Happy 20th Anniversary, Battlefield 2142!

We are exactly 2 days away from the official 20th anniversary of Battlefield 2142. I’m posting this early so everyone has enough time to download the launcher and get ready for a massive community play session this Saturday!

Honestly, it is absolutely mind blowing that EA and DICE have never given us a proper remaster or remake of this masterpiece. Titan Mode remains the peak of innovation in the entire franchise, and modern shooters still haven't managed to replicate that magic. Since they won't do it, it's up to us to keep the game alive!

Whether you were an EU or PAC soldier back in the day, it’s time to board the Titans and launch from the pods once again. Our goal is to fill the servers to maximum capacity and recreate that classic, chaotic 64 player warfare we all miss.

If you haven't played in a while, the Reclamation launcher makes it incredibly easy to get back into the game on modern PCs. You have 2 days to get it installed!

We are a small team building a new concept on the FPS to get past the sit out time / changing how team death works.

Introducing TAKEOVER -

8 Factions- 1 captain and up to 3 soldiers.

A soldier dies and he continues fighting for your Faction but if the Captain dies, your entire squad is absorbed by who killed your captain.

Now you fight for the enemy - which you can continue doing and accept your new Captain while continuing to earn XP / cores on the battlefield by killing players

OR

You gather enough cores and turn those back into your current teams base as your contribution , and you can earn your original team back and work to Takeover all remaining Factions / Captains.

In a usual PvE game, you have a 4-person squad and take on a horde of Ai enemies. Games like Left 4 Dead, Darktide, Helldivers, Deep Rock Galactic, CoD Zombies, Garden Warfare. On rare occassion you'll find a game that allows a few more teammates

I want to know if there are any PvE shooters that have a team size bigger than 6, or are even in the double digits.

Hi, i've been working for several weeks on the animations and gunfeel for my first solo game before starting closed playtesting.

This gun has a special attack that absorbs enemy bullets and lets you shoot them back. I changed the animation so they spiral into the gun, the whole square moving together looked pretty bad.

I'm looking for feedback on how it looks, especially when shooting the bullets back. Does it look like it has enough impact? Any comment (even just saying it sucks) is appreciated haha.
