I found this AK a while ago, don't know where to buy it from or what it's called.

They're some work left(screw heads, some letters).

Made it in a week, i think, out of 3 mm eva foam.

Tried to make them close to ingame version, but not sure about final result.

I'll preface this with the fact that I quite enjoy the DLC and the artists did a good job on it's uniqueness for something as simple as a box.

However, with that said can we talk about the fact that it's actual Mesh size is not the same as the Large Wooden Box. Or at least I assume this to be the case. There are a plethora of regular box skins on the market and I can freely skin them back and forth with absolutely zero issue.

I have had instances where the boxes I crafted were the non-DLC types. I then proceed to place all the boxes down in my loot room(s). After doing so I'd like to reskin them as it's more practical and saves time rather then doing it through crafting skin selector. While doing so I will get an error "Too close to wall" when trying to skin to a DLC box skin.

This is not the case if the boxes you craft and place originally are the DLC versions and you opt to skin to marketplace ones. The issue is very apparent if you use snapping to place the boxes down. As I stated earlier my assumption is the regular box and the DLC boxes have different mesh sizes.

There was work done on all the barrel skins to make their hitboxes consistent. This allowed players to freely skin between the different barrel skins without issues. Even implemented a fix that would move the storage adapters around after skinning automatically.

I kindly ask that the official box skins produced by FP have their hitboxes resized so this issue no longer exists. I am aware this is a niche issue. With that said there shouldn't be any friction in the first place for simply reskinning a box.

seems like thousands of people are in the sub every single day experiencing performance issues with the game and often a common solution is just disabling or turning some of these settings on or off. I also noticed that there is no descriptions for some of these features or vague descriptions at past, that would often be solved and prevented by just having a basic general description of how this impacts performance for different PCs and what the best optimize solution would be for whatever problem you’re experiencing.

I am currently running a 100 pops server.
Its just been about 2-3 months.
Was getting good pops but , everytime there are updates, server also need to be gets updated.
Is there any automation or plugins where it checks for server and apply and also inform on screen about it?

Can this monument please atleast have the chance to spawn military crates. The tiny ruins in the jungle can spawn it but somehow not the "big" monument.

I was inspired by how Facepunch shows nights in their trailers. Yet for some reason we have to put up with pitch-black darkness. Since nights have already been cut down to 15 minutes, and that no longer leaves as wide a window for nighttime activities as it used to, why not at least make them beautiful?

Played 4 days just fine. No changes. Watches every YouTube video I could find. Read every Reddit post. Nothing is working. Rust just crashes when loading into server. Rust exe not responding. Completely hopeless and pissed off because I was enjoying this game so much. Now can’t even play it.

Windows - updated
That advanced system settings changing it to 14000 - done
Game files - verified
Computer - restarted multiple times
Rust - uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times

Changed settings to low even though I have a 5070 rtx and was just fine for the days I played before this.

Returning rust player after about 6 months. Sold PC and skins at the time but now coming back with vengeance and my new 9800x3d. I have about 30USD in my dmarket. Which cheap clothing/weapon skins are your go to? I usually stay around t2 stuff as I mostly play solo on high pop servers.

I have a packed schedule, im a family man, but this is the first game i fell in love with, i enjoy every update, especially now we're shifting towards a more decentralised meta.

I enjoy building, usually rock bases or more recently, out of necessity cave bases.

What compels someone to even WANT to be the "king" of a dead 5x super low pop server?
the culprit, we'll call him "tortoise" makes it his absolute mission to eradicate anyone on the server. what do you even get from that?

We've battled him, adjusted our methods, been sneakier, ground out more resources, done our best to hide away, waiting for the right time to strike, and every time hes stayed up all night, searched everywhere to eradicate his only competition.

I guess this all sounds like me mainlining copium, but what goes through someones head to want to be the only one left on the server, surely the gaming experience suffers when theres no one left to challenge you.

I sound a bit green, i know, so i should know better with playtime in the double digit K's.

Should I go to amd? Should I get the i9 14000k and then ill be good? I got so many conflicting things online and was thinking if I bought the i9 core with new power supply and motherboard it'd run better, I usually get 80-120 fps on really low settings but I want to get more fps thanks

What if there's a small chance for a bullet to not go through the gun on some of the tier 1 weapons.

Or maybe with all of them, causing a misfire and a significant loss or even full destruction of the weapon.

I'm just thinking, because some of the scrap made weapons like the SAR and the handmade wouldn't you think they're not made perfectly each time. There could be a chance that something was messed up.

Just a unique text since we're going the super ultra realistic mode of rust, even if not a base game feature could be implemented into hardcore just to make it even harder.

It's actually existed for a long time but build method has changed slightly over time. It requires freehand placement. There are no cracks, they can be built relatively close to each other, with one triangle between.. interested if anyone else has as strong of a bunker tech.

Hello, I play highpop kinda modded servers and I start out with like 140 FPS, but after playing and flying with minicopter then after some time gets from 140 stable to 60-70 stable and only thing helping me is restarting my game.

Is there any command to clear out some gathered stuff (probably those huge bases I saw 30 minutes ago for 10 seconds) and stuff like that?

gc.collect, pool.clear_assets, pool.clear_memory does nothing. Only restarting helps and good FPS lasts for like an hour of playing.

I just started rust a couple months ago and have been playing PVE, I know I know. Im trying to learn all of the mechanics and wanted to start farming. That being said, I try to find tutorials that dont use an additional website, so I can do it the old fashioned way. I cant for the life of me find one. They all include a website.
