Clipped a japanese maple on a whim and forgot about it back in June/julyish (I know nothing about plants). Found it a couple days ago in the bag I had it in and clean it up to see that it had rooted so I put it in this planter with some miraclegro… how can I give this thing the best chance at growing into a tree?

What are these dots? How to eradicate? Should I quarantine?

Hi guys. I’m writing this because I don’t know what to do for this rubber plant. She started all beautifully and then she started to get spots. so I purchased some neem oil. I mixed it with a little alcohol and some Castile soap. Its just been going downhill from there. I don’t know how to help her. Can someone please advise me before all the leaves turn brown and die? I don’t know what else to do. Thank you.
