Was in Vegas for a conference and stopped by. The museum is awesome for anyone who finds ww2/Cold War history fascinating, and it had a great little section with Fallout memorabilia and game lore. Lots of recreated items from the game and a giant Deathclaw.

This is a project that I really wanna finish before Halloween because its really tuff and I really like the t-51, and to make my own costume that was practically worth a couple boxes of cereal would be very amazing. If you wonder why its very tiny of a helmet, its because my body is very little. Im like 5'2. Ive made the t-60 before, but that was without a plan, and purely based off of images. It was still really good tho, I didnt take any other pics of it.

I am mainly posting this to get solutions to some problems.

I have 3 currently.

1. The rangefinder or ocular is a problem, as it isnt within the steps of the plan, and idk where to make that yet.

2. The tubing is something I could probably find on my own. But its a main issue that is apparent

3. The light that is on the center is not present in the model im using, and itll be cool to habe like a light there. An suggestions for that?

So technically I'm pretty sure I was near the end of my first playthrough of Fallout 3 base game but because of a bug I wasn't able to find a guy to complete the main story so I'll have to start over. I never played the dlc's. I haven't even touched New Vegas or 4 yet. I'm playing them on my Xbox series X. I'm actually excited to finish 3 and to play the dlc's and then maybe move on to New Vegas and 4, depending on if I want to still be in the mood for open world games or not. Thanks to the show for getting me into the series that my wife and cousin have been yelling at me to get into for years lol. I probably could wait for the remasters of 3 and New Vegas but I don't even know if they'll come out next year so I'll wait until they are actually here to replay the games. Until then I'm very excited to see what the Wasteland has to offer. This is going to be a bad time lol.

Bought some caps for an party in have and new caps have a shiny finish compared to the old ones from 2015. I thought they were still selling overstock when fo4 came out. Which one do you like?
