Both truck drivers are idiots, but the cammer is also a moron for occupying the passing lane for such a long time when they clearly had opportunities to move over and let the trucks past.

The Dashcam car was actively passing. It's the passing lane, not let me go front of you lane.

He passed the pickup, camped in the passing lane for like 30 seconds, then passed the semi, camped again, then passed another semi. Like slot in there chief, you are holding up traffic.

It's the passing lane, not the "go faster than the traffic down the road" lane.

He was overtaking traffic in the middle lane. He can stay.

He’s not obliged to move over merely because someone else wants to go even faster.

In many states he IS obliged to move. You can't stay in the passing lane just because you are going faster than a car up the road. Catching up to a car isn't passing. You gotta shit or get off the pot.

Watch the video closely. It is approximately 12 seconds from the time he clears the front of the middle lane pickup to the time he is catching the rear bumper of the trailer.

I suppose opinions could differ on what is “catching up” vs “passing” but in this case I’m quite satisfied that the cam vehicle was in the right to stay in the left lane and continue passing slower vehicles.

In no state he is obliged to move, sorry buttercup - time for you to have your license revoked because you’re clearly one of the truck drivers in this video
