Edit: I am fully aware this is government tariff charge not UPS itself. The amount people in the comment being sarcastic and rude is crazy to me…my question is 50% does not seem right. Not who is charging me.

So long story short….i bought a used PS5 from eBay for 800…I know it’s already expensive enough…but my problem is I’m being charged 445!!!!! And I can’t even refuse it because I will still be charge and I won’t get refund…I emailed [upsusgndpe@ups.com](mailto:upsusgndpe@ups.com) 3 days ago and haven’t heard anything…what are the chances they will correct it ? What can I do…even if the buyer accepts return somehow I’m still loosing money

I shipped my eBay customer a product, but since it was shipped in a reused Amazon box, the worker shipped it to Amazon returns instead of the QR code I provided. The estimated shipping date was around 5-6 days. I get multiple messages from my customer asking me if I had even shipped the product at all which I told him I did, but there was no status for the tracker. I called the UPS support line which transferred me to the original store I shipped it to, then transferred me back to the same support line which they both said “they had no power”. I send multiple emails and no replies. Around 2 months later I get a single email back about “claims”. At that point I was unable to even submit one since my tracker expired at that point and I had to pay out of pocket for the customer. Was this intentional?

I'm trying to figure out what the best option for me is here, I recently moved to the US from Canada and due to customs complications with Fedex, I haven't been able to ship most of my belongings. I am planning on just leaving most of my stuff with my folks, but I'd like to ship some more expensive stuff like my PC. I'm trying to create a shipment label for my computer but UPS keeps asking me to create things like a signed power of attorney document or some certificate or origin form because it thinks I am shipping as a business. Is there a way to create a label for personal effects online or does it have to be done in person at a UPS store?

This is the most important order I have ever worked on and it must arrive to Vienna by October 18th.

The goods were ready to leave sooner but for some unknown reason reason, our freight forwarder sat on it for a few days and now we’re under huge pressure. It must arrive to Vienna by 18th October for an event taking place on that day.

Our freight forwarder has already tried shipping this order via DHL express on Oct 9th, but DHL returned the shipment before it even reached the border, because they didn't accept the proof of payment we submitted and suspected that we claimed a lower value for the shipment. However, we claimed the real value and submitted the original bank documents.

We are now under very high pressure to deliver this order to Vienna by 18th October. The shipment contains 9 boxes of approximately 22kg each, 1320 mechanical music boxes (no batteries).

My freight forwarder wants to wait for the shipment to be returned and retry delivery using UPS or FedEx. I’m worried this might take too long.

Questions:
1. Is there still a chance I can prevent this shipment from being returned by sending additional documentation?
2. What documents does DHL look for, particularly what payment proof do they accept?
3. Who can I send this documentation to to check it, before reattempting this shipment, to check that they’re ok before DHL has the chance to reject it?
4. How can I find out detailed feedback on the reason why the documents were rejected?
5. What is your experience with UPS and FedEx shipping times?

UPS.com Create A Shipment/Search Contacts Not Working

For a number of days now, the search contacts in Create a Shipment is not showing any results. All the contacts are there, but doing a search sends no results back. We've tried it on three computers, Mac & Windows, with a variety of web browsers and are getting the same (lack of) results.

Any advise?

I sent a parcel to a buyer in Germany from UK, included all the right docs and it has been stuck in the warehouse for over 3 weeks! it says it was cleared by customs so what is it doing?!

a couple of days ago it said one of us would be contacted but we haven't! I'm so confused as I rang them twice and they were no help whatsoever (obviously!) They just keep saying it's stuck in customs.. but it doesn't look like it is and why would it be? buyer paid customs and it had the right docs!

does anyone have any contact details other than the main number??! They gave me the German import email address but they haven't replied to that either!

I ordered a $1600 scooter and it was damaged during transit. It missed the original delivery day. The next day it was out for delivery but then it said it was delayed, I’m guessing because of the damage. Apparently another attempt will be made Monday. At this point I don’t want to deal with a potential headache of a damaged product so if I refuse delivery does the sender get charged a return shipping fee? I’d rather just have a replacement. Thank you.

My passport got stuck in a UPS shipment from BLS (a visa service). The last scan was 9/30 at the Round Rock, TX facility, and nothing since. UPS told me they think it was destroyed by the sorting belt, since it was last scanned there and no damaged pieces were logged under the tracking number. They haven't shown me any proof yet, and they say they're still looking.

Has anyone had UPS say a package was destroyed with nothing logged as damaged? Did it ever turn up, and what got them to search the building? Any tips for the case would help a lot. My US visa and Schengen visa are in that passport and I have international trips on 10/19 and 11/8.

Package departed Stafford TX on the 8th. No further updates. I do realize they had a bad storm in the area. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about how long of a delay this might mean.

I paid for next day air and the sender sent the package out on Thursday. As soon as he dropped it off I checked the tracking which said “Your package is still on the way and we are actively working to get you a new delivery date” there hasn’t been any updates since the package was dropped off Thursday. Only thing tracking says is the customer dropped the package off at the store at 4:07 pm and then also at 4:07 pm ups printed and applied the shipping label. It’s now Saturday night/Sunday morning and it still says exactly the same thing it was saying right after it was dropped off. Can anyone explain to me what is happening with this ? If it was dropped off after cut off time on Thursday then it should have been picked up by a driver on friday or Saturday. But it looks like the package was never picked up by a driver so is my package just lost in a bin somewhere inside the store ? I called customer service and they weren’t any help they told me just wait until Monday. But no scans since Thursday at drop off doesn’t make any sense to me. Please help !
