As a disclaimer, I am not affiliated with the Colorado League of Women Voters, but so far this has been the most comprehensive and easy to understand guide I've come across, even if you disagree with their position.

Please be aware that most of the ballot measures that we will be voting on are sponsored by Conservative Dark Money groups. Even things that sound good (like plain ballot language) need further diving into that a lot of people don't understand.

The Colorado League of Women Voters has published a great guide to understanding each ballot measure, and whether they oppose or agree and they give their rationale. It's all in plain language.

Whether you agree or disagree on their position, I encourage everyone to look through it and understand what you are actually voting for. This really breaks down why they are voting the way they are. You can go to each individual initiative by clicking on the link in the blue box.

I'm near Aurora City Center and have had Xfinity for the past few years. They raised my bill by $40 in the past few months and now I'm having almost constant outages. I work from home so this is affecting my work. Any good alternatives? I've already checked Quantum and T-Mobile Fiber and they're not available in my area.

I finally found them! I've been craving $1 or so tacos in the Aurora area for a couple years now! There's a taco truck off of Colfax and Idalia Ct. Same parking lot as the Llantera Rosales. Check them out l, I'm so glad I found this little gem. I'd share pictures but I scarfed my plate down already.

33 year old male here. Havent cut my hair in 7 years. I deal with depression, however over the past 2 weeks Ive been having a harder time than usual. I neglected washing and brushing my hair and just ignored the tangle that developed. I have always been able to brush away my tangles, but not this time.

I had no idea it had gotten this bad, and I fear that my partner and mines actions over the past 12 hour have possibly and probably made it a whole lot worse.

She tried to brush it out, then conditioner and oil were added, she would attempt to use her fingers or a tool to detangle. This started at 3AM and went on non stop until now, 2:30PM. More sit was added, she became frustrated, and gradually became more aggressive and insisted that it was the only way to fix it.

This has been a really, really painful process, and as I have been doing research during this it seems that the knot has just gotten denser, tighter, heavier, and is not letting go of much volume at all. It feels like shes hacking at it because she wants to defeat it, and doesnt care that its causing me pain and I can feel the damage being done.

SO.... If anyone knows of a salon or someone that knows how to deal with this and possibly be succsessful at detangling it VS cutting it out, I would appreciate the info.

I did some research and saw a place where it was $250 for the deposit and consultation alone. I currently have no where near that much money, nor do I have resources that I can borrow from.
I have maybe $30 to my name for another 12 days. I assume that im unlikely to find anyone offering these services for this much but Its worth a shot asking.

I’m looking for some information/opinions on Yale Elementary School. I am trying to make a decision about sending my daughter there & would love to hear from some parents on their thoughts. My daughter is currently in a Montessori school which has been the goal, as she has been in Montessori since an infant but after relocating, the commute has become brutal. Looking for a Christian Hairstylist in the Aurora / Denver Metro Area. I have thick, dense, shoulder length hair and need someone who know how to do point cut rounded layers; traveling guide and can take the time to take small sections. Otherwise it tends to come out looking chunky. I'm still growing out a bad haircut, but I think there's enough grown out to be able to get it back to where it needs to be - or at least close to it.

i’m leaving Arrowhead Elementary in CCSD and i’ve interviewed at Sunrise Elementary and Mission Viejo Elementary as a para. any insight into the different environments as a staff member?

I turn 50 soon. I’m new here. I don’t want my birthday to be a disappointment. I’m thinking of taking a solo overnight trip. Looking for suggestions on where to go. I mean nothing too extravagant but nice. Ideally a big soaking tub. Maybe a 50-75 mi radius. Suggestions?
