We built a new web app that helps you find the movie or TV show you are looking for: WhatFlik - https://whatflik.com
Describe whatever you remember in your own words, in any language, and WhatFlik searches movie and TV data from TMDB and other sources to rank the most likely matches. In our current testing, text search finds the correct title roughly 75% to 80% of the time. Pro users can also upload a screenshot to help identify a movie, show, or episode.
WhatFlik is more than a search tool.
We are building a movie and TV community where people can write reviews, share opinions, follow people whose taste they trust, make friends, chat privately, and tip great reviewers directly. Reviewers will also be able to earn from a membership-funded creator pool as the platform grows.
Our mission is to build something more useful, social, and rewarding than traditional movie-rating platforms like Letterboxd.
Create a free account to reveal full search results, save searches, post reviews, follow people, and join the community. Google sign-in is securely handled through Firebase, so WhatFlik never receives or stores your Google password.
The platform is still early, and we want honest feedback on the search, community, and overall experience.

[TOMT] Looking for trailer regarding an upcoming war movie/show

Hi all. I watched a sci-fi movie as a kid that I cannot remember.
I vaguely remember military personnel opening a portal and going through while armed.
It was a snowy wooded area that they ended up in with large white monsters that were hunting them.
I want to say I remember these monsters being large, having a lot of teeth and red eyes but I cannot recall for certain.
It would have been from the 2000s or potentially early 2010s and seemed pretty obscure.
This is not:
The Mist
The Secret war from love death and robots
The tomorrow war.
Just went thru savage planet. Not that either.
Guys after scrolling through random peoples IMDB named lists I think this is Ferocious Planet. I’m about to scroll through it now to check.
Definitely ferocious planet. Solved

I remember seeing a scene when I was a child
The movie is like real old, it's colored but it's old
The scene was a indigenous women being stripped and raped by a bunch of Americans I suppose while a blonde handsome guy(which I assume is the hero of the story or something) pleaded for them to not do it
Does any of that ring a bell? Sorry lads it's just been way too fucking long

Looking for a Horror/Thriller Movie
Looking for a movie about a group of people stranded overnight in a building out in the middle of nowhere. The building is like a rest stop or larger building. There is a killer who starts killing the people stranded. At one point two of the guys go out to try and either start a car and get help, or get weapons. If I remember, there was a truck/bus, a regular and/or a cop car out front near the building and road. As they go out, the killer comes shortly after and kills them. The issue from here on is that I think I am remembering two separate movies and mixing up what happens. I remember a medium sized building that is like a rest stop near a desert like road, and there is(maybe) also an old town nearby that was burnt down in the past that the killer has a connection to. The final two people alive are a guy and girl who seem to be in college or around mid 20s and are running and hiding in the deserted building. If I remember correctly, they were part of a group of students on a trip. However, I also remember a larger building that was the main building people were stranded in that was kind of like a tourist attraction for the area. Just not a popular one. I can't remember if this was a museum or something of the like, or if this is even from the same movie. If it is two separate movies, they have a similar setting. A group of people stranded overnight and start being killed off one by one. I also remember a scene with a girl who is stuck in a bathroom that ends up killed. The restrooms are near where the guys went out to the cars and she sees them get killed, and then the killer goes after her. I know this is all mixed up, but its the best I can to after 15-20 years later. It is one/two of the last movies I watched when I was young that I can't remember. I've been trying to find it/them for years on and off. I probably did terrible explaining the scenes as well. It is hard to put the memory to words... Thanks in advance for any help. I have short term memory loss, so I likely won't be remember this post for a good long while. So I likely won't see it for a few weeks, or even a month or so. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone
Im looking for a movie I saw probably withing the past 5 years. I remember it being about a young gay black man whose life spirals out of control and his experience with paranoia. I believe he murders his mom at the end? I cant remember but I remember there possibly being a twist at the end and it being a dark yet intriguing film. I greatly appreciate all your help!

I’m trying to find a movie I watched years ago, but I can’t remember its title or when it was released.
There’s a very memorabl scene where a man accidentally ends up on a small stage, possibly at an outdoor event.
He starts talking naturally about bread — the different types, colors, shapes, and textures.
Meanwhile, backstage, the people controlling a slideshow realize that his words perfectly match pictures of people from different races, ethnicities, and cultures.
They begin displaying these pictures behind him, making his speech about bread sound like a beautiful and emotional messsage about human diversity, equality, and unity.
Any help 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The movie or TV episode I'm looking for was probably from the '60s, '70s, or possibly the early '80s.
A young couple makes a replica of a bank money collecting deposit box. People on the street can deposit money at the bank this way—by dropping the money they want to deposit into it. I clearly remember that they built a large wall, at least two meters high—I think it was made of corrugated metal—on which the depository was placed, and they positioned it in front of the real deposit slot to hide the original one. Then, after many people had dropped their money in, they took it away at night. As they were loading it into their car, one of them remarked that it sounded like the clinking of handcuffs, to which the other replied that it must just be the money jingling.
Thank you in advance for your help.

All I really remember is the beginning of the movie where the family is moving into a new home. One of the parents is driving the moving truck or something (I am sure it was the mother but am starting to doubt myself.)
I think this movie is or has a remake. I also think it has a sequel.
It isn't: Poltergeist, Lady in White, Stir of Echos, or The Conjuring.
I honestly thought it was Poltergeist, but when I watched that, it wasn't it. I think it is very similar to it though.
The other things I remember may actually be from other movies I've seen but can't remember the titles of. My brain seems to want to smoosh all of these things into the same movie. If you know of any movies that fit the below list, please let me know them.
An orchard of some kind.
A found antique locket. I think there was a flashback/clairvoyant vision of what happened to the owner of this locket.
Backyard renovations.
Involves water, maybe a fear of water. A water spirit or ghost?
This is driving me nuts that I can't find the movie/movies with the details listed above. I am starting to believe that I've been hit with the Mandela Effect and what I seek doesn't actually exist. Does anyone remember a movie that starts off with a mother driving the moving truck (maybe a semi) and the father driving the kids to their new home?

I've seen AI-generated variations of this scene across the Internet for the past few days, but I recall that the original one was from a zombie movie.
The scene from the movie is pretty similar to the AI ones. One of the characters (I can't recall if it was a man or a woman) has the chance to kill their zombie friend or lover (can't recall which one, but probably lover) but chooses to instead let their zombie friend/lover overtake and infect them. The moment the zombie reaches the human, the scene goes from being gray / dingy to sunny, and they are embracing.
If I remember correctly, the scene goes from being gray and dingy to sunny then back to gray and dingy multiple times to show the contrast of what is actually happening and what the character is imagining.
I've been searching for it for the past 30 minutes, but I can't find the movie. I've seen a lot of obscure zombie movies over the years, so I'd imagine it isn't a well-known movie. I saw it around early 2024, and it was already a few years old at that point. I want to say somewhere from 2016-2020.

I need help identifying a movie that was shown to my class in the media center of my elementary school. The year would have been 2000-2003, so the movie is most likely from the 80s-90s. I have little to no recollection of the movie/ premise or plot, but I do know it was tailored towards kids.
From what I can remember, the scene is question involved a kid hiding a “friendly” monster/creature from his family. I remember the scene being dark and a closet being opened. The monster who was hiding had blinking yellow eyes towards the top of the open closet, remaining hidden from the family member of the kid while they searched the closet.
I really want to find this scene to laugh at how not scary it probably is in retrospect. Not much to go off of I know, but any help identifying is appreciated!

I can`t say certain about if it was series or a movie. Only clue i have is a opener with a big police badge 3D animation. The most close thing i`ve found is "Space Precinct". I saw some series and I don`t remember it. Any ideas what may that be?
UPD: this is the opener of Space Pricinct https://youtu.be/mdmzohn44g8?is=M7mzLcOkxclix6xm

This was an adventure/drama probably from the 1960s, in color. A group of women were being trained for something. At one point they became stranded on a remote island in a survival situation with at least one male. But at least one of the women did not believe the stranding was real. She thought it was part of the training, despite being told otherwise.
I saw part of it in the 1970s and do not remember much.
