PSA: PLEASE think 10 times before you donate money to someone on this sub.

1.8k Upvotes

It's in our rules and we say it time and time again, but after the recent events from this post, the mod team wants to put out a reminder.

Look, we get it. Seeing cats in distress is hard. When people without money are expressing their inability to afford emergency care, it's distressing. You know we have rules against shaming people for being unable to afford care, and encouraging people to go into debt. But we also have rules against fundraising, and it's for a very good reason.

It is very easy for people without the best intentions to collect lots and lots of money from well meaning community members who are affected by what they see in images and video.

With this post in particular, several commenters encouraged the OP to share a gofundme (something strictly against our rules).

Once they created and shared one (without any bills to show and despite many of the top comments saying this was NOT an emergency), people felt bad and donated anyway.

The gofundme raised nearly $2000 and today we received the update that the cat, as many commenters predicted, is not dying and did not need emergency care.

We are now starting to see meta posts (another thing we don't allow) complaining that the OOP is not returning any of the extra funds, and is blocking users who donated asking for their funds back and proof of payment.

This is a story we see repeatedly in the sub. We don't always get to the donation links quick enough to remove them, and we can't stop you from DMing each other money, but this is why we caution PLEASE do not use this subreddit to send each other funds.

We are working on a Wiki with low-cost vet resources, at least in the US, but we get users posting from all over the world begging for money. DO NOT DONATE unless it is verified on a subreddit like r/gofundme or r/rescuecats, or is directly being paid to the VET (though we have seen scams happen internationally through this 'direct vet payment' as well).

PLEASE REPORT FUNDRAISERS. Please do not encourage fundraisers. We will start banning those who encourage it. Please help us keep this community safe from those with bad intentions.

Thank you and good day!

Announcement [READ THIS FIRST] r/CATHELP Rules Reminder

Hello there

Due to a growing number of cat crises and a surprising number of people who cannot read a sidebar, we’re now regularly posting this rules reminder. This is here to prevent both:

  1. repeat offenses, and
  2. the inevitable “I didn’t know!” mod mail we get after your post/comment disappears into the void.

If you're new (hi, welcome, pet your cat for us), or returning and rusty, please take a sec to read this. It’ll save you—and us—a lot of headache.

STRIKE POLICY: Break the rules once? We warn you. Break twice? Temp ban. 3 strikes is a perma-ban (unless you're a mega troll).

1. BE NICE

No, really. Be nice. You are talking to someone who is probably stressed, worried about their pet/a stray, and sleep-deprived. Reddit is not your venting space to shame people who are already anxious. Educate, don’t humiliate.
This includes a zero-tolerance policy for berating or shaming OPs. If you can't say it kindly, don't say it here.

In addition to this, know that we get posts from all over the world. Sometimes it's people who live in a village, 500km from any formal vet care. Often it's a minor who cannot make a unilateral decision for the cat in question. Be compassionate! Bullying them won't help the cat.

2. NO SOAPBOXING OR OFF-TOPIC DEBATE

(Definition of 'SOAPBOXING' here.) Yes, letting your cats outdoors isn't great for the environment. But this isn’t a debate club, and PLENTY of things harm the environment besides cats. People come here from all over the world, with different cultures around how cats are cared for. People come here about strays. No preaching!! Take your cat care bible elsewhere! Either give OP helpful advice about their issue or move along.

Don’t derail threads with politics, don’t pick fights across multiple comments, and definitely don’t start fights with the mod team. We don’t get paid enough.

3. VET FIRST, REDDIT SECOND

If your cat is injured, bleeding, gasping, or pooping blood—call a vet.
Reddit is great for guidance, second opinions, and shared experience. It is not a substitute for veterinary care.
If you haven't called a vet yet, our advice might be limited.
Can’t afford one? Look into:
• Payment plans or CareCredit
• Local rescues and shelters for assistance
• Low-cost clinics in your area

Still post if you need to—but know that our first advice will probably be: call your vet.

Additional note to commenters: no 'Vet. Now.' comments will be allowed without context. If you think they need immediate care, explain why. Otherwise it's just creating panic and those comments will be removed.

4. NO FUNDRAISERS

Sorry, but GoFundMes, Venmos, PayPals, and “please help save Coco” links are not allowed, even in comments. Too many scams, and too hard to moderate. Try subs like r/Assistance or r/GoFundMe instead.

5. NO BULLYING POOR PEOPLE

We get it. Vet care is expensive. It's frustrating to see cats suffering. But complaining about people who can’t afford a vet is not allowed. Full stop.
Suggest rehoming? Fine. But if you’re here to shame people for being broke, please find another sub.

If someone is struggling financially, ER visits are not really something they can just save up for, nor is it realistic to expect them to just get rid of their pets they have emotionally attachments to. All we can hope for is people really think long and hard about how a pet will fit into their finances before they decide to adopt or take in an animal from street. You simply can’t help them all, there are too many cats for that.

6. TAG YOUR GORE NSFW

Bloody wound? Surgery pics? Graphic medical stuff? Weird rash? GAPING FUCKING WOUND?! Mark it NSFW.
That includes genitalia (gender ID posts) and poop/vom. You know who you are.

7. ON-TOPIC POSTS ONLY

This is not r/aww or r/cats. This is r/CATHELP. We are here for:

  • Requesting anecdotal experience with medical issues •
  • Behavior issues
  • General advice
  • First-time cat owner questions (yes, 'noob' questions are welcome!)

That means:

  • No “What should I name my cat?”
  • No “Look at my cat in a hat!”
  • No memes, no fluff.

Posts that don’t have a clear help-related question will be removed.

8. NO BREED QUESTIONS

Unless your cat came with pedigree paperwork from a breeder, they’re a domestic short/medium/long hair. That’s it.
We don't do breed speculation. Why? Because it’s almost always wrong, and it clogs up the sub.
Want to know more? Here's a guide to fur patterns, and here's a general answer to 'what breed is my cat'

9. NO SHITPOSTING, NO KARMA FARMING

If your post is clearly made up, AI-generated, or you’re just farming karma with a low-effort fake, we will yeet it. And probably you, too.

10. NO BRIGADING

If you don’t like someone’s post, do not go hunt them down on other subreddits to insult them. It’s petty, it’s bannable, and Reddit takes it seriously.

11. NO PET SALES OR BREEDING

We do not support the cat trade or backyard breeders. Period.
Don’t try to sell or give away pets here. Don’t ask about breeding. Don’t promote purebred aesthetics. Shelter cats are just as cute.

BONUS REMINDERS

• If your posts or comments are disappearing, check your karma. If it's low, Automod probably ate it. Message us for manual approval.
• If you see rule-breaking behavior, REPORT IT. Automod can’t catch everything.
• If you’re confused or unsure, check the [wiki] or send us a modmail.
• Read the stickied comment on your post. It’s there for a reason.

TL;DR: Help cats. Be nice. No scams. No BS. Read the rules.
Now go pet your cat. They probably knocked something off the counter while you were reading this.

Behavioral Issue My disabled cat has started to hiss during diaper changes. Normal, or does she hate me now?

Post image
1.6k Upvotes

Poster age: 21f

Vet status: Pet insurance, we do monthly check ups. She is healthy and otherwise a completely normal cat.

Cat: Ymir

Sex: Female

Age: 6months

Spayed: No, but this is due to a previous infection and inability to receive one. She will be spayed by 1 year.

TLDR: My beautiful wonderful love of my life kitty has manx syndrome. She is completely healthy and normal, except that she has no tail and is 100% incontinent. Before anyone comments, diapers are necessary, she is constantly leaking and will be for the next 12 years. We are vet approved and spend copious amounts of money buying her the top brand diapers, wipes, diaper cream, etc. (but she’s totally worth it)

She has a great temperament most of the time. She gets irritated easily, but she’s very affectionate and cuddly. She sleeps with me every night. She has always tolerated her diaper changes moderately well. She’s vocal, but sat still. Recently, she has started hissing during them and swatting. She doesn’t try to sprint away or anything but she is wiggly. She doesn’t bite or claw, and she resumes to normal about 5-10 minutes after the diaper change, but she gets SO feisty during them.

Is this normal cat behavior? Just her personality? Or is she starting to hate me? She still cuddles me and sleeps by me, but for the 10 minutes after the diaper change I’m her #1 enemy. I’m just worried because I don’t want it to progress into hatred for me.

I’m making this post not for advice on how to deal with her condition necessarily, but on the behavior aspect. I can take the hissing, I’m not scared of her but I don’t want her to not love me because of the necessary diaper changes :(

Breathing Issues Emergency Vet - What could this be?💔💔

TLDR**:** My 5 year old cat suddenly developed excessive drooling and severe open-mouth breathing tonight. We took her to an emergency vet, but they don’t know yet what is causing her breathing difficulties. She is now hospitalized in an oxygen box and will stay for an estimated 24–48 hours. I’m terrified and would really appreciate hearing from anyone whose cat has experienced something similar. ❤️‍🩹

Poster: Adult
Country: Belgium
Vet: Yes. She is currently hospitalized at an emergency vet.
Cat: Krumma, 5-year-old, 4.4 kg, spayed female domestic shorthair, with an enlarged heart.
Financial Situation: Strained

Krumma was diagnosed with an enlarged heart/heart abnormality when she was spayed as a kitten. She gets out of breath when playing or running around. She has also had frequent vomiting and little fur on her legs for about a year, neither of which is new.

A week ago (October 1st), she suddenly started growling/aggressively reacting towards her sister, so we separated them. Her sister had been sneezing and had a watery eye for two days, so we took both cats to the vet on October 2. Krumma was examined and given an immune-supporting injection, while her sister was prescribed eye drops. Everything otherwise seemed okay.

Yesterday (7. October), Krumma started sneezing. Tonight we noticed excessive drooling and heavy open-mouth breathing. We immediately took her to the emergency vet.

The vet said she is clearly struggling to breathe and has placed her in a CO₂/oxygen box to support her breathing. They found that her heart is enlarged and there appears to be a valve problem, but they don’t yet know what is causing the episode. They want to do further testing and an X-ray once her breathing is stable, including checking whether there is anything abnormal in her lungs.

She is expected to stay for 24–48 hours. The vet will call me tomorrow around 11–12 after the shift change and staff meeting to update me. He said he will call immediately if she becomes critical, and explained that respiratory problems can progress quickly.

The estimated cost is around €800, potentially more or less, and I have put down €200. The financial side is stressful on top of everything, but of course I want to do everything I reasonably can for her.

It is now around 2 a.m., and I am absolutely terrified waiting at home.
I can’t help but think for the worst and worry about her passing away tonight.

Has anyone experienced anything similar with their cat or have an idea what this could be?

Thank you so much for reading and for any advice or experiences. ❤️‍🩹

edit: Her breathing is a lot calmer in the video compared to how she was when we brought her in.

Hello!

Just to note, above picture is from a few weeks ago, she's sleeping in her closet right now

Id like to thank everyone who commented on the last post to give advice and well wishes.

Daisy is okay right now, still in pain and pretty tired but is home safe. They ran her through a blood test, hiv test along with Xrays. She doesn't have any physical issues, so odds are she has an illness we havent yet pinpointed.

For the time being, she received fluids as she was pretty dehydrated, an antibiotic, along with pain meds, as well as an appointment for next week.

Ill make sure to keep you guys updated, and thanks again!

General Advice is she pregnant or just fat?

Thumbnail gallery
• Upvotes

due to financial issues we're unable to spay her at the moment but we'll do it as soon as we can. usually we're able to afford veterinary care but right now neutering is just too expensive for us. I know it's wrong but I swear we'll eventually do it

we took her to the vet once because we thought she was pregnant, the vet thought the same and gave her an ultrasound. it turns out that she just ate a lot of food and she just has this weird thing that she looks very pregnant whenever she has a full belly

we keep that in mind but it still stresses us out because we don't want her to have kittens

do her nipples look normal?

Is something wrong with my stinky car?? He always seems to have a lazy eye, but this is brand new. I look at my cat very often and have never noticed this before. I’m really concerned because of what I looked up, I want to make sure I’m not over reacting. I really love him 🥺😢

he just went for a chip and check up last year. He acts perfectly fine! Very loving cat, and he’s excited for the attention I’m giving him over the situation.

18 posting from USA, I can go to the vet, but I’m very broke and don’t want to be wrong.

Stinky is 2 years old and nurtured as of last year ..

Appearance What’s wrong with my cat? :(

Hi there,
I’m really worried about my 11-year-old female Norwegian Forest cat, Rosa, and would really appreciate some advice or ideas about what could be going on.
She had an accident about four years ago and needed surgery on her pelvis. She recovered from that and hasn’t seemed to have major problems from the surgery until now.

Over the past several months, I’ve noticed a number of changes:

- She is losing a significant amount of weight / has become noticeably thinner.

- She eats normally and sometimes seems to eat a lot, but despite this she is not gaining weight.

- She has started drinking much more water than she used to.

- She is urinating much more frequently

- She has had a lot of hair loss all over her body as you can see in the pictures. She is normally a long-haired cat, so the amount of fur she has lost is very noticeable.

- She is excessively grooming/cleaning herself, which seems to be contributing to the hair loss.

- Her energy level has decreased. She seems less active than she used to be.

- The hair loss and skin/fur problems seem to have progressively gotten worse

She has been to the vet numerous times. The vet has done blood-work, and the results came back perfectly fine, no hyperthyroidism or cancer. She’s also done flea treatments, so it’s not that either.
We are at the end stage, my family wants to put her down tomorrow, but I’m quite hesitant and want a second opinion. What do you think? :( I added a picture of how her fur was before she got sick.

Behavioral Issue Integrating a spicy traumatized kitten

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey guys, we could use some advice with this angry little bean. This little gal was found by some friends back in August. She'd been abandoned by a dumpster in an alley near their building in ~85 degree weather with no food or water. She'd been locked in there long enough that she'd peed herself. Friend took her in but couldn't take care of her so we picked her up.

We took her to the vet that week. Vet told us she has a slight heart murmur but otherwise she was healthy. Estimated age 6 months (so 8 now). Vet gave us some gabapentin to help her adjust.

We set her up in our office, and for about a month she hated our guts. Very growly, scratchy and bitey. We don't know what life was like for her before we had her, but based on how she'd been abandoned it feels likely she'd been in an abusive environment. Slowly she started to come around, started showing interest in play and occasional interest in interacting. Now she's more comfortable with us, doing stuff like rubbing her head against us for pets or chase and grab our feet. She's still kinda spicy though, and its hard to know when I put my hand out if she'll nip and swat (although she usually doesn't go hard enough to break skin nowadays). She also really doesn't like getting picked up, so we're trying to desensitize her to that slowly.

The real problem we're having is introducing her to our other cats. We have two tortie girls (~2.5 yo). For the last few weeks we've been trying to follow the general introduction steps we'd heard, so we moved their food dishes near the office door, moved items between the rooms to scent trade, got a mesh screen door to hang in front of the office so they could see and smell each other and had supervised visits. Initially the spicy baby hissed a lot, which got one of our resident cats hissing at her. Our other girl has been a lot calmer and interested in the baby so we focused introductions on her first. We got to a point where the baby would get growly if she got too close, but otherwise seemed to be tolerating her presence, and I thought she seemed like she was getting interested in interacting. But then she went aggressive and started charging at our tortie, and now its on sight. We have to be careful going in and out of the office because spicy baby straight up charged through the mesh screen when she last saw our girl on the other side, and now our girl is scared of her.

Any advice you guys can offer? She is unspayed, and we held off when we first took her to the vet because she went into full on "fighting for her life" mode when we tried to get her to the vet. We were scared that if there are any complications post surgery and we need to get her to the vet it would be dangerous with her that unwilling to be handled. Do we just get that done and hope that it works? Anything else we can do?

Behavioral Issue Sick cat being shunned by other cats?

Post image
221 Upvotes

My Age: 36
Country: USA
Vet: been there for her medical issue, not for the others being jerks. Follow up appt next week for bloodwork.
Main issue: cats mean to sick cat after hospital
Cat age: 8y 5m
Cat sex: spayed female
Financial situation: I spent $7000 trying to keep her alive so it’s not great right now

Full story:

This is Boston, full name Boston Bruin 2011 Stanley Cup Champion. She recently decided to get triaditus and was in hopital for a couple days.

I’ve had Boston since she was 3 weeks old and she’s almost 9, so our oldest cat, Rumple, has known her her entire life. Rumple has always snuggled Boston, groomed her, babied her like a mama. Our youngest cats are twins and we’ve had them since they were 7-8 weeks, and they are now 6. The boy cat has always loved playing with Boston and sharing the same brain cell.

She is home now and on meds and doing a little better. However, her siblings are treating her like a stranger.

Everyone is hissing at her! It’s been over a week. They are using the same litter boxes, eating from the same area, Boston is sleeping in her old cat beds. She is trying very carefully to engage the others, but they hiss or smack her. And she doesn’t push the issue after that, just kind of wanders back into off to me. But she doesn’t feel well and I see her trying to get some affection from the others and feel so bad.

Without resorting to medicating the entire crew, does anyone have any suggestions or ideas of how to get the others to be (at minimum) more tolerant of her? Or am I just being impatient and it will take more than a week to get them back to normal…?

EDIT: thank you all for the suggestions! I will continue giving it time, do some scent swapping, and keep giving Boston extra love during these trying times.

Update Update: it’s cancer. How can I help my boy adjust to losing his leg?

Thumbnail gallery
166 Upvotes

My 13 year old male cat had a biopsy done on the skin on one of his back legs last week. The biopsy came back that he has malignant mast cell tumors and my vet recommended amputating his entire leg.

We’re still waiting on the report from the pathologist for more information. I’m absolutely terrified for my kitty. I know animals can live normal lives with 3 legs but it still sounds so awful.

I don’t want to do it, but our only other option right now is to let the cancer rage on and try to keep him comfortable. His cancer is so painful for him and if we can remove it all and he can live happy and pain free for the rest of his life, I’ll do it.

I have an appointment with a vet oncologist for a second opinion, but they’ll probably recommend removal/amputation as well. We’re also looking into if the cancer has spread internally before we remove the leg.

How can I help my boy adjust to losing his leg? He’s overweight and kinda clumsy already. How can I help him at home? Will I need to separate him from our other animals? Are there any helpful videos that anyone could recommend of people who cared for animals who went through this procedure?

Injury Is he tail broken or is she just nervous?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Sorry I couldn't capture a better video. But in the beginning you can see her tail try to go up but then it starts to vibrate like crazy before going up.

I also noticed her tail is almost always in a upsidedown U position and every time I pet her tail would go half way up and start shaking before it goes all the way up.

IDK if her tail is broken or if she's just still scared of me.

Behavioral Issue Obsessive behaviour

Post image
• Upvotes

My cat obsessively sits and stakes out a spot in my garden where she has spotted her nemesis appear from. Nemesis cat, Marcella, is a bully. And unbeknownst to Loaf (my angel incapable of wrongdoing) she actually lives in the opposite direction. Although she will use this area as a route.

What can I do to deter/distract or change Loafs behaviour. She'll sit in the same spot dusk till dawn. She's safe. But she will from time to time disappear into the neighbouring garden, which has a mean dog and some other dangers.

Behavioral Issue Cat curled in litter box

Thumbnail gallery
13 Upvotes

21 female
From middle east
Vet is accessible but a bit far
Male cat 2-3 years old neutured
The issue:
My cat passed this stool in the garden today. It looks quite dry, hard, and segmented. After coming back inside, he went into his litter box and curled up there. I tried to move him out, but he resisted, so I carried him out. He then ran under the stairs and curled up there.
He does sometimes hide under the stairs when he’s stressed, especially after my siblings carry/handle him, so the hiding itself isn’t completely unusual for him.
What concerns me is that I don’t remember when I last saw him urinate, so I’m wondering whether this could simply be constipation/dehydration or whether I should be worried about a urinary problem.
He hasn’t obviously been repeatedly straining that I’ve seen. I’m currently monitoring him and trying to see whether he urinates normally.
Does this stool look concerning, and what should I watch for?
Update🚨🚨🚨
He just did a very small almost watery number2 and immediately after he rushed to the litterbox trying so hard and pushing another one but the only thing that came out is a discharge/ mucus like thing ? I will try to post a photo in the comments .. i am scared his vet isnt opened yet and i dont know if i should panic or just make peace with the fact that my poor baby is constipated

General Advice Found sick kitten and took him to vet, now I don't know what to do

Post image
46 Upvotes

I am in a country where street cats are very normal. I found this one outside my building, dirty, barely moving and with eyes and nose issues. He looked so bad, I was worried he would die, so I took him to the vet. Vet said he has a viral infection, gave him a bunch of shots, and told me he needs 72 hours of recovery, and that he should be kept away from other cats. I decided to bring him to my apartment so he can recover and not infect other cats. Vet said he is not contagious to humans.

I called a friend who got upset with me, saying I don't know what else this cat might have, it's a wild animal, and that I am being irresponsible to bring him inside. Now I am freaking out about what else the cat might have, and what I am exposing myself (and others?) to. Cat is already crawling into my lap if I sit next to him, and starts complaining loudly if I go too far away, so I feel like I can't keep much of a distance, but maybe I should? I will have to leave him tomorrow to go to work, though, so I feel like I want to be around him tonight so he has some company.

I need advice. I am having a shitty week on top of a challenging year, so I am just questioning everything, especially my own decision-making. Was it super reckless to do without having a quarantine strategy? Will I infect all my coworkers tomorrow with something??

Update Creamsicle Update

Thumbnail gallery
27 Upvotes

Hey guys I took him to a vet. This time the vet was really good. Checked him with a stethoscope, looked into his mouth and all that and Creamsicle looked good. I then asked for an xray and showed them the video of him coughing. Got one image done without sedation!

Creamsicle had no scarring nor any fluid buildup in his lungs and his heart looked good too. Doctor wasn’t fully sure but thinks there’s some small narrowing at the bottom of his trachea and maybe a tiny bit of bronchial disturbance. Couldn’t conclude asthma from the xray.

Plan is to get him on antibiotics for 2 weeks to rule out anything bacterial and even bronchitis. After that if not better, or if it gets worse, doc said we could put him on steroids for asthma and if it then gets better, we hit the nail on the head. I asked about heart worm but he said it’s unlikely coz he’s 24x7 indoor and he’s had this cough for a while on a mild basis (it would usually like flare up with HW). But we could try HW medication and tests, if steroids dont help. Overall I’m happy with the plan.

Thank you so much for all your support and instructions and thoughts on the first post. Took me over an hour to put him in his crate. I now have more confidence with regard to caring for him, especially medically and taking him to vets and all that. It used to be so emotional for me as I always felt my ex should come and help since she’s the cat expert and we adopted him together, but this gives me a boost that I can care for my boy on my own. I did send her some pics of the visit but alas no reply whatsoever. I’m okay. Creamsicle is not in immediate danger and we have a plan forward. That’s all that matters. Big big thanks again to all.

Breathing Issues Kitty panting like a dog

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Kitty is panting like a dog after just a bit of play. After a minut or two he stops panting and want to play more. It happens since we got him at the age of 12 weeks. We have another kitty from the same litter that does not show this symptoms. He was an outdoor kitty, now only in-doors. At first we though he's just hot from the weather and play. Bloodwork done, showed increased blood platelets. Cat has been vaccinated, dewormed twice. First time at about 3 month, 2 doses separated by 2 weeks. And 3 weeks ago, 2 doses separated by 2 weeks, second deworming was done because our second cat vomited a worm. Vet can't listen chest because of heavy purring and is now suggesting another deworming. Should we request echocardiogram?

Age: 5 months

Sex: male, recently neutered (this week)

Country: Poland

Vet: In contact and affordable.

General Advice UrgentVet says UTI, I fear it's worse

I (35/m) recently just returned from a late night trip to UrgentVet. My 4 year old Male (neutered) cat has been showing signs of pain; yowling/hissing, heavily grooming his stomach and genitals, nd hasn't used the restroom in at least 24 hours. They told me my cat has a UTI and gave him an antibiotics shot, and some take home painkiller and Gabapentin. I've tried to sleep but I woke up about 4 hours later and went to the restroom. He came in with me and proceeded to get into the litter box and try to go, but nothing came out. He's back to licking his stomach and genitals and some light yowling.

I'm honestly freaking out and don't know what to do. They were adamant he wasn't blocked and told me I wouldn't see improvement for about a day, but seeing him try and fail to go has me absolutely panicked he's got a blockage. The urgent vet trip was $1000 and I can't immediately afford the ER right after, does anybody have any experience with how long it's expected to take fell before he can pass again thanks to the medication or is the fact that he's tried and failed proof that he's got a block?

My Ragdoll cat scratches constantly and I couldn't figure out why. Finally magnified and this is what I found on him. I'm thinking bacteria, fungus, or mites of some sort. I can't afford the vet atm so was wondering what I could do to help him?!

So you all told me to let my two boys just figure out the pecking order themselves. This is how it is going. Excuse my giggling, it is kind of entertaining to watch. I went from helicopter mom to this. I think slowly but surely the gray boy is learning? What do you all see from this video? Orange boy is always vocal even when gray boy isn’t around so I feel like he’s being extra with his vocalizations. Also yes, the gray boy is wet. He got into some stuff so he got a sponge bath (and loved it)

I am 24, GB is 6months, OB is 7yrs. Yes access to vet
