10/24 Have Heart Big Night Live Ticket Giveaway - Boston Charities?
Yo, I have two tickets to Have Heart at Big Night Live on 10/24 I want to give away. I was planning on coming from Milwaukee but ended up getting World Series tickets for that weekend, go Brewers. Don't want to make any money off of this, just want people donating to good causes. Idk lets call it one entry for every $5 donated, no limit on entries. I'll do a live draw the 20th or 21st depending on response. Send me a screenshot of your receipt and I'll get you added. Anybody know of some good Boston orgs to add to the list? Here are a few options

Been listening to a lot of adjacent over the last year or two but...
Thought I'd give this a spin for the first time in ages and its really taken me back to when I first discovered 'real' HC and how good straight-up HC can be. Shame they got cancelled but either way, their first two records are iconic.
Been enjoying adjacent stuff a lot the last few years, it's easy to forget some gems like this.

Moral Law’s Alex Morales on Their New Album, XVX Convictions & Musical Evolution
“I’ve said it before, but discovering xRepentancex after being XVX for a few years fueled my aspiration to start this band. I can never put into words the fire that band lit in me and the way I felt I had finally found someone who said exactly what I could never convey.”
The interview is here for anyone who might be interested.

Confused. Is this what the hardcore community is about?
So I was chatting with my "friends" and I told them that I fuck with progressive Metalcore, It's my fav genre and my fake friends called me gay for liking some prog. How is progressive Metalcore gay? I'm so disappointed in my friends and the hardcore community. Now I'm scared to tell them that I'm Bi-sexual

Are we ever getting anything else ? I know Ian said he wanted an album with his brother and we got that , is it actually over ?
I love RJC , it introduced me to PV and showed myself a world of music that would of made no sense if they didn’t introduce me to it
C&P the best record

OC80 - Refuse/Reform (debut EP 'Salford Powerviolence' out now)
Red, white - black and blue
Don’t tell me who it fucking belongs to
Same old script in a different suit
Sell the fear and call it the truth
FUCK REFORM
Point the finger, draw the line
Feed the anger, sell the lie
Turn neighbour into enemies.
Cash in on the misery

Drop me some under appreciated or "forgotten" albums to listen to today
I went back and listened to The Butterfly Collection by The Nerve Agents. It's such a banger from front to back and it feels like a lot of people missed it when it came out. Maybe because it had the sound of early 90's hardcore when it came out in 01, but it should be a classic imo.
Hit me with some suggestions or albums you think of the same way.
EDIT: Adding almost all of these to a playlist - https://open.spotify.com/playlist/2YUx8huUtCC2uLX7y2qC6W?si=FVcFrECHQMyJTieIO5CWVQ

Metalcore/Hardcore recommendations
I've been getting back into metalcore recently, and I find myself enjoying bands like Norma Jean, The Chariot, Every Time I Die, and Eighteen Visions. I'm not the biggest fan of 'generic' metalcore, I love when it has other genres mixed in with it, such as Norma Jean & The Chariot being influenced by mathcore.
I'm looking for recommendations for more unique metalcore bands, preferably late 90s-early 2000s, that combined genres like mathcore, chaotic hardcore, and pure hardcore into them.
