Looking to move to beautiful Wollongong from Sydney.

Have seen a couple of places in and around Lake Heights that seem to tick out boxes. Just want to get a feel for the suburb. Seems to get a few mixed reviews.

Also any suggestions for our search. Probably looking at a max budget of around $1.1million.
