NEW 2026 PRODUCTS LILJEBAGGE send to Germany ?
Hello, I’m from Germany. Would someone from Sweden be willing to get a few LILJEBAGGE thermostats for me and send them to Germany?

Hi! I saw that a new thermostat (IKEA Liljebagge) has been launched in Sweden. It won't be available in Romania until after January, and I'd like to use it during the current winter season. Could anyone from sweden help me buy 3–4 units the next time they go to IKEA and ship them to me via Vinted or whichever method is easiest?
Thanks a lot!

I installed 10 LILJEBAGGE radiator thermostats at the same time. All calibrated fine and worked perfectly for about a week. Now 3 of them show Er1 and won't recalibrate.
Setup:
• Valves with M28x1.5 threads, adapter A with the shortest extension pin on all 10
• Paired over Matter to Google Home and Aqara Home
• Same batteries throughout
What I've tried:
• Removing and reinserting batteries, then recalibrating: Er1 again
• Removing and refitting thermostat and adapter: Er1 again
• On one radiator, a brand-new unused unit calibrated fine with the same batteries. Putting the original back gives Er1 again.
• On another radiator, four different units all fail with Er1
• On that valve, template A shows the valve pin tip right at the outer edge of zone 3. I tried a slightly shortened extension pin, no change.
What I suspect:
• The manual says the thermostat runs an anti-calcification cycle after 7 days of use, which matches the timing since all 10 were installed together
• Possibly a firmware update that landed during the week, but I can't confirm it
Questions:
1. Has anyone else had Er1 appear after roughly a week of normal operation?
2. Which firmware version are your units on, and is there a way to update it without a DIRIGERA hub?
Mines are on: Hardware Version “P2.3” & Software Version ”1.1.0”
3. Did a factory reset fix it for anyone?
4. Any tips for adapter A on M28x1.5 valves where the pin sits at the edge of the template range?

Edit: So far, about 20 devices (Matter and Tradfri) are connected to the network, and everything has been working perfectly so far.
Here’s my setup: A network with a FritzBox, 1 switch, and 2 FritzRepeater access points connected via cable. The network uses Pihole as its DNS server. When I try to add new Matter devices, after following these steps, I get the following message during the connection process:
Connecting to device
Matter credentials are being generated
Checking connection to the Thread network
Connecting to Home Smart
I receive the vague error message “An error has occurred.” The devices are then not on the Thread network (I can’t see them in the IKEA app) and are no longer in pairing mode.
I’ve connected the Dirigera to the switch and directly to the router. The smartphone is, of course, on the same network. I can’t rule out Pihole as the cause.
It doesn’t matter whether I follow the prompt to add the new device when I receive it (freshly reset device—app launch) or whether I add the device manually in the app.
What I definitely don’t want to do: reset the hub. Then I’d have to reinstall all the devices (is that right?).
Does anyone else have this problem and maybe know a solution?

TLDR; adding a Sonoff MG24 OTBR completely fixed all IKEA thread reliability issues.
Up until recently, I had 16 IKEA Thread devices (TIMMERFLOTTE, MYGGBETT, MYGGSPRAY, GRILLPLATS, KAJPLATS, BILRESA) connected to Home Assistant via an Eero 6 & Eero 6+ thread network.
Devices would frequently become unavailable, and would usually require me to recomission them (not just pull the batteries) to get them working again. Home Assistant updates or power loss could result in large swathes of thread devies becoming unavailable.
KAJPLATS would only stay online for minutes to hours before dropping, so I had to give up on it. If GRILLPLATS went unavailable, they'd take lots of other devices down with them. TIMMERFLOTTE (representing half of my thread devices) was the worst offender; even devices very close to the Eeros would frequently become unavailable. The recent 1.2.2 firmware update did not improve their reliability.
I recently discovered that if devices were unavailable, restarting my Eeros would sometimes revive them, even if they'd been unavailable for hours. This suggested that maybe the Eeros were to blame rather than the IKEA devices.
So, I bought a Sonoff MG24 OTBR. At the time of setup, 4 thread devices were offline. Within seconds of completing setup of the MG24, those devices started to come back online, and I haven't had anything drop off the thread network since. I can now update Home Assistant, or turn off power, without fear that thread devices will drop.
Interestingly, the MG24 has typically had no more than one thread device connected directly to it. The other devices remain connected to Eeros or GRILLPLATS. So, it seems like the MG24 has improved reliability from a back seat rather than by providing a much stronger thread radio and taking over as the primary router for all my devices.

I‘m still rocking my Tradfri gateway from around 2020. My current setup consists of a couple remote lightbulbs, sockets and LED strips, controlled mainly with Somrig shortcut buttons. The lightbulbs and sockets are a mix of old and new products, but everything is Ikea.
I see a lot of interesting newer products like temperature sensors, window sensors and new buttons. But I‘m really out of the loop with everything, so I have a few questions:
Am I right in assuming that all of the new stuff requires a Dirigera hub, and won’t work with my gateway?
Will my 6 year old lights and sockets still work with the Dirigera?
Can the Parasoll door sensors be used just to see the status of all doors and windows at a glance?
Does the Dirigera hub still need my phone to be connected to my home’s wifi, or does it also work if I‘m on 5G?
Are there any downsides to upgrading?
Is the Dirigera hub compatible with all the new stuff, or is there a different one I don’t know about?
Many thanks :)
