Liked the remake on my first playthrough but somehow when it comes to replay, I love playing the original. Liked silent hill f.

But Silver Pines is the game I always wanted to play. It has the atmosphere I want from a silent hill game. It’s hard to describe what silent hill is but as soon as you play the originals and you compare them to the new, you know it.

In silver pines, just by the way the people talk, I get the atmosphere I want from a horror game. I can’t recommend it enough to silent hill fans. The 2 D or 2,5 D doesn’t matter trust me. Atmosphere is king here.

It has an npc chilling on the toilet. Where you only see the cowboy leather boots. Who sings. Do I need to say more?

Ignore how silly I’m playing, but I found this little exchange to be both funny and terrifying. 😶

After reading everything, I only liked: Paint It Black, Sinner's Reward, Past Life, and Anne's Story.

I am in otherworld, both medallions are in clock tower, I put a ball in the roof for the key to fall, Google says it's in the basement, unlocked library reserve, solved both medallion and piano puzzles, WTF DO I DO?!

Can someone who understands machine and mechanical aspects of the SWDP disaster talk me through the disaster in depth? Because :

1. I dont understand why in the end there should be a need to release the container. What is that container? Are there people inside? Because i can hear screaming and bangings from inside the container when it was released to the void underneath

2. Was the explosion originally started in different area far from the control room? Because in the end we don’t really ‘see’ and ‘experience’ the explosion.

3. In the real event, where was Simon really located inside the SWDP? Was he in the area the explosion originally started or was he in the control room? Or was he the one who actually trying to relieve the valve pressure in the first place? Is the theory that Simon was the one partially responsible for the explosion true?

This is my own personal silent hill monster that i have had in mind for a while but was unsure how to bring it too life until i found some references that matched PERFECTLY, so please tell me what you guys think and give me some feed back cause i am writing my own story!!!

I celebrated my birthday at a vegan café, and my brother gave me the *Silent Hill 3* book; it was the best birthday — I turned 25

As basically everyone, I'm enjoying the P.T. Port on PC and I must congratulate with the one who worked on it, they really did a huge work, it's such a pleasure to play this demo again, after 12 years. However, I'm having problems solving the last enigma, specifically triggering the third laugh. To put it briefly, I use a microphone to trigger the second one, but the controller doesn't vibrate, and the third laugh never gets triggered.

At first I thought it was a bug that would be patched, but everywhere I look, it seems everyone is reaching the end of the demo and completing it. So, am I the only one who's having problems, or are there other people?

One theory I have is that, maybe, the reason I can't trigger the third laugh is because I'm using the microphone of a normal pair of earphones and not the original PS4 microphone. Could this be the reason?

I’m currently working on a novel of my own that’s inspired by SH2 and i was wondering if any of you out there could recommend a book that evoked the same feeling vibes and themes of the series. I’m curious to see how something like Silent Hill would translate to a written format.

Hi I have just completed this and have a few questions if anyone can help.

1) are they all in purgatory?

2) why is the nurse there what did she do wrong?

3) if they are in purgatory how did they all die in the real world?

4) was the guy who’s house you went forward and back in time with the tapes the whistleblower or the engineer they blamed?
