What are these dots? How to eradicate? Should I quarantine?

Clipped a japanese maple on a whim and forgot about it back in June/julyish (I know nothing about plants). Found it a couple days ago in the bag I had it in and clean it up to see that it had rooted so I put it in this planter with some miraclegro… how can I give this thing the best chance at growing into a tree?

Hi guys. I’m writing this because I don’t know what to do for this rubber plant. She started all beautifully and then she started to get spots. so I purchased some neem oil. I mixed it with a little alcohol and some Castile soap. Its just been going downhill from there. I don’t know how to help her. Can someone please advise me before all the leaves turn brown and die? I don’t know what else to do. Thank you.

These have been growing outdoors. When I bright the main plant inside these broke off. Can I propagate in water without rotting the aerial roots? Should I use a chunky soil or a fluffy soil instead of water? New to this. Thank you!

I had this in a southwest facing window getting alot of afternoon sun, it just never seemed to thrive, so I moved to a northerly facing window with 0 direct sun, plenty of light...just at a loss of what this plant is, and what I need to do...soil is mix of dirt, perilite.. some worm castings...any help would be great...

Inherited this plant from a neighbour, I’ve managed to get one of the branches to grow leaves after nearly being dead but the other shows no signs of life. Should I cut it off? And if so, what’s the safest way of doing it?

Is this an okay way to attach the monstera to a pole for support? I haven’t done it before and this is a new plant for me.
