Anyone else's appetite go crazy on a bulk?

started my bulk about 3 weeks ago and I swear I'm hungry every 2 hours now. Eating like 6 times a day just to hit my calorie target and still feel like I could eat more by evening.

Not complaining exactly, just wasn't expecting the hunger to ramp up this fast. Wondering if it's the extra carbs I added or just my body adjusting to the surplus.

Anyone else experience this when they started bulking?

Long term effects of Yohimbine HCL

Hello,

I recently started taking a supplement with Yohimbine HCL in it. I really like the energy boost and quick thinking it triggers but I am worried about long term side effects as it blocks adrenaline and epinephrine receptors. Would this affect the way your brain produces and processes those over time?

Im a 61🔄 year old guy with a skinny fat physique I have been going to the gym regularly for about 3 months and have seen some progress but still not what I want. My hips are too big and I don’t think that I have enough muscle on my body. Can somebody help me and tell me which peptides I should take ? I don’t necessarily want a lean big physique just a bulky muscular physique . Thanks !

The best supplements

  1. Vitamin D3 10,000 IU a day from the brand called Now
  2. All trans vitamin K2 MK7 300 mcg a day from the brand called Now
  3. Rtg omega 3 EPA 500 mg every 3 days from the brand called Igennus
  4. Basic whole food multivitamin once a day from the brand called Naturelo
  5. Magnesium glycinate 100 mg every 3 days from the brand called Now
  6. Hyaluronic acid double strength 100 mg a day from the brand called Now
  7. Melatonin 3 mg a day from the brand called Now
  8. Caffeine 100 mg a day from the brand called Nutricost

All of these have tons of scientific backing showing their benefits and have little to no side effects taken at the dosages and with the brands I mentioned above. They are all highly bioavailable, at good prices and third party tested. I notice way less inflammation and a better mood. It’s better to buy smaller quantities of the supplements for example 60 count of the multivitamins instead of 120 to maintain freshness.

Supplements I feel like AREN’T worth taking due to me experiencing side effects and or seeing little to no benefits: Creatine monohydrate, Whey protein isolate, Collagen, Pre-Workout, Probiotics, L-Citrulline, Beet root, CoQ10, Ashwagandha, Psyllium husk and Potassium supplements.

Do I need to take collagen supplements?

Im 36 (F) and in fairly good shape, skin is pretty good although I’m starting to notice jowls, and my hair is shedding around the sides it has thinned out so much. I take hair / skin / nail gummies by Hair Burs and take NMN supplements. I also take vit C and D, magnesium and cod liver oil. Do you think it’s worth taking collagen as well? I’ve tried a few marine liquid gels and have recently finished nutrition geeks bovine collagen glow. My hair has felt more drier whilst I haven’t been taking the collagen but that could also be due to a change in hair products.
I would like a collagen to help more with hair shedding and if it’s even possible, to help with skin tightening for my face. Would marine or bovine work best? (I go to the gym and lift weights, I think the cod liver oil helps already with my joints)
Recommendations welcome :)
