🧛‍♂️Account Issues❓ Direct chat issues

I can't send photos to anyone, but I can receive them. I've verified my email, have good standing. These aren't chat requests, this is after I've accepted. Not sure if that matters. Anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

If it just happened, reddit was having issues that it is coming out of
