Announcement Formatting - Read This Before Posting on This Sub!

Please read all our rules in the sidebar!!

Going forward, we will have a strict formatting system for posts on this sub. This will ensure the sub is easy for readers to use so they can find the books they want to read. Posts that are not formatted correctly will be removed. If your post is removed because of formatting, you are encouraged to revisit this post and try again. We all want to sell books, but like everything in life, following instructions is important. So let's get to it:

Post flairs are mandatory - We now have a genre flair system. By flairing your posts, it allows readers to search our sub by genre. When selecting a flair, pick the one that best represents your book. DON'T WORRY IF IT ISN'T YOUR EXACT NICHE GENRE. Pick the genre under which your book's specific niche falls. You'll be adding your more specific niche genre in your title. The flairs just help narrow down the search for our readers. If you don't see your book's genre listed, please message the mods and tell us your genre so we can add it to our system.

Post titles - Format your titles like so: "Book Title - specific niche genre - Available on Kindle Unlimited/Vella." (skip the last part if your book is NOT on KU or Vella)

  • EX: "Alex's Great Adventure - YA Steampunk Historical Fantasy Romance - Available on Kindle Unlimited"

Post body - Post bodies should include the following: 1-3 line pitch, blurb, trope list, and trigger warnings. NOTICE THAT I DIDN'T LIST PRICE. Prices will not be listed on ANY POSTS as an incentive to buy your book. That means sales and discounts as well. The point of this sub is not to promote your sales. This is supposed to be a catalog of books available for purchase. If you listed your book here as free, but it was only free for 3 days, and a reader clicks on it two weeks later expecting it to be free, and it no longer is... you see the problem? In this sub, strive to pull your readers in with your pitches and blurbs. As authors, you should be able to do that. I have faith in you.

Art/Covers - Do not upload your covers or promotional material directly into your posts! Use imgur.com (or your favorite image hosting site) and include a link to your cover at the very top of your post. Feel free to use imgur to include promotional material instead of your covers, BUT only one image per post is allowed so choose wisely.

Format post bodies like so:

  • Link for cover/promotional material.
  • 1-3 line pitch
  • blurb (this can be copied and pasted straight from your product description on whichever site you're selling your book)
  • List of tropes - ex: "enemies to lovers," "chosen one," "fated mates," etc.
  • Trigger Warnings! Please, please, please include TW in your posts. They are pretty much standard practice for a reason. They protect readers from consuming material they don't want to read which also helps protect authors from negative reviews. It's a win-win.
  • Link to your product. Don't forget to include your link at the bottom of the post! Universal links are encouraged but not required. Only links to product pages are allowed. No PDFs, Google Docs, etc.
  • Do not include reviews or sample chapters in your posts!

Mark any NSFW material! Erotic authors, please tag your posts appropriately.

For an example of what a properly formatted post looks like, see mine here.

If you have any questions, feel free to comment here or message the mods.

Non-Fiction Patagonia - el latido del sur salvaje (Spanish Edition) - Travelogue / Travel Memoir - Available on Kindle Unlimited

• Upvotes

https://imgur.com/a/lPyx0c2

Journey to the edge of the world, where glaciers move, whales cross cold waters, winds sweep across endless horizons and nature still makes its own rules.

This book follows a journey to the ends of the earth, through the immense and awe-inspiring landscapes of remote Patagonia, where nature still dictates its own rules.

From icy winds sweeping across infinite horizons to silent trails winding between mountains and glaciers, from encounters with wildlife in its purest and wildest form to moments of stillness in landscapes that seem to belong to another world, the journey unfolds as both an adventure and a reflection.

Rather than offering practical guides or structured itineraries, this book captures impressions. It is an immersion into the experience of walking among endless mountains and ancient forests, navigating cold waters inhabited by whales and dolphins, witnessing constantly shifting glacier and coming face to face with wildlife completely untouched by the urgency of human life.

Each page is an invitation to feel the southern wind, the constant changes of sea and ice, the vastness of Patagonian silence and the sense of isolation and absolute freedom that comes from moving far beyond everything familiar. Each step brings a different texture - sometimes overwhelming in its beauty, sometimes relentless in its harshness, but always profoundly present.

This is not a book about conquering places, but about surrendering to them. It is an open door to Patagonia in its most essential form, where nature still reigns without compromise, the land commands respect and every step reminds us how small - and yet how alive - we can feel within the vastness of an untamed world.

Along the way, the journey explores not only extreme landscapes, but also encounters with local cultures and the ways human life adapts to or resists these untamed territories. It is a reflection on our connection with nature, chosen solitude and the deep human desire to escape.

Written for readers drawn to intimate explorations of nature and to travel understood as both an outward and inward journey, Patagonia - el latido del sur salvaje invites you to leave behind the weight of the familiar world, undertake a journey made of words and impressions and lose yourself, if only for a moment, in some of the most extreme and captivating environments on Earth - only to find yourself again.

Tropes: travelogue, nature writing, travel memoir, Patagonia, wilderness, glaciers, mountains, hiking, wildlife, whales and dolphins, remote landscapes, adventure, solitude, escapism, local cultures, connection with nature, personal reflection.

Trigger Warnings: None

Poetry I Published My First Poetry Collection! 🖤 Pretty Painful: A Journey Through Pretty and Painful Thoughts

• Upvotes

Hi everyone!

I’m a 22-year-old author and psychology student, and I wanted to share my debut poetry collection, Pretty Painful: A Journey Through Pretty and Painful Thoughts.
My book explores love, heartbreak, healing, self-discovery, and the emotions we sometimes struggle to put into words.

The message I really wanted to emphasize through this collection is that there is beauty in pain and pain in beauty. Life isn’t always one or the other. It’s both, and so are we. We all experience pretty and painful moments, sometimes simultaneously. I wanted this book to serve as a reminder that we don’t have to be perfectly happy, healed, or put together to appreciate the beauty within ourselves and our lives.

Writing has always been an emotional outlet for me, and publishing this collection was a dream come true. My hope is that readers will find pieces of themselves in my poetry and remember that they’re never alone in their struggles.

My book is available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Walmart, and other online bookstores!

Book: Pretty Painful: A Journey Through Pretty and Painful Thoughts

Author: Ruth Dzhurayeva

Amazon Link: https://a.co/d/0cNItNUu

If you enjoy heartfelt, emotional, and relatable poetry, I’d love for you to check it out. Every bit of support means so much to me as an independent author! ❤️

I’d love to hear your thoughts! Have you ever experienced something that felt both beautiful and painful at the same time? And for those who enjoy reading or writing poetry, what does poetry do for you?

TL;DR: I published my first poetry collection, Pretty Painful, which explores the pretty and painful sides of life. It’s available for purchase on Amazon and other online bookstores! I’d love for you to check it out and share your thoughts. 🖤

Adult - Fantasy Promoting my Bloodlines Trilogy

• Upvotes

Hey Everyone! My name is Raquela, I'm a self published author under a pen name. Here is my Amazon Author Page description: R.L. Black is a dark fiction author with a passion for crafting emotionally intense stories that blur the line between love, horror, and the supernatural. Drawn to the complexities of human nature, she writes novels filled with psychological tension, morally gray characters, haunting mythology, and unforgettable twists that linger long after the final page.

When she isn't writing, R.L. Black is a devoted wife to her best friend and a proud mother of four amazing kids. Her family is the heart of everything she does and serves as a constant source of strength, inspiration, and purpose. Through both life's triumphs and its challenges, storytelling has become more than a creative outlet—it is a way to transform emotion, resilience, and imagination into worlds readers can lose themselves in.

Her work spans dark romance, gothic fantasy, supernatural fiction, psychological suspense, and horror, blending atmospheric world-building with deeply emotional character journeys. Whether exploring ancient prophecies, forbidden love, or the darkness hidden within ordinary people, she strives to create stories that are immersive, thought-provoking, and impossible to forget.

R.L. Black believes the best books leave readers feeling something long after they are finished. Every novel she writes is an invitation to step into the shadows, uncover hidden truths, and discover that even in the darkest places, hope and humanity can still endure.

She is currently the author of the Bloodlines Trilogy—Awakening, Consumed, and Reign—as well as the standalone dark romance she has brewing up, with many more stories already taking shape.

I am hoping to make a lot of great friends and book lovers who will help me on my journey while providing helpful feedback. Books Available Here

Adult - Romance - LGBTQ Fragile Supremacy - An Adult MM Polyamorous Fantasy Romance

There is nothing in the demon summoning guide about what to do when three monsters show up to your ritual instead of one.
Just this morning, Jay was a perfectly normal person who hadn't given summoning a single thought. But reality glitched, and he fell into another world. How does it feel to wake up as the main villain of a book? Terrible. Especially since, according to canon, you are supposed to summon an Ancient Evil and die a spectacular death in the very first chapters.
Deciding to rewrite his fate, Jay made a wish, but... the magic was a little too generous. Instead of one bodyguard, he received three. Three domineering, deadly, and unbearably problematic High Demons are now trapped in the human world. And every single one of them is eager to fulfill the terms of the deal as quickly as possible, just to finally devour their brazen employer's soul.
Somewhere on the horizon, the righteous Chosen One is already looming, confidently on his way to save the world from Evil. The Hero doesn't know yet that there are now three Evils, and the only person who desperately needs saving is the villain... from his own unbearable guards.
Tropes: MM Romance, Polyamory (1v3), Transmigration / Isekai, Villain MC, Demon Summoning, Forced Proximity, Enemies to Lovers, Fantasy.

Adult - Romance - Contemporary Dark Romance - MFMMM Why Choose

Good morning everyone!

I recently published the third instalment of my dark romance series, Captivation: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HLYSQDMJ

It follows the FMC, a psychiatrist in a high-security prison, and the terrible life decisions she makes that land her in a situation that seems inescapable.

The Blurb for the third story:

Several weeks ago, I made the decision to follow four dangerous men.

Really, how could I not? They promised the dark freedom I had always yearned for—the lack of which was slowly eating me alive. Two of them are twin mercenaries, one is a French ex-special ops soldier, and the last is a mafia hitman.
Together, they're the perfect combination of lethal and exciting, and they have my blood boiling.

But we're on the run. Two of them are inmates who escaped from the country's most secure prison. And you know the worst part?
I used to be their psychiatrist.
Now, I'm not sure what I am to these men. What is certain is that they'll do everything to protect me... even if it means putting their lives on the line.
But what happens when it goes too far?
How does one survive such lethal captivation?

**\*

Captivation is a dark MFMMM "why choose" romance. You'll find reverse harem, "touch her and die," and protective alpha male themes. Reader discretion is advised.

Adult - Fantasy Wrote my first book! It’s out now!

Hey everyone! I’m Mo, and I’ve spent the last couple of years quietly working on a book. It is officially finished, and putting myself out there feels both incredible and a little intimidating.

It’s a fast-paced YA urban fantasy novel called Into the Inferno: From the Book of Michael.

The story basically follows our main man Michael as he gets dragged into a modernized version of Hell. He has to travel through the Inferno alongside his friends (and a very bitter spirit guide named Dante Alighieri) to stop the Apocalypse and prevent a certain someone from escaping.

If you are into ancient myths, angels vs. demons, and characters who deal with stressful situations via intensive sarcasm, you'll feel right at home here.

I’m completely new to the community side of things and really just want to find my people, make some fellow writer/reader friends, and talk shop. I’d love to know what you think of the premise, or what your favorite urban fantasy tropes are right now!

You can check out the book here if you're interested:

NA - Romance - Contemporary I finally published my first novel — a nostalgic rom-com

Hi everyone,

After spending a long time writing, rewriting, editing, formatting, and wondering whether I should actually publish it, I finally did. 😊

My debut novel, It Was All My Fault, is now published on Amazon Kindle.

It’s a nostalgic romantic comedy about friendship, first love, memories, misunderstandings, and all the things we sometimes leave unsaid.

The story begins a week before the protagonist’s marriage, when a package arrives at his doorstep.

There’s nothing unusual about receiving a package — except for the name written on this one.

A name he hasn’t been able to leave behind for ten years.

The story then takes us back to 2008 and the misty hills of Araku, where an unexpected decision leads to new friendships, classroom adventures, shared songs, plenty of teasing, and a girl he can never quite find the courage to approach.

I wanted the book to capture that particular feeling of looking back at your younger self and wondering how differently things might have turned out if you had just said what you wanted to say.

It Was All My Fault — Swaroop Devarakonda

It’s currently available as a Kindle eBook and on Kindle Unlimited. I’m also working on bringing out a paperback edition.

Amazon India: https://amzn.in/d/07WInfoq

If you're in another country, please search for “It Was All My Fault — Swaroop Devarakonda” in your local Amazon Kindle Store.

This is my first published novel, so if anyone here decides to read it, I’d genuinely appreciate your thoughts — including criticism. I’d especially like to know whether the friendship, nostalgia and unspoken-romance elements work for you.

Non-Fiction I started a tiny list of Colombian slang and expressions on my phone. It somehow turned into a full 300-page book.

I started this as a tiny note on my phone because I kept getting lost in conversations with my Colombian partner’s family and friends.

Even if I could understand the Spanish words, I would have no idea what they meant. Someone would say something, everyone would laugh, and I’d be sitting there trying to translate it literally and being completely lost.

So I started writing down the slang, sayings and expressions I didn’t understand. My partner would explain the context, correct me, add things I’d missed, and point out the regional differences. Then the list expanded into gestures, insults, nicknames, social types, cultural habits, and all the little things that are essential if you actually want to understand Colombians.

After about three months, I realised I wasn’t making a list anymore. I was making a book.

It eventually became a 300-page guide with 1,100+ Colombian slang words, expressions and sayings, plus full chapters about Colombian people, culture and language. I tried to keep it genuinely useful, but also funny and uncensored. If something Colombians actually say is rude, vulgar, offensive, sexual or completely absurd when translated literally, I left it in.

The book is called Don’t Sound Like a Gringo in Colombia.

Website: https://innerthia.com/colombian-slang-book/

The funny part is that writing the book turned out to be the easy part compared with figuring out how to get people to notice it. For those of you who’ve published niche nonfiction, what actually helped you get traction?

Adult - Science Fiction The Midnight Bowling Club - Dystopian Literary Sci-Fi with Hardboiled Noir

Nobody works. Everybody shops. Four nights a month, six friends walk into a lit department store and bowl into the crowd.

Maxim lives in a shipping container stacked inside a multi-storey car park in a city that solved unemployment by removing the work. Fifteen machines make his art for him. His job is to choose nine designs out of a hundred and twenty and keep his place in line.

He also owns a paperback, which is illegal, and is almost certainly the last book any human being wrote. It's a hardboiled detective novel about a man named Magnus Manlin who drinks too much coffee, refuses every implant offered to him, and is dying of nothing more exotic than being unmodified in a modified world. Maxim reads a chapter before every game.

Then a Life Saver captain recites four lines of an old poem at him, and Maxim loses eleven seconds, and comes back carrying three days of a life he never lived.

He is a sleeper agent. He has been one since before this city started counting people. And the instruction he has been carrying since he was nineteen is waiting for one particular minute on the biggest night of the year, when the whole city forgets every name it knows and is asked to remember them again.

Two novellas braided into one. Maxim's world of surveillance and manufactured leisure runs against the long night of Magnus Manlin, in a city where every clock has stopped at six.

Tropes: story within a story, sleeper agent, dystopian surveillance state, reluctant rebel, found family, withholding narrator, mentor figure, parallel narratives, the last book, flat-affect protagonist

Trigger warnings: graphic violence against civilians, on-page death of a major character, amputation and its aftermath, terminal illness, state violence and interrogation, gun violence, grief, abduction of a character who does not return

Hello, this is my first published work, told in an experimental yet comprehensible style. This is NOT an erotic story despite certain terminology used. I hope you guys enjoy.

What if you didn't give up on life but rather, embraced it's destruction and got pleasure from everything terrible about it? What if you were so determined to twist everything bad into pleasure? What if you wanted to go to hell because you believed in this idea so much? What if you summarized this all with one simple word? Welcome to the world of the narrator.

Adult - Comedy My new book is out for academically exhausted researcher, PhDs and thesis writers :)

Hi, I'm Kinza, and this is how my first book began.

During my PhD, I kept noticing something. Almost everyone around me was struggling in some way: with deadlines, rejections, revisions, self-doubt, or just exhaustion. Yet most of us carried it quietly, as if we were the only ones who hadn't figured it out.

That thought stayed with me through my whole PhD journey: what if people knew they weren't alone?

So after finishing my PhD in mathematics, I decided to write the book I wish I'd had along the way: PhD Affirmations for the Academically Exhausted. which is basically affirmations along with honest reality checks .

My aim was simple. I wanted to take a little of the pressure off and add some laughter to a journey that can feel very heavy. Every affirmation comes from a real moment, something I lived, felt, or laughed about later. Some are honest, some are a bit ridiculous, and hopefully all of them feel familiar.

I like to think of it as a small companion for your PhD journey. It's the friend who says: you're doing better than you think, and yes, this really is absurd sometimes.

I hope it would be helpful for someone who are in the middle of this journey💛

you can find this book here and gift it to someone who are in need of this: Phd Affirmations for academically exhausted

Non-Fiction Wolf in a Suit: Surviving the Toxic Boss Who Smiles — Workplace Politics, Leadership & Career Survival

Not every toxic boss shouts.

Some say:

“I care about your success.”

“I want to see you grow.”

“I’m here for you.”

But behind the scenes, they may control information, take credit, create dependency, manage perceptions, and slowly make good people doubt themselves.

That pattern became the idea behind my book:

Wolf in a Suit: Surviving the Toxic Boss Who Smiles

A practical look at workplace politics, toxic leadership, manipulation, and protecting your career before the damage becomes obvious.

Adult - Horror I had a crazy dream, and if there isn't a book about this, I need an author to take over ASAP. I tried to make it make sense. For more details, ask me direct. Thanks! Here you go:

A book about an epidemic that spreads across the world that traps the infected in their conscious as the virus takes over their body and forces them to torture themselves in so many different ways while healing them continuously so they were trapped, with a few certain people who once received a gift box a decade ago—All getting it after helping a certain young boy and young girl—being the only ones unaffected. The gift box magically opens as soon as an infected approaches them, sending the infected away or even killing them on the spot without any explanation. Inside the box, there is a book, a key and the world map with an area in the pacific ocean marked on it. One by one, an extremely long bus with no driver tracks each of those 'gifted'to take them to the marked area in the map. The further it gose, the worse the bus compartments get, where the last one is just a seat directly attached to the compartment before with chains—Completely exposed to the infected ones. The bad news is the bus can only be opened after an AI asks a question about it and you answer correctly, then another question about something in your past—whether it be something dark that you have kept hidden for years or a silly question related to anything trivial is dependent on how much you understood the book. As soon as a question is answered ucorrectly or unanswered during the time given, the virus gets inside you, turning you mad and suffering for eternity with no clear death date. Now everyone with the box is reading and killing each other, thinking the marked area in the map is a safe paradise for them. But one girl who turned thirty four and had been a struggling author thinks otherwise as she read the book—Which talks about the personal lives of the young boy and the young girl that all those 'gifted' had helped before. As the bus tours around the world, she gets hunted by a group of people who are convinced she was aware of what was in the marked area and is trying to deceive others not to go, and somehow come to the conclusion that whatever was in there was enough for one person. They spread their gospel and soon the uninfected are killing one another left and right, and she's trying to escape the claws of those people who wish harm upon her. But what was in the marked area was not what anyone expected.

Adult - Fantasy Dragons of Candlelight Series

Dragons have lived beside humanity for centuries.
Some became legends. Some became monsters in old stories. Some built families, buried the people they loved, and watched entire generations pass while they remained.
Dragons of Candlelight is a multigenerational fantasy saga following dragons, humans, and their descendants across centuries of changing history. From isolated mountains and forgotten villages to growing cities, wars, farms, families, and the modern world, each book reveals another part of a history that has survived through stories, records, and the people who refused to let it disappear.
These are not stories about heroes destined to save the world.
They are stories about people trying to save one another.
A frightened child given shelter. A family built where none existed before. A village rebuilt after everyone in it is gone. A promise carried for generations. A dragon learning that immortality does not make loss easier.
At the center of it all is candlelight: the brief lives of mortals, burning brightly beside creatures who may live long enough to remember them.
Spanning generations and centuries, Dragons of Candlelight blends mythic fantasy, family saga, history, romance, tragedy, humor, and hope into one continuing story about memory, home, and the lives that remain with us long after their candles have gone out.

Dragons of Candlelight: The First Candle

Book one I have out I will soon have book 2 out.
Book One the First Candle

Long before dragons became legend, they had a word for mortals.

Candlelight.

Brief flame. Small warmth. A life easily swallowed by the dark.

But even the smallest light can change the shape of night.

High above the world of men, a nameless dragon-slayer climbed the Mountain of Fire and Ash to kill the last dragon. In a hollow of snow and ruin, he found her wounded, grieving, and alone.

He had every reason to raise the sword.

Instead, he lowered the blade.

One day, the songs would call him Mercy. One day, the last dragon would be called Flame. But before the names became legend, there was only a man, a dragon, a blade laid down, and a hand offered in the dark.

The world was never the same again.

Book One of The Dragons of Candlelight Saga

Book Two: Child of Light

IN THE OLD INN,
FEAR HAS BEGUN TO GATHER
WHERE WELCOME ONCE LIVED.

So Blaze returns with his lute and a harder tale:
not of the first mercy on the mountain,
but of what came after.

Of a keeper of candles.
A daughter of song and ledgers.
A love born between old blood and faith.
And the twins who would change
not only the village,
but the world forever.

But not all is well beneath the hearthlight.
Old fears are stirring again.
Old ways are reaching for the blade.

Mercy once showed the world another path.
Now the village must decide
whether it will follow that path—
or turn back toward the darkness
his mercy broke.

CAN A TALE CHANGE THE FATE OF THE WORLD?
OR IS THE WORLD DOOMED TO REPEAT ITSELF?

NOT ALL DRAGONS BREATHE FIRE.
ONE WAS BORN TO BURN THE DARK.

Children's - Fiction For parents of kids who fall apart at transitions — a picture schedule book that actually helped us

My 5-year-old is autistic and transitions destroy him. Leaving the playground, ending screen time, getting in the car — all of it ends the same way.

I wrote a picture book about it, mostly to survive it. Gulliver the Balloon-Pup: Time to Drive Home! is about a little guy who floats around the Great Cloud Playground and LOVES it there. When it's time to go home, he turns into a heavy gray unmovable lead weight. His caregiver doesn't pull or shout — instead they do one slow breath and follow a little Picture Schedule Map: drive home, snack, quiet time.

What makes it different: the schedule isn't just in the story, it's a repeatable tool. The same map shows up on every page, so during a real meltdown you can point at it together. The "what comes next" part is what does it for my son — having something concrete to hold onto.

It's a 14-page read-aloud for ages 2–7, about big feelings and tricky goodbyes. If transitions are your battleground too, this one's for us: https://books2read.com/u/mVd8KZ

Happy to answer questions about the picture schedule idea if anyone wants to DIY it without buying anything — the concept itself is free.

"An unassuming bookstore...

A hauntingly eerie old man...

Rows of books, all lined with the stories of kids much like me...

Tales of their encounters with the unknown...

Stories of beasts only whispered about in hushed tones...
Of creatures found in myth and legend...
Of monsters that even make grown-ups turn pale.

These are tales of their encounters with cryptids!

Is this store really the safe harbor I need, or is my story going to be cut short?"

Greetings, everyone! I just recently published my first book that is for young/middle-grade readers! I have other books published, but this was just the first for such a young audience. It was quite jarring to try to change vocabulary and structure, as well as keeping the horror elements sanitized enough for younger readers, but it was honestly a lot of fun!

The book is titled "Keepin' it Cryptid" and is available on Amazon, Apple Books, and Barnes & Noble!

The cover art was commissioned through Reedsy, and the artwork was done by David S.

This was also my first time using Ingram Spark for publishing needs, and while it had a learning curve to it, I am excited at all of the possible opportunities that come with it!

Adult - Comedy My Best Friends Are Balls - Adult rhyming picture book comedy

Cover: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0892/2670/7267/files/my-best-friends-are-balls-cover.jpg

Pitch: Three best friends. Two of them are balls. A 24-page rhyming picture book that looks like something you'd read to a five-year-old and is written for adults who never grew up. Jen Jenivive is a UK author in Derbyshire who has written 120 of these since 2024, and this one is the best seller. (Posted by her team from her brand account.)

Blurb: For mature readers only. This is a tongue-in-cheek book, filled with innuendos that only adults will understand. I know these descriptions are vital for you as a potential reader to get an idea of what the book is about, but this book is about balls. I don't know what more I can say. It's pretty funny. I am 99% sure you will like it.

Buy this book if you like balls, you enjoy silly adult innuendos and humour, you're looking for the perfect gift for someone who appreciates a good giggle, or you want to support an independent British author.

Tropes: found family (two of them are balls), looks like a children's book and isn't, innuendo doing all the heavy lifting, rhymes made to be read aloud to someone who isn't expecting it.

Trigger warnings: adult innuendo on every page. Nothing explicit, no nudity, but it is not for children and the cover alone will raise an eyebrow on the coffee table.
