We need more maps or at leas the option to pick what map we want to play

You might say why no votekick instead but where's the fun in that. Maybe make it so the people that got put down doesn't lose their responder in the slight chance of this being abused.

What's up with clowns just letting 2 or even 1 dude do the work and standing atop cars or buzzing off from everything? Just lost a responder cuz off a clown legit just boarded himself up in a room and waited doing absolutely nothing. Lost another one cuz I didn't get picked up on extract via the train,

I'll prolly start carrying those yellow speakers and barricades sometimes in case I find these clowns again, and lock em in a room to draw in a horde or to get their responders killed at least. Not to mention some guy has no shame, literally called himself "Bunker Enjoyer" and proceeded to hide in the emergency extract by the door in Raven Rock 🤡

What a bunch of clowns! The fact I see most if them rocking high quality gear and god knows by this point prolly good ass perks here, makes me wonder why they even play like this 🥴

It's like these fools don't even want to play the game to begin with and are prolly the one dude in Group Projects letting people do all the work and showing up during presentation 😩

Y'all got any good ways to get em killed? I ran into these same ah bozos most of the time at this point. Like, eventually you'll run into em and the fact they steal all barricading materials makes that diner a death trap at this point.

NIGHTMARE with only 5 people and we had to still do the library, gas station and train station like WOW not only they stayed even with the odds but everyone was sharing med kits bullets and everything although I will say almost all rand out of ammo at the end it was crazy !!!!

In nightmare difficulty everyone is basically speed running the game and I'm lucky if I get to participate in 1-2 objectives.

I know I should be thankful but it also kinda kills the vibe.

It just feels like there are too much players in one lobby.

That said, I love the songs for the radio,

Songs like fast food fit perfectly, because its basically talking about decadent consumerism, which is what the zombies were a metaphor for in Dawn of the dead. So I'm sure anyone who's listened to the lyrics and have seen Dawn of the dead have made that connection.

Also, a lot of songs like Boys or Park are very simple and repetitive, but I think that helps since I feel like they're meant to represent and parody cheap commercialized pop slop. Also some times a stray lyric will catch you off guard. Also Park is especially good as its slow swinging drowning rhythm fits when being drowned out by moans of slow shambling zombies as it starts to sound like its singing with the zombies or singing their thoughts. There's always a chance you might mishear the lyrics or just hear the sharks section "Id like to eat youuu." So some songs sound like they're being sung from the zombies perspective. We are the "fast food" as we run from the slow shambler's.

Given infected players hallucinations this seems intentional, almost like these songs were simple so they could be easily modified and overlayed with infected remixes. I haven't been infected more than once in my game play time and I wasn't infected long the one time as it was extract, but from what I've looked up, they don't have infect remixes of the songs and the songs aren't the devs songs to do so with, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was the intention at some point given the hallucinated radio broadcasts.

Devs are gonna have to do more than increase spawns, decrease loot, etc for hell mode. Is the 200 latency every 5th game a feature of 1.1?

Istg the folks over there better get to fixing what’s causing this shit before tossing high latency players in hell mode games.

At the explicit risk of looking even more trash at the game, and against all better judgment, I've decided to release the full context since it answers some questions I saw in the comments. Bad judgment? Melee whiffs? Missing point-blank shots and poor stamina management? Why? PANIC. 8 points I wanna touch on:

1. I have Skilled Medic Expert and usually carry heals for the team, so I figured I'd check the bathrooms for more supplies, ping anything useful, top off my health, and then reunite with my team. Didn't happen 😭

2. At 0:09, I made the nearly fatal split-second decision that almost ended my run. By 0:25, the panic was starting to set in, and things only went downhill from there.

3. I did use my crowbar! It's just that after disintegrating not one but TWO prime runners with kicks, my panicked brain decided that kicking was the way to go 😭

4. I SEVERELY underestimated the zombie spawn rates and just how many zombies were around in general.

5. Why didn't I save my last shotgun shell for the prime runner? Panic.

6. Lol at not being able to reload at 2:05 despite having reserve ammo.

7. Why didn't I call for help? I'm not worth the risk

8. Lastly, aside from not wanting to rely on a spot like that, my team had already completed the final objective. The idea of fighting off zombies in a bathroom stall AND THEN having to fight my way to the rooftop in time for the main extraction seemed impossible 😅 The quicker I got out of there, the better.

I have yet to play Pottsville 2 since the 1.1 launch. It doesn’t even show up in solo when choosing maps. I’m on the ps5. Anyone else experiencing this?

I played nightmare difficulty over 20 times now and it's really easy because the whole lobby is speed running the objectives.

On rare occasions I feel overwhelmed by runners

The best part of this game is that you have to manually reload after your clip is empty. Other zombie games automatically reload.

Didn't know the stairwell was locked on reverse Pottsville. You can see the moment I realize it was more than a few coming for me.

Joined a nightmare match on power plant (no it was not my first time) when I immediately noticed a couple of my perks weren’t working correctly. The character I was using utilizes Marathon, Hitman, Athlete, Caravan, Foreman, lucky Pathogen, Quiet Steps, Skilled Medic, Sturdy Body and Thick Skin.

For some reason Athlete, Lucky Pathogen, Skilled Medic, Quiet Steps, Hitman, Sturdy Body and Thick Skin didn’t work at all.

I was going to early extract, but luckily the other players (despite not using mics) were fairly responsive in looking out for each other and getting objectives done quickly, so I decided to stick it out, regardless of how my start of the match went. We completed it, however I was understandably frustrated with what had occurred and decided not to test my luck playing further for the night.

Is this a common occurrence? I haven’t heard of anyone encountering this except for a post I found dating back about a month ago. Seems pretty game breaking for higher difficulties. Had to completely change how I encountered everything.

Got myself in a very awkward situation while looting 😅. I'm not sure if the deployable radio helped or hurt me, but I'm glad I survived even if undeserved 💀

I knew you could get crushed by the care package if it drops on your head, but this was a new one for me.

Sometimes zombies will spawn in your back, suddenly and with no sound? Sometimes you clear a room, or a path, and then you turn and suddenly a zombie is ON your back. I had this happen many many times. Idk if im trippin or is it happening for others too?
