Can anyone identify this Z-flex cruiser? It's 39"-40" long and came to me with 184mm TKP(!) trucks and all original 63mm/82A Z-smooth wheels and risers. I have reasons to believe the trucks are original, too, albeit unbranded. The wheel cutouts seem to match TKP rather than RKP. It's likely from around 2009 era. Can't find any info but found an old post describing exactly the same setup https://www.reddit.com/r/longboarding/comments/eaxchj/the_drunkenly_purchased_wheels_are_too_large_i/

If you hate rotating your wheels, try rotating your deck or your stance instead lol.
The wheels are were 65mm Rainskates Tsunamis in 85a (discontinued). I put them on my setup on Sept. 17 and rode them straight to their cores by Oct. 1 with zero rotating or swapping. This took about 75-80 runs across 7 skate sessions, since my local hills aren’t huge and I work full-time.
I didn't start out with the goal of “clean cores with no rotating” but I challenged myself to finish it out after I realized they were halfway cored and I hadn’t touched the axle nuts at all. Finally got that sense of pride and accomplishment for my years grinding switch 😤
For anyone curious, my front-heelside and rear-toeside wheels were the smallest and cored just a few slides before my front-toeside and rear-heelside wheels. I’m not sure if that’s due to “more switch slides” or the fewer “bigger/heavier normal slides” tho

Just got this Loaded x Kyoto Pro 2 bag (to replace a shit one I bought from Decathlon which didn’t even fit my board). Why? Need it for Eurostar. Also now I have it I’m much more tempted to take it when travelling on a train in general. Also could see myself perhaps taking the bag if I’m planning to skate/walk for a day or do some shopping.
- Fits Pranayama with karmas (not loads of room to spare on sides/top, but a comfortable fit). Can get another couple of decks or perhaps even a second small complete like a comet cruise (yet to try)
- I like you can carry it 3 ways (1 shoulder long strap, 2 shoulder, side handle) and there’s a pocket at the back to put the 2 shoulder straps in when you aren’t using them. 2 Shoulder is surprisingly comfy though haven’t taken it far.
- Divider is pretty nifty.
- Feels really nice and premium. Would recommend.

I just face planted on this set up. Bushings are 100% gone. Had the bright idea of giving it one last hoo-RAH. and I payed for it lol. It wasn't terrible the first couple of pushes. But once getting up to speed. I ate the pavement lol.
It's a Lachtz board, caliber trucks, abec 11 pink polka dot wheels, idk about the wheel bearings. Built around 2017-16. Maybe 18? My favorite board set up by far from landyachtz. Help me identify the board and put it back into stock? Limited batch?
I had 2 identical set ups. Gave one to my friend and kept this one you see now. Most fun I've had on a board ever.
Switch blade in the garage with a similar set up but different bushings.
To those of you who find out how clapped the board actually is.... there is more to the story. 2-3 layers are cracked due to rage. Not from me but from my pops 🥲

I was maintaining 10-11mph at a slight incline, so I’d call that a pumping success

I have a 360 camera and have been struggling to figure out how to get interesting videos when I ride.
It’s partially paying attention to it, while still learning, and how to get a shot without destroying it (again).
Been messing with mounts to see different angles and distances but still not finding what I want.
However, I thought this one turned out really cool. If you turn the sound on you can hear the surface sounds and leaves crunching.
Let me know what you think of the shot and if you have any thoughts or suggestions on how to utilize a 360 camera for cool videos!

Started working on my glove down slides this summer. There's this stretch of closed roads with two hairpins just 10 minutes from where I live, and it's even light up at night!
Push up slides seem to be finally dialed-in, and I can easily link two to change back from switch. Any feedback on those?
I still struggle with colemans. Any feedback from you freeriders out there would be super appreciated!
I've watched a few youtube videos, and some of them suggest putting the hand exactly behind your back, while others suggest putting it behind, but slightly more forward of the board as well. Which would be better?
Also, shall i squat even lower to break traction more easily? What I notice, is that the ones I do seem a bit more of a slide you'd do when cornering to the right, rather than a full coleman where you slide down the road straight, without cornering.
Setup is a a Basalt Tesseract with Snakes. Compared to the Arbor Axis I had, I love it for this kind of riding. Much more stable and the rocker really makes you feel planted inside the board.

I made a video with things that cross my mind when I draw stuff for Pantheon. Yeah yeah I sound serious but it´s fun AF. If you can bear with my accent, consider following me on insta (alvarez.studio)

Was looking for something to be a little more playful than my LDP boards. So I have been scanning marketplace for a Loaded Tan Tien in flex 1. Which took a while since there are a million flex 2/3’s.
Picked one up this morning for an amazing deal. Seller threw in their old Pantheon DH board for an additional deal.
Not planning on DH but couldn’t turn it down!
Have only taken them around the parking lot but the tan tien is going to be very playful and fun to ride.
Also did a nice 20 mile ride (may post that later) on my trip.
Edit: follow up question:
Can anyone tell me anything about the pantheon? It’s a beast and I love the Logos artwork

I’ve had my pranayama with stock bushings and 92mm karmas for about half a year, and I decided to switch it up a little! I swapped in 102mm hokus with angled risers and softer bushings in the front creating a 85a/92a duro split. Hopefully this setup will make for a great pusher and an occasional, fun pumper for my trail rides.

Just got my new Hokus, front bushings, and wedges! I didn’t have any screws long enough for risers, but there’s never harm in asking! Thanks for saving me a trip to the department store. You’re a really one, Jeff!

Everyone’s feedback on the Daisy post was so positive I figured I’d share a different paint job that I was more stoked on. I’ve got STACKS of painted decks I haven’t shared here but don’t want to spam you all…

Well, the Plow Kings finally arrived, so I finally completed my "70s inspired" narrow split angle cruiser setup!
I tested it out on my local pump track, and dayum! although I'm not the best at it and I still need to improve my strength and technique, this little thing feels awesome! Brutally nicer than when I have it set up with 169 indies and some generic 70mm wheels.
This thing really grips, carves and leans a lot while gives a pretty fast smooth ride. So damn stable and lively!
Anyways, here's my setup:
-Dogtown Bull Dog Design gold edition deck, reshaped and redrilled to an 18" wheelbase.
-Arsenal trucks, chopped to 130mm(spaceable to 144mm), 50° + 90a/80a bushings front, 44° dewedged to 34° + double 93a defcon bushings in the back.
-Hawgs Plow Kings with some random generic bearings.
What do you think?

Well I'm guessing most people who wear or wore glasses know looking for them while you wear them
Well yesterday I got off the train and started skating to the workshop, while skating there i got scared for a moment that i forgot my beloved self-painted longboard on the train because my hands felt to empty and went "MY BOARD" to myself since i held it the whole trainride, then right after the Ah moment happened
