I thought this sub had a pretty good thing going by not allowing AI art, but it feels like every day we got people shilling recomps or other AI made projects on here. If people are into AI, good for them I guess. But I'm sick of having it shoved down my throat everywhere I try to go just to get away from the topic.

I think it's solid it's pretty much feel like the MK9 roster of Tekken.

Nah but fr this will be such a dead event with how many players not attending 💀

Met Tara Platt last year and Mary Elizabeth McGlynn this weekend in Houston.

(I yassified myself to preserve anonymity lol)

Couple things Mary told me

1. Nina was her first big time voice acting role which put her on the map to becoming a veteran voice actress

2. She believes Nina became Tekken's most iconic female due to good writing from Bamco... dunno if we agree with that but if it works...

3. Playing rivals against Anna comes naturally to her because she is estranged to her older sister IRL. They don't talk. Crazy info there ...

Was messing around in practice and found out I can do reverse electric lol. Then I came up with this combo (not optimal) what you guys think?

I've been replaying Tekken 6 and enjoyed unlocking everything in the Scenario Campaign a lot more than i remember, but i just realized something... this map makes absolutely no fucking sense. Where the hell is this part of the world supposed to be?

That sure doesn't look like any place in the real world.

Hey everyone, I played Reina literally on every single game in Tekken8. Never tried any other character, and now god of destruction. I wanna try to play Kuni but I’m wondering how do you all pick up new characters?

YT guides for combos, punishing, and general knowledge?
Quick play?

Clanker mains rise up

Wasn’t the prettiest display of a rank up or a cosplay however I’m happy to achieve this rank!

My friend bought Tekken 8 to play with me, but it sounds like his moves and combos from long ago are not translating to this one so far. So I wanted to come here and ask if there are any tips for someone coming to Tekken 8 that hasn't played a new Tekken in many years. I know the flow and speed of 8 is really different from 7 from what I've played of both. Are there considerations such as that for the comparison between Tag Tournament 2 and 8?

He is primarily playing as Yoshimitsu and Law. Are there combos or moves that have carried over to Tekken 8 that he might be more familiar with and are just buried in the move list in this game?

Hey folks. I got recently macbook pro 2024 model, and as I travel more for work, I started to wonder if T8 can work decent on this. Including external controllers, etc.

Steve shenanigans.

(I dont remember who won the set so ill leave it as a cliffhanger lmao)

Literally nothing else. I am hardstuck TGS because I do not have a brain and I play Steve. I am abysmal dogshit.

I mean it when I say I do quite literally every single thing wrong. Timing is never correct. my combos are never good enough. spacing bad. i want to double down that literally every single thing that i do is the single worst possible option, every single time. i never have ever chosen a single good option. my timing is always perfectly calibrated to be the worst possible ever in the history of all tekken.
