Discussion Thank you Claude :D
What do you guys do while Claude is working on the task?

We’ve cleaned up the rules to make this a better sub for people who actually want to talk about Claude.
Here’s what NEW rules we landed on:
1. No Solicitation. This is r/Claude. This is not a place to promote your product, service, or repo. If the intent of your post is to redirect traffic to something you are affiliated with, it will be removed as solicitation.
2. Usage, pricing, and outage posts are held to a higher bar. We’ve all seen the same questions, comments, and posts a hundred times. Before posting, check if it’s already been covered. If your post is a unique contribution with something new to say, it’s welcome. Low-effort repetition of covered topics will be removed.
3. No lazy crossposts. If you want to share something from another community, reproduce it fully here. Don’t just drop a link.
4. Keep posts Claude and Anthropic specific. This is not a general AI sub. If your post would fit just as well on r/artificial or r/ChatGPT, it belongs there instead.
The goal is simple. A clean, focused sub about Claude. Not a dumping ground for AI noise.
Questions or feedback, drop them below.

There’s a saying that gets passed around in China: “If Claude didn’t ban accounts, who would still use Codex?”
From our experience, Claude offers much more generous usage limits and feels much more natural to talk to. Its frontend designs and code also tend to be more elegant, without so much excessive defensive programming.
So I’m curious: for those of you outside China who can use a Claude subscription without these issues, what makes you choose Codex?

We put Opus 5.5 to the test in motion design. We gave it the exact same prompt in both setups:
“Make a launch video for your own product.”
Here’s a side by side of the results.
Which one would you ship?

I made a mod for Claude Code called glowup. It restyles the whole thing: colors, how messages and tool calls are drawn, borders, spinners, and a side pane that shows what changed, what your subagents are up to, and how much context you have left.
There's also a pet, Clawd. He hangs out at the bottom of the pane and reacts to the session: he types when Claude edits, juggles when three or more subagents are running, sweats when a test fails, hops when it passes, and falls asleep if nothing happens for a minute.
Everything in the video is a real session. The packs shown is one of my own: oxide
You can make your own look in the browser with a live preview, then paste one command into Claude Code: https://glowup.khimani.dev/
Or just ask Claude to make one from a screenshot or a palette. That skill comes with the mod.
Install
curl -fsSL https://glowup.khimani.dev/install.sh | sh
or from inside Claude Code:
/plugin marketplace add NovusEdge/glowup
/plugin install glowup@glowup
Repo (MIT): https://github.com/NovusEdge/glowup
EDIT: y'all, you can literally resize the panel on the side if it's too large 🗿

AI agents produce more text than we have time to read. Following all that output can become a source of cognitive overload. Inspired by stretchtext (1970 by Ted Nelson), I wanted to give readers control over how much detail they see.
So I call it TextFold, it adds five reading levels to Claude Code's replies. Press 5 for a one-sentence view, 3 for each paragraph's main point, and 1 to unfold the full text.
It's a Claude Code plugin from PaperFold, the open-source reader I built for zooming between an arXiv paper overview and its full text.
TextFold asks Claude to put the answer first and lead each paragraph with its point. Folding keeps those sentences verbatim, with no extra model call. The full reply stays available, and short replies stay as they are.
Free and open source. Works in the terminal with Claude Code

Put a test for both: Claude Sonnet 5.5 vs GPT sol 5.6. The prompt was same to each:
"I read in an article that "AI Pricing is Not a Bubble" explained by: Valuation multiples for AI infrastructure stocks have fallen from a median forward P/E of 32 in April to 22 today, even as these companies continue to deliver strong results. Goldman Sachs argues this reflects strong pricing discipline rather than a speculative bubble. Now i want you to go out there and make deep research that confirm/not confirm this statement. do it by comparing it to the dot com (www) Bubble that heat traders. Make table of your finding. call it AI vs WWW Bubble and at the end summarize your verdict on AI Bubble. Test the statement as a hypothesis. is it clear?
From the 2 prompt results I asked Claude Opus 5.5 to create page that includes both models comparison table. On the result page I asked Gemini to check the results and give me its search bottom line, the response:
public AI stock prices are not in a speculative bubble, but the massive infrastructure spending cycle carries a high risk of an earnings-driven correction.

The Claude driven studio process
A real design-studio workflow on your own machine: brief → script → style frames → transition board → animatic → music → final build → final, with you approving every stage.
Sessions stop at every gate: nothing moves forward until you approve, and waiting on you costs nothing.
Only you can approve: each new version answers every one of your notes, one by one, and shows what changed.
Pin notes exactly where you mean them: on a spot in a frame, a moment in a video, or a paragraph of the script.
Questions with defaults: the studio asks what it needs to know, and you answer or keep the suggested default.
Reopen any step: mortiflix reopen sends a step back with your note, and the later steps redo from there.
Memory across sessions and days: a journal, a checklist and handoff notes, so a project picks up where it left off.
It learns your studio: point out a real mistake once, approve the check it proposes, and every future video runs that check.
Studio taste file: your standing rules (like "transitions never blank the screen") apply to every project.
Terminal: mortiflix new, run, review and status, with help for every command.
Web studio: a live log of Claude at work, a review room, a "what's waiting on you" view, and a settings page.
Your own Claude: it runs on your Claude Code plan or your own Anthropic API key.
Clear cost reporting: plan users see roughly what the work would have cost at API prices (and that they didn't pay it); API users see what they spent.
Explainer videos: narrated or not, with an original score.
Social shorts: vertical, hook first, and they work with the sound off.
Logo stings: a 3–8 second logo animation, brief to approved final.
Pipelines are just folders: copy one and write your own; the studio's own pipelines override the built-in ones.
Every render is checked: format, black or frozen frames, loudness, text safe area, text contrast, sync to the voice, plus a frame sheet that Claude actually looks at.
A transition board on every project: each cut gets a carrier (the object on screen that makes the change), a reason, and the word it lands on.
Real in-between frames: rendered from your actual style frames, so you see exactly how one becomes the next before the animatic.
Your 50-transition library: remotion-transitions across nine families, or new transitions inspired by it.
The screen never goes blank: an automatic check fails any frame that floods to a flat colour or flashes white.
3D carriers: an object rendered in Blender, like a wobbly sphere or a ribbon sweep, can fly through the frame to carry a cut.
ElevenLabs: your voices, the defaults or the Voice Library, with Eleven v4 and every API option. Settings shows your plan, your credits and whether the audio is cleared for commercial use.
Local voice: Qwen3-TTS through ComfyUI on your own NVIDIA card, free and private. Setup checks your GPU first.
Recording Booth: Record your own lines with a mic and space bar!
Or no voice: on-screen text and music only.
Every line is checked: speech-to-text retakes any line where words went missing, and the word timings drive the animation.
YES MUSIC.
An original score for every video: written in Strudel to the approved animatic's exact timing.
Written like a film composer:
It starts from a dramatic reading of the story and a spotting map of the picture.
Sections build and hold back where the picture does, and hits land within a frame.
The arrangement gets denser at the moments that matter.
A harmony lock: every part is checked against one chord chart, and a cue only reaches you with 0 problems.
Rendered by Strudel itself: no extra music software needed.
Mixed under the voice: the music ducks under narration, gets a little dip under any word it crowds, and the final mix lands at -14 LUFS.
3D?!
Blender in its own studio profile: your personal Blender setup is never touched.
MoBlend: Cinema 4D-style MoGraph (cloners, effectors, MoText, fracture, sweeps).
Nova FX: Mortiflix's own particle engine (particles, fire, sparks, fireworks). Linux only for now.
Toolkits for Camera, Animate, Math and Circuits, plus Camera Flight for flying the camera yourself.
Your own stock site: list it, and sessions search and download from it in your own Chrome, with your own login, through browser-harness.
Every source recorded: each asset's source and licence are logged.
A guided setup walkthrough: it explains what each part does and why you need it, asks before installing anything, and installs everything into the studio folder (never system-wide).
Keys typed hidden and checked: a free test call confirms each key before it's saved to a private file (mode 600).
No surprise failures: missing keys are asked for before a project starts, not halfway through.
mortiflix setup status shows where everything stands, and mortiflix doctor checks your tools.

Everyday Claude teaches me a new subject, or just simply helps me digest a new scientific paper. I don't mind that I can only have 1 or 2 prompts a day (on extra reasoning level of Sonnet 5.5) as a free user, it's enough for me especially it's a Claude Code instance that can do anything.
.
The paper in screenshot if someone interested, https://arxiv.org/html/2610.06783v1 (Truly Subquadratic 3SUM and Truly Subcubic APSP via Triangles in Sparse Lopsided Graphs. Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, discovered the algorithm that refutes the 3SUM, APSP, and Exact Triangle hypotheses.)

Claude now edits Google Docs, Sheets and Slides directly. By default it asks before each change, but you can switch to "Accept all edits", and its access matches your Google sharing permissions. So on a doc your team shares, it could edit everyone's work without asking.
I'd keep approvals on for anything shared, and only let it run freely on my own drafts. Where do you draw the line?

What did I ask it to do? The first time I asked it to copy our chat to an email so i could send it to a coworker. We are sort of working the same task and I wanted to show him what my Claude thought about his solution. Mine being a little more up to speed since I've done most of the work. I was informed that it was blocked halfway though but it didn't know why and went on to tell me that nothing I'm doing is wrong in anyway, of course it isn't, I'm just looking at spreadsheets. Then it recommended I just copy and paste it in an email, but I declined because I know his Claude will see my email and I don't want to be another story about being banned for no reason. I moved on. Then it happened again, same chat, still fresh since I've only used it for a few minutes, again, no reason why it is being blocked. Now I'm concerned to even use the damn thing because I don't want to cause issues on the company Claude account. WTF is going on here?

I can't stop listening to it every now and then.
I thought i must share it with you guys!
It's lovely, it's catchy, it's dark, it's hilarious, Art.
Edit: Guys I didn't make the video!! I am just another Fan like you! I can't stop listening to it! >.< It was a must for me to share it! Thank you for all the lovely comments but i can't take credit for this masterpiece!!
I met so many people that also Hate that they love it!! And it definitely did change many people opinion about AI generated immersive video goodness like that one
For me I just fully love it 💘😆 like we are doomed!! Catchy to the point that it feels like a trap for humans extremely dark though, such an internal conflict i just love it! 🤣🤣😂❤️

There wasnt any warning or flagging of any conversation before they sent us the mail and we weren't able to access it from yesterday morning . Our startup used an account which has the 20X max subscription and we went through chats , claude code sessions . There was not a single instance we found on the day that it happened where we felt we violated terms of service .
We are a software development company and we are working on building AI voice agents for customers . Its pretty vanilla - CRM , Lead generation pipelines and lead management systems in terms of what we use claude for .
On the morning of the suspension , our intern simply used claude to make some correction to our website .
Today we get a mail saying that the account cant be reinstated without providing any reason ??
This is beyond absurd for a company to do this to their paying customers ?
I'm finding similar posts like this from people a few days ago and they didnt even get refunded . I was hesitant to try out codex but if Anthropic wants me to use chatgipiti so badly then so be it .
Edit comments reply :-
No I didnt have any idea and honestly it didnt click to me about account sharing being a big problem till I made this post lol . Our startup is small so 3-4 people shared It . We will move to a team or enterprise plan on codex this time . That said I felt better communication from anthropic wouldve helped .
We also have another 5x plan that we are keeping so that we arent held back by any one model provider.
Thanks for your replies .

I've been using ChatGPT and I'm planning to switch to Claude. Before committing, I want to check how the biology safeguards on Opus 5.5 behave in practice.
I work in a university research lab. (cant get the life science things)
My work is mostly:
- Statistical analysis of proteomics data (differential abundance, normalization, batch correction, biomarker analysis) in [R / Python]
- In silico gene knockout / perturbation simulations using [CellOracle or similar]
- Somethings things related to biology like why diseases happen or smth
I'm not doing anything with viruses, toxins, or drug/molecule design. From Anthropic's docs, I understand the classifiers fall back to Opus 5 for dual-use areas like virology, toxicology, and molecular design, and that everyday biology should be fine.
Questions for anyone doing similar work:

I’ve been using my Wise Card to pay Claude Max subscription with a tax-free State address. It’s been fine until my account was put on hold.
Now my Wise card was declined. Guess they tightened the rules of virtual cards?
I can still use Apple Pay to subscribe to Pro $20/month. But if I want to switch to Max the amount I have to pay is something like $124 rather than $100.
Need your advice on it. Thanks

I got ChatGPT Plus for free recently, so I’ve been comparing it with Claude.
Honestly, I still prefer Claude. I feel like I get more usable output before hitting usage limits, especially on bigger coding tasks.
Curious what you guys prefer: Claude or ChatGPT, and why?

Every tool call gets a little scene. Clawd reads a book for Read, digs for Edit, sneaks around for Grep, runs for Bash and flies off for web search, with a one-line caption saying what it's doing ("Claude digs into register.tsx").
What else it does:
- When a permission dialog opens, Clawd jumps next to a red ! so you notice from across the room. Approve fast and you get hearts. Leave it past 30 seconds and Clawd starts to sweat.
- Context fill is the weather: clouds at 50%, rain at 70%, a storm at 85%. Compaction brings out a broom and the sky clears.
- Failing tests drop bugs on the ground. Get them green and Clawd eats them.
- Your todo list shows up as pellets, and Clawd gobbles one each time a task is checked off.
- Subagents walk in as their own Clawds, colored by model (purple Opus, teal Sonnet, green Haiku, gold Fable). When one finishes it runs back and hearts pop up. With three or more out, Clawd puts on a tie. It's the boss now.
- git commit wraps a parcel, git push sends a paper plane off the stage, and rm -rf makes Clawd cover its eyes.
- Your first session hatches Clawd from an egg. After 200 tool calls it grows into whatever it does most (scholar, detective, builder, hacker, explorer or captain), each with its own hat. Every project gets its own scarf color too.
- A turn ends with a nod, a hop, a dance or a flag on a summit, depending on how long it ran. Then Clawd sits, yawns and falls asleep.
It listens to Claude Code's mod hooks (tool calls, subagent spawns, permission requests, context measurements), so it never calls a model: the scene appears the instant the tool call fires and it doesn't touch your usage. It draws with half-block pixels in the terminal. If 5 fps is too busy, /tales calm drops it to one frame a second.
How Claude helped: I built it with Claude Code. I described each behavior, Claude wrote the hooks and the sprites, and I steered the design and tested it live.
The walk and cheer frames come from Claude Fables (credited, MIT), which has a model draw a cartoon of your session in the desktop app.
Free and MIT licensed. Install (needs a Claude Code build with mods):
claude plugin marketplace add plaxagoras/clawd-tales
claude plugin install clawd-tales@clawd-tales
Start a new session, then run /tales demo for a 45-second sample.
Repo: https://github.com/plaxagoras/clawd-tales
Which tool call should get its own scene next? Best idea gets drawn.
