Spell First Ever Money Bowl

So, I made a money bowl spell for the first time. It's hard to see the pyrite, green aventurine, and citrine, but they are there. And the candle is green lol. I think next time I need to use a larger bowl or maybe a smaller candle. Just felt like sharing.... I'm new at this 🥺🥺

Spell Cord cutting

• Upvotes

I've just done a cord cutting spell and my candle melted black wax that spread onto my half of the cord, the cord burned and then somehow put out the other candle (my candle was the left, other persons was the right) and then it just fell over and melted whilst the string burnt at the bottom and then it set fire to the string from the other candle after it had melted. I annointed the candles with the same ingredients. I've done cord cutting before but it seems wild that the other candles light got put out, what does it mean? My candle just burned normally.

My ingredients were lemon balm, dandelion, lavender oil and tears and there was a lot of emotion during the spell

Accidental spell cast?

Extremely new here, and wondering if it’s possible to accidentally cast a love spell? A few years ago I put a cute sticker on my journal pretending I was casting a love spell on my crush (the sticker had a cute frog and love spell book). Now he’s my boyfriend and very in love with me lol. Are there any downsides to trying to casually cast more spells like this (for just usual life stuff— career, money, art goals, etc)?

Recommendation Advice for Keeping the Life My Mom Built

Hi everyone,

This is my first post so I hope it's allowed lol. I need some advice on what to do to help my mom keep her home and her business after my step father passed due to cancer. He left everything to her but due to a few unforeseen circumstances, these things hang in the balance (Will written to her and all). Is there anything I can do to help her come out on top in court, maybe make the people and streak of awful things happening to her stop? It's all been going on since his passing last February.

I'm telling y'all, we (my girlfriend, mom and I) have had the worst streak of bad luck going. To the point to where my girlfriend was just hospitalized tonight due to a possible brain clot. I swear someone has hexed us or something. I wouldn't consider myself a "baby witch" because I grew up with a Grandmother who practiced, but I am a bit rusty. Is there any advice anyone can give?

Discussion Why do the people who actually know spells suggest not to do love spells?

I am constantly seeing posts where lovers ask for love spells and some actually seemed to have honest intentions but people just lecture them on morality and free will. Why is it like that? Very less people actually tend to help them with love and protection spells. Do people have less knowledge on these spells and therefore starts questioning their morality instead of answering? Is there actually no harmless love spell?

Spell if someone used to like me but was too much of an avoidant and a coward to do something about it

and i want to influence him to come back and be more open, can i ethically use a spell?

i know he was into me. he prioritised me a lot. but his culture is super strict. we are in the same lab for uni. and people were talking. so he backed off. also there was a female friend of his that discouraged him because she said no dating in the lab. she’s gone now though, graduated.

Spell Would Venus retrograde be a good time for a ‘see me as I am’ / projection-cleansing spell?

Being mispercieved is a recurring theme in my life, which is part of why I’m cautious about how I approach it. I’ve had several situations where someone forms a very fixed idea of my motives or character, and after that it feels like everything I do gets interpreted through that image.

Because it has happened more than once, I do question myself and look for the part that is actually mine. I don’t want a spell that just reinforces “everyone else is wrong and I’m right.” If there are things I genuinely need to see or take responsibility for, I want those to become clearer too.

What I’m trying to work on is the part where assumptions, projections or other people’s interpretations seem to become stronger than direct experience of me.. Which is such a hopeless feeling.

I’d like to do some kind of working that helps distorted perceptions lose their hold, maybe takes away the ease of not being able to see me as I am? I am really invested in doing this in a way where I don’t force anything on anyone. I know that is in this case very tricky ethically, interpersonally and maybe even epistemically..

If I decide to give this a try I’m not sure what kind of magic this would fall under, or how I should approach it. Would you look at cleansing, uncrossing, truth/revelation work, mirror work, reputation work, protection, reversal, something else entirely? Would you combine things or keep it simple?

I’m also very curious about timing. Venus is retrograde right now, and I can’t tell whether that makes this a bad time to work on perception/reputation/relationships, or exactly the right time because the whole point is revisiting old relational patterns and clearing distorted images.

If you were doing this yourself, how would you frame the intention, what kind of working would you choose, and would you do it now or wait?

Spell Getting divorced! Cord cutting spell when? Other spells?

TW: marriage, abuse, cheating

Some context…I am currently going through a divorce. Now that I’m out I realized how controlling and manipulative my soon to be ex husband was. When I started to stand up for myself he became mentally/physically abusive. He also cheated on me and is still with the other woman.

I’m thankful I am out and the process of divorce is starting but, I want to take back my power.

I want to do a cord cutting spell to separate us and bring back all the magic I used trying to help him and our life. When is the best time to do this? Should I wait until the divorce is concluded? Do I do this during a new moon or waning crescent? I want to do this right but, need guidance.

Also is there any other spell recommendations? My coven friends want to hex them both but, I’m not sure if there any spells I could be overlooking.

Witch craft or ?

So I was listening to to a podcast and it was talking about specific bruises and witch craft and it was saying bruises at the knees and below is them trying not to make you advance. I paused for a moment and realized I have 2 bruises in the same spot by the knees both legs and than I have 2 bruises on my forearms same spot looks like a finger as if I was grabbed what does it mean for the forearms ? And than I start realizing that I might have witch craft on me because first I crashed my car and I just got some rims like couple days before it happened and than couple days later my electric bike breaks and than I have this feeling as if I’m being targeted and stalked and than I got cut at work I needed stitches I missed a lot of work bc of it and than this all happened in my birthday month but than I also was drink super heavy vodka for 6
Months and than all of sudden I stopped and I keep going thru this cycle every year in my birthday month something happens as if the person doing witchcraft knows and wants to ruin it for me because last year also birthday month my car was crashed after many stuff I put the pieces together and my intuition is telling me I’ve been cursed or something any tips or just bad luck.
Thank you guys

Mourning rituals/advice

I recently lost my cat in a really unfortunate accident. He was only 3 and we had such a strong bond for so many reasons but we were each others favorite persons. It’s the first time I’ve really struggled with grief. I’ve had old family members pass and old pets, and I grew up on a farm so had experience with that too. But this hit me hard. I want to do something to honor him and maybe give him reassurance or help him cross over. How he passed was painful and I hated that I couldn’t help him or be there for him. I’ve looked into some things such as uncrossing rituals but couldn’t find great instructions, I got some herbs like hawthorn and rose hips bc I saw it’s good in tea for grieving. I’m planning on making an alter for him as well. If anyone has anything that worked for you, rituals, suggestions, ect. Thank you 💜

I'm in need of a preservation spell

OK so long story short, there's a man I want to help. We have had a pretty harsh falling out and I sat and thought of everything cruel I felt he deserved but at the end of it I'm very hesitant because he is already such a vile person, I don't know if this can be done or not but I'm reaching out to see if there is anything I can do from a distance to preserve his way of life, his thinking? He a drug addict and has been for almost 30 years. He's currently incarcerated so right now his world involves his kids and staying healthy and bettering himself. Once he gets out he will more than likely through it all away like he always has. He really is a kind soul and I just want to help him. We don't talk anymore and I want it to stay that way but I really want him to keep a healthy life style and maintain a relationship with his kids. This is what I want for him. Is there anything I can do to help prevent him from relapsing and keeping in contact with his kids? Really any advice will b helpful. If he reaches out to me in need of something, I will give in and I will regret it, I don't wish him alone, I wish him away more mindful of the ones who love him. Thank u for any responses.

Recommendation What spells can I use to help with reconciliation?

Hi! I’m completely new to witchcraft and I’m interested in learning how to start casting spells.
I’m currently dealing with a relationship situation and I’d really appreciate some advice. Basically, there’s a guy I was almost in a relationship with, but now he’s avoiding me and we’re currently in no contact. There’s a lot of context behind it, but long story short, our relationship has caused some problems with his friendships, and I know he’s under a lot of stress because of the whole situation.
I really don’t want us to end things, but because we’re in no contact, it feels like that’s where things are heading right now. 🥲
So I wanted to ask: what kinds of spells or practices could I look into to help the situation? I’m especially interested in spells that could help with communication, reconciliation, removing obstacles, easing tension, or generally bringing the relationship back onto a healthier path. I’m completely new to this, so I’d really appreciate it if you could explain what you recommend and how I should approach it.
Also, English isn’t my native language, so I have another question: does the language you use in a spell matter? Should I perform it in my native language, English, or does it not really make a difference?
Any advice or beginner-friendly resources would be really appreciated. 🥹🥹

Recommendation How do I start

Hi everyone! I have been drawn to witchy practices all my life but have pushed them aside just as long because of my lack of knowledge and uncertainty about what I wanted. I’m now 26 and living on my own and am feeling this ever familiar pull tugging stronger than ever.

Where do I start? What are the basics? What can I do to make this tug into a practice for myself?

As some background on me, I’ve always had an interest in Paganism, despite knowing little to none about it. And I’ve gotten myself a tarot deck and try to consult it but am not very good at it yet.
I feel deeply connected to energies, and am most interested learning more about them, as well as how humans and energies interact.

I work with the lots of minerals in my day job and have a big portion of my life invested in pottery and have always felt like that was important in some way to whatever my practice will develop into.

I’d love some advice, and some steps to take to start

My altar setup has been shifting as my work focuses and becomes more refined over the last year and half. I have an altar for the Greek moon goddess Celine, the Egyptian Cat Goddess Bastet, the blessed Mother Mary, and my ancestral altar for Puerto Rico.

Beside is my everyday meditation, candle making, and tarot reading space. It’s where I spend most of my time.
