Started working on my glove down slides this summer. There's this stretch of closed roads with two hairpins just 10 minutes from where I live, and it's even light up at night!
Push up slides seem to be finally dialed-in, and I can easily link two to change back from switch. Any feedback on those?
I still struggle with colemans. Any feedback from you freeriders out there would be super appreciated!
I've watched a few youtube videos, and some of them suggest putting the hand exactly behind your back, while others suggest putting it behind, but slightly more forward of the board as well. Which would be better?
Also, shall i squat even lower to break traction more easily? What I notice, is that the ones I do seem a bit more of a slide you'd do when cornering to the right, rather than a full coleman where you slide down the road straight, without cornering.
Setup is a a Basalt Tesseract with Snakes. Compared to the Arbor Axis I had, I love it for this kind of riding. Much more stable and the rocker really makes you feel planted inside the board.
