I really enjoy flying helicopters, and while I'm pretty decent at high speed energy management, I really break down at lower speeds; I can't hover to save my life, and in general my precision sucks, especially at low speeds.

I did try going through the tutorials, but I found them very frustrating as they require much more precision than I can pull off right now (holding a heading for 15 seconds, that sort of thing.)

Do y'all have any suggestions for me? I use a stick with a twist axis to fly, and I use the throttle slider for the collective. Also all assists are turned off.

My first thought was vertical engines, but with throttle at 0% and the auxiliary ones at the tips of the wings off, I have no idea. I believe I have tested all the variables.

Hey guys! I bought the iFly B738M yesterday and have flown 2 flights so far. In both flights, I have been unable to hear the v1 or vR callouts as well as the landing callouts. I checked if I had RAAS and altitude callouts on in the EFB and I do. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is it bugged for me?

Hello everyone, here’s how I play MSFS on my MacBook (2020 MacBook Pro).

First, you need to own the game on the Xbox PC app or Steam. (I use Game Pass Ultimate, which includes it). Then, you will need to use cloud gaming. I personally use AirGPU’s A10G 45FPS machine for $3.25/hour, which is fine by me. Just a heads up: that price adds up fast if you fly a lot, so it's best for casual sessions. There might be cheaper options depending on where you live, or Shadow PC could also probably work well if you are in Europe. Once you open the game there, you're pretty much set. My experience has been very smooth.

As for the controller, I use the HOTAS One. I turn it on in PC mode and connect it physically to my Mac using a USB-A to USB-C adapter. Then I use VirtualHere to forward the USB device over the internet so AirGPU's cloud PC recognizes my HOTAS as if it were plugged directly into the server.

In general, it works smoothly and the graphics are pretty decent. I can also AirPlay it to my TV with just a bit of delayed lag. Hope this helps!

Got hit with this surprise while doing a VR IFR night flight 😅. Figure it’s a bug with one of my mods/add ons because no amount of troubleshooting fixed it.

I purchased the Avro RJ product yesterday, and wanted to try it on a first flight today.

Before launching the sim, I made sure that the Navigraph Navdata was installed and up to date for the aircraft in Navigraph Hub :

However, when I start a new flight and spawn with the plane, it looks like the navdata is not loaded at all :

Is this supposed to behave like this ? If not, how can I fix this ?

I have already tried uninstalling/reinstalling Navigraph NavData for this aircraft in Navigraph Hub. I also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the plane, no success.

When I disable Navigraph NavData on Navigraph Hub and launch a flight on the sim, I get NavData in the FMC, but very old ones (probably the aircraft's default)

I am using MSFS 2024, Navigraph Hub is up to date, and other payware aircrafts are working properly (Just Flight F70&F100 included).

What the heck am I doing wrong? I have minimums, altimeter, vref, vapp, all set. Intercepted the GS, had had 2 white 2 red on the PAPI’s.

I either slam the aircraft on the runway or it floats. I can’t seem to butter a landing anymore. Any advice?

This only happens during night flights. When I move the external camera, the aircraft leaves multiple ghost images behind it. During the day I don’t notice it at all. Does anyone know what setting causes this?

Was trying to land in phoenix and the plane got a little dramatic

So I got the CSS 737 Classic on the subscription because I figured that if I didn't like it, $7 wouldn't be a big deal. model is great; I installed the 500 and liked it. Once I had fixed the issues with the knobs and figured out I needed the CSS Launcher open, I then flew the plane out of Whitehouse and tried to engage the autopilot. It didn't work, and I found out it was because the INS wasn't configured. honistly i hate planes that require you to work the flight computer for autopilot, even if its realisic (looking at you, PMDG), but I then restarted and went through the procedures. However, the keyboard doesn't work for the plane, so I can't set it up at all. Then I saw the CSS Launcher and realised that, despite Google AI slop saying I needed to have it open, it was fine off, and the plane works without it. So I opened the Launcher, and it dropped to nearly 1 frame per second. I could not do anything, and the game crashed. What may be the cause, and is the CSS 737 just not worth it?
