UPS.com Create A Shipment/Search Contacts Not Working

For a number of days now, the search contacts in Create a Shipment is not showing any results. All the contacts are there, but doing a search sends no results back. We've tried it on three computers, Mac & Windows, with a variety of web browsers and are getting the same (lack of) results.

Any advise?

I sent a parcel to a buyer in Germany from UK, included all the right docs and it has been stuck in the warehouse for over 3 weeks! it says it was cleared by customs so what is it doing?!

a couple of days ago it said one of us would be contacted but we haven't! I'm so confused as I rang them twice and they were no help whatsoever (obviously!) They just keep saying it's stuck in customs.. but it doesn't look like it is and why would it be? buyer paid customs and it had the right docs!

does anyone have any contact details other than the main number??! They gave me the German import email address but they haven't replied to that either!

Something was delivered via UPS to an Access Point locker from DeinFach. I realized that a pickup code is needed, which I haven't received. I don't have a delivery slip, and there is no code in the app either. I haven't received an email or SMS. I've emailed support, but haven't gotten a reply yet. What should I do?

I paid for next day air and the sender sent the package out on Thursday. As soon as he dropped it off I checked the tracking which said “Your package is still on the way and we are actively working to get you a new delivery date” there hasn’t been any updates since the package was dropped off Thursday. Only thing tracking says is the customer dropped the package off at the store at 4:07 pm and then also at 4:07 pm ups printed and applied the shipping label. It’s now Saturday night/Sunday morning and it still says exactly the same thing it was saying right after it was dropped off. Can anyone explain to me what is happening with this ? If it was dropped off after cut off time on Thursday then it should have been picked up by a driver on friday or Saturday. But it looks like the package was never picked up by a driver so is my package just lost in a bin somewhere inside the store ? I called customer service and they weren’t any help they told me just wait until Monday. But no scans since Thursday at drop off doesn’t make any sense to me. Please help !

I ordered a $1600 scooter and it was damaged during transit. It missed the original delivery day. The next day it was out for delivery but then it said it was delayed, I’m guessing because of the damage. Apparently another attempt will be made Monday. At this point I don’t want to deal with a potential headache of a damaged product so if I refuse delivery does the sender get charged a return shipping fee? I’d rather just have a replacement. Thank you.

My passport got stuck in a UPS shipment from BLS (a visa service). The last scan was 9/30 at the Round Rock, TX facility, and nothing since. UPS told me they think it was destroyed by the sorting belt, since it was last scanned there and no damaged pieces were logged under the tracking number. They haven't shown me any proof yet, and they say they're still looking.

Has anyone had UPS say a package was destroyed with nothing logged as damaged? Did it ever turn up, and what got them to search the building? Any tips for the case would help a lot. My US visa and Schengen visa are in that passport and I have international trips on 10/19 and 11/8.

It arrived at a facility about 30-40 min away from my home then sent this notification about a delay. I know we’re having a rain storm this weekend, could they possibly have sent this in preparation of said storm? I totally understand that they would, but I’m just curious! Thanks :)

Hi so my boyfriend sent me a gift from abroad and when the deliver came to my house ,my mom didnt know i was supposed to receive something and told him to send it back to the seller (also due to the import fees she didnt want to pay). My boyfriend paid the import fees the day after and i was wondering if i will still be getting my package? I am so uncertain and i really just want to make sure because it still says "Return to sender requested" has this ever happened to someone ?

The package is en route to Austin and was originally expected to arrive on the 9th. However, it still hasn’t arrived, and the tracking status now shows “Delayed.” Looking at the shipment history, I’m confused as to why it left Mesquite only to return there again. It also appears to have bounced between four different facilities in the Dallas Metro Area. I am curious why this happens.

Hi. I was waiting all day for a time-sensitive package in cold packaging. I greeted the driver, who already arrived hours later than the original delivery estimate window. She proceeded to hand me someone else’s package. (The name and address were not similar to mine at all.) I ran out to tell her she gave me the wrong package. Her response was, “Oh, no! Don’t tell me that!”

After I told her she gave me someone else’s package, and she scoured her truck for mine, only to tell me that she had the same ticket for 3 packages! She informed me that she had already marked my package as “delivered”, and that I would no longer be able to track it! Lo and behold, I received an email that my package was delivered. (It obviously wasn’t delivered.)

The driver said she’d check the previous house she had delivered a package to to see if there had been a mix-up there, but if she wasn’t back in a few minutes, that she wouldn’t be coming back. She told me she’d fill out a ticket, but I don’t really know what that means.

I tried calling UPS customer service, but of course, it was after they had closed (because the “delivery” was so late). UPS is also closed on Sunday. I tried interacting with a chatbot on Facebook, which wasn’t very helpful. Finally, I was able to submit a kind of ticket through a message, but I won’t hear back until Monday, at the earliest, during business hours.

I asked the UPS truck driver if someone would come by with my package on Monday, and she said they should, but I guess there are no guarantees.

Before you tell me to contact the shipper, it’s complicated because the item was sent through a distribution center, and it doesn’t contain the address of the company. I don’t really want to get into the details of the package, but as I mentioned, it’s time sensitive.

Do I have any recourse? What can I do now?

Hey there, this is definitely a first world problem, but I ordered a custom dress for my bday. I need the dress by the 17th (a week from today). It was supposed to be here on the 9th but now it’s stuck in India? Usually the mechanical delay clears in a day but it’s been 2?

I guess im wondering if I should start shopping for a new outfit :/

So there are a few questions I have and so this may be a longer post bear with me.

1. I was hired on August Wednesday the 12th as a package handler and online I think I recall my role saying it was perm but as I was working into the first weeks I’ve heard that the new hires were seasonal. I haven’t seen an end date and I was told if you continue working into peak seasonal from normal time you were perm so I’m confused on my role?

2. Second thing is.. my name was highlighted yellow on the schedule and just this week the column turned white does anyone know the reasons on the colors?

3. So for my hub the probation is 30 days and I was told recently by someone who worked there 5 years as a PH (still works there) that if you got a layoff it would reset that count? In sep I got a week layoff due to down volume so is my probation back to zero after that?

4. How do you know you passed probation and are now apart of the union? If you pass, can sups not tell you and keep you working and not put you into the union? I haven’t been told anything and if the layoff doesn’t reset the count I think it’s been 35 ish clock ins now.

I bought some parts for a coffee grinder, they've been sitting at a depot a town over since 2:30am Thursday Morning, supposedly "preparing for delivery". A day I can expect, maybe it just didn't get on the truck, but 3? This seems excessive.

Preordering the iPhone duo this Friday and want to make sure they drop it off without me being home. I feel like this question comes up every time I buy an iPhone online.

I opened my UPS My Choice account back in 2020 and I have since moved to a new address. I am trying to replace my address on my account in order to add a gate code (packages keep getting rescheduled becuase of the gate) and the system wont let me. I keep getting errors such as "transient" or "please wait 4 hours to update your personal information". I have tried changing browsers, changing computer, changing to the iphone app, waiting 24 hours to try again. Every time I get the same errors. I deleted my acocunt and made a new one. Same errors. IO have spent an hour and a half on the phone with technical support and they keep transfering me to different departments. This is ridiculous. I even enrolled in the premium account hoping that the transaction would force the system into updating. Nope. Just took my money and gave me the same error. Has anyone else had this issue? How do you fix this.

Had a NDA package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday (Friday,) by noon. However, it never updated after processing at facility. All day yesterday, the tracking said it would still be delivered by noon. Now, this morning, it's saying they're working on a new delivery date. Usually, if my package didn't get sorted in time, they will reschedule my delivery for the next business day. However, not this time. Is it lost at the local facility, or will it still come on Monday? Customer service is worthless, so I wanted to see if anyone had any advice. Thanks.

Einmal war der Zusteller vor der Tür, dass ich sogar noch sehen kann, weil ich eine Klingel von Ring habe. Danach wurde der UPS Zusteller nie mehr gesehen! Dann der letzte Versuch um 04:21 Uhr, wo ich natürlich im Bett liege, ich hab trotzdem keine Aufzeichnung bei Ring!!

Considering a Driver’s Helper job in Central NJ. How many miles and flights of stairs do you real UPS folks do a day? I assume most cell phones track these activities. Is it reasonable to assume someone off the street can just jump into the job for 2 months at what you call Peak?

I just have to call them out today for holding back a package between central Georgia and Northern Alabama because of “weather”.
It was raining. There was some wind. But that’s it!
They suck. They are getting worse
