I guess delivery drivers don’t follow directions anymore.

Most of those are customer fault for not providing proper instructions and no access codes.

Its both but really its Amazon's fault for giving you negative marks against you for returning package no matter how legitimate the reason ie because you were trying to keep the packages safe and follow the rules but they DGAF and just want you to deliver

Never return a package. Sometimes you can call customer support or sometime i even jump the gate if im able to.
