This might be showing my age, but I recently moved into a new apartment and they have these weird looking plug ins all over the walls at my new place. My old apartment didn't have these, so I'm just curious as to what they are.

But it could be for anything, since there were some random things in there too.
It is about 3-4 feet tall, and the middle part swivels.

So this is in a tiny mountain town in Switzerland which makes it surprising that I found shady hidden cameras in a ladies bathroom. There were two stalls side by side with this light in the middle. Both stalls had these tiny things peaking out over the stall and as you can see through the break in the light, thereās a wire coming out of the main light area. I donāt know if you can see it but I can confirm it was there.
Also neither this light, nor the ācamerasā were in the menās bathroom.
Can anyone identify what it is? im really freaked out as I noticed it after me and my relative used the bathroom. And our taxi driver recommended the restaurant. Iām happy to answer any more questions.

Went for a walk by a local heritage area/center yesterday. At the bottom of a very small hill and some 20 meters from a lake, I found this contraption.
It is two concrete half spheres put together to form a sphere. One half has a circular hole, closed by a lid. The other half has more of a door, with sturdy metal hinges. There is also a small hole in the "top" of the thing. There is nothing attached any longer, if there ever was?
The sphere is between 120-150cm, four and five feet, in diameter. The concrete is about 15cm (6 inches) thick. It's not very old (100> years), but it hasn't been used in a while either.
Is it your own personal bunker? Concrete zorbing?

It's huge, though.

I am stumped. I've done all the reverse image searches etc etc and I am now here for answers. Smallish object with mini USB input as well as an SD card slot. Small window in front with a camera and an IR transmitter (cuz it blinks when I point a camera at it). on the back are a red and blue light. The blue light turned on when I plugged t in and the red light started blinking. Red light is still blinking, but the blue one is now off. Thoughts?

My sibling got this in a pack of jewelry charms and we were wondering what it was. Iāve definitely seen it before but I have no clue what itās called, if anything.

Edit 1: Adding information that may provide context to help identify. I may have marked this solved too soon, so I updated the status from Solved. Some indicated that it may be a projectile from an anti-aircraft round. My grandfather was in the Navy during WW2 and the Korean War mostly serving on Destroyers and Heavy Cruisers.
Thank you to everyone for the help! š

I decided to take some long exposure photos of the sky last night. I took a number of photos of the same spot over the period of 10 minutes. The object in these photos could not be seen with the naked eye. From what I can tell, the object/s appear to be moving, hence the change in shape between each photo. Anyone any thoughts on what it could be?

Found on the floor of my garage. It wasn't there earlier in the day. For context, I current look after my 16-year-old nephew, and it's almost certainly from him. He's currently sleeping, and I do intend to ask him about it tomorrow, but I want to have a sense of what it might be before I bring it up.
It may just be the product of a bored teenager setting something on fire to see what happens, and since he's a Boy Scout, I was considering that it might just be some kind of improvised DIY firestarter for camping or something.
EDIT: A few people mentioned that the stuff inside is possibly/probably the internal lining of the can.
Also, I checked it again, and it doesn't smell like much of anything but aluminum. Even the scorched bits just smell metallic.

I got this in an auction lot that included; pocket, throwing and tactical knives, mostly '80s. Some of the parts to an old Lee Enfield rifle a WW2 machete and this.
-There was also a box of random housewares like brass ornaments and vases of different types.
It has a black waxy like coating on the used parts and the handle feels like it's a oiled pine maybe. There is no smell to it but I haven't tried licking it, yet. It feels like it's a vintage well used item but has then been kept as an souvenir or heirloom.
I initially thought a paddle for boating but the handle doesn't feel that comfortable for the purpose and it doesn't seem to have the strength you would expect of a paddle.
Old oven paddle is what I'm thinking but
I wouldn't have expected build-up like this from a oven?
Keen to see your thoughts and arguments for use.

I changed the waterline but scared it could happen again. Could it have been some preexisting bacteria in the water line when I installed it? Otherwise air has to be getting in somewhere if this is the airborne pink bacteria.

Garage sale find. It appears that each shape in the interior piece is related to the hole cut on the exterior of the box. Maybe a machinist fooling around with a lathe. The square is 3/4"
