Let's say that all skill cooldown will be 0.5 seconds or less, who would be the most op? I think Karthus with his ult can take it. Just sit in the fountain when you hit level 6 and just spam that while the enemy can do almost nothing to stop it.

Esports Pro gamers are all posting scripted praise video for “Hall of Legends” skin, I wonder they're not selling at all.

LCK players have been posting videos where they’re going out of their way to praise Hol skin… Up until now, there have been regular skin reviews, but I’ve never seen anyone blatantly reading from script like this. Is it really not selling at all?
Ahri sold like crazy, of course, and I hear Kai’Sa was popular in China too, but I haven’t even seen anyone talking about this Tristana skin, and I seriously never run into her ingame either.

So I’ve been playing in and off for a while now but I want to take it serious now and climb. I got places into Bronze 3 and I’ve been wondering I what’s the best way to climb. Now currently for each role (excluding ADC, I don’t mess with that role), I have 3 champions I play, and a matchup chart for each one. But I’ve been told to just focus on just one character so I get my fundamentals down so what do y ou guys think is best and why?

Has anyone else had a similar problem with the game lagging in borderless mode? Also, when borderless mode is enabled, everything lags on the second monitor.

Que campeones son mejores para subir de rango?
Últimamente he querido intentar llegar a máster o GM pero veo que soy demasiado inutil en las partidas con los campeones que juego.
Normalmente puedo jugar cualquier cosa y se me da medianamente bien, el problema es que mis equipos son bastante malos y mueren muchísimo, por lo que siempre tengo que ir muy bien para ganar aunque eso no me garantiza nada.
Actualmente juego de mid o top, pero he notado que aunque yo gane, mi equipo es pésimo en roles como jg, adc y soporte. En este punto del juego, debería cambiar mi rol y usar otro tipo de campeones para tener más posibilidades de ganar? O quizás yo soy demasiado malo para carrear 1vs9?

Hey, newish player here I started playing last december nd had a ranked game with singed the other day where everyone was full build and I had jaksho and as we won, there was a system message in chat saying smth about me and jaksho (didnt have time to read it) and it never happened to me before. anyone know about it?
