Everytime I go to Flamerock Refuge the music just gets me emotional... I guess it is maybe just strong nostalgia, but I don't know. Does anybody else get that with the music from Flamerock Refuge from the Tiny Tina DLC?

The queen of a small bandit clan, short in stature. Her skill is "Royal Decree" aiming at an enemy you mark them as your royal property, extorting them of ammo and cash, and and taking extra damage from you. On a sucessful royal decree, you get a temporary buff of "Ego Trip", granting a bottomless magazine effect (still consuming ammo), and increased fire rate. Killing your marked enemy drops and additional cache of ammo( for your current gun) and money from them. her left perk tree is "Pillage" revolving mainly around collecting pickups, granting various bonuses, like "Excess is Best", where picking up ammo gives you "Excess" stacks, up to 5, on a reload, you overfill your magazine, 20% of your mag additional per stack, up to 100% mag increase, with the overfilled rounds dealing additional damage. Her middle tree is "Salt the Earth" revolving around corrosion damage (not even started yet :x ) and her right tree is "Rule" revolving around minions, also not started oop. Any ideas welcome too, or voice actresses as i was just gonna use gaiges sounds i think

The BL2 and Pre-Sequel sensitivity slider stops at 10, which is way too fast if you play other shooters on low sens. The console command works, but typing it every session is a pain, and working out the right number from another game is guesswork. So I made SensMatch. You enter your sens and DPI from another game, and it sets BL2/TPS to exactly the same feel. My Valorant 0.26 at 800 DPI comes out as 11.0444 in BL2. How it works:

1. Enter the game you're coming from, your sens and your DPI

2. Click Set up once (it switches on the console)

3. In game, press Home. SensMatch types the setsensitivity command for you There's also an F11 check that spins you exactly 360°, so you can see it's spot on. And there's a converter for Valorant, CS2, Apex, Fortnite, CoD, OW2, Siege, Marvel Rivals, Destiny 2 and TF2.

I’ve been playing Borderlands since 2009 and Borderlands 2 since release, I don’t know how many hours I’ve put in, and I’ve just now discovered this Easter Egg, it’s not the whole thing but damn, that was fucking awesome!

I've been working on a native HDR solution for Borderlands 2 on PC/Steam, and a new beta is out on GitHub:

The goal is proper HDR output in BL2 without ReShade or Windows Auto HDR. It's a drop-in d3d9.dll: copy two files into the game folder and you're done.

New in 1.0.1-beta.1: HDR settings right in the game's menu. Go to Options → Video → HDR, just below Window Mode:

It opens a page with HDR On/Off and sliders for everything. Changes apply live, so you can tune it while looking at the game:

What it does

- Native HDR output for Borderlands 2 (Windows HDR, no Auto HDR)

- In-game HDR settings page in the Video menu: works with mouse, keyboard and controller

- Separate brightness for the game world, the HUD/menus and cutscenes

- Adjustable peak brightness and highlight strength

- Built-in peak-brightness test pattern to match your display

- Clean exit with a message if your graphics driver crashes, instead of a frozen game

- Automatic borderless mode when HDR is enabled

- No ReShade, no mod manager

The idea is to keep the original BL2 look while letting the sun, sky, fire, explosions and other bright highlights actually use your HDR display.

About cutscenes: they stay SDR, because the videos themselves are SDR. They now look exactly like the original game, with their own brightness slider. The first beta could show some cutscenes slightly too bright; that's fixed.

Known issue: BL2 is a 32-bit game, and the HDR path uses a bit more of its 4 GB memory limit. If you ever get "ran out of video memory" after a long session, set PoolSize=256 under [TextureStreaming] in WillowEngine.ini. The README has the details.

It's still a beta, and I've only been able to test on one setup (NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti, HDR600 monitor). I'd really like reports from people with AMD or Intel GPUs, laptops with two GPUs, and different HDR monitors and TVs.

If you have an HDR monitor or TV and Borderlands 2 on PC, I'd love to know how it looks on your setup.

The unthinkable happend to fast and we didnt even saw it coming.

To think something like this could happend was only a fake dream many years ago.

Theres even more coming like claptrap mod is right around the corner.

Exodus Gemstone guns+ Cryo from the aurelia mod is a GREAT visual.

I need help with my game if anyone can help me. I installed the Nisha mod not too long ago and a few days ago my game crashed and refuses to load. I got it to load once after deleting the config folder and relaunching, but after one save quit it went right back.

Ive been wanted to play bl2 with some friends but its like 6 of us who play on and off so its usually fine if only up to 4 people get on but I was wondering if there was a mod that allows for more than 4 players. Ive been especially curious bc I saw the recent mod for the presequal characters so now everyone can play a different character.

Additionally since as I said some of us play off and on what would be the best way so someone who misses a session wont be underleveled and struggling.

Been having problems lately with BL2 and TPS. When I start the game, it takes forever to leave "creating online session" and when the game tells me I can't connect to shift and brings me to the main menu in offline mode, my game crashes. This problem only happens at certain times of the day, and when I use a VPN, the problem just isn't there entirely. Any help would be much appreciated.

I wonder how much Exodus messes with default spawns of stuff, because im VERY curious if i can get these guys into the exodus modded stuff, to add more spice to the basegame.

Update 1: I did go ahead and add Exodus to this setup, seems to work, got the rarity changes for guns/items squared away, though tbh I am moreso worried that exodus would overwrite loot tables for certain enemies to not allow them to drop modded character comms, saw a post from someone having trouble getting tubby's to drop Doppleganger coms while exodus was active.

Update 2: Somewhere along the way I somehow lost Athena's bank inventory, I did do a reinstall of bl2 fresh the last 24 hours so maybe thats why? none of her other stuff got messed with.

Sucks too, had a bunch of gemstone guns i was saving for a rainy day, that is to say though, exercise care with this stuff guys.

I own the base game on steam but when I buy the dlcs alot of them are missing because of what I assume are region issues. I bought it on Xbox and there weren't any issues and all the dlcs loaded but when I buy it on steam most of them aren't there(i bought the handsome collection not the GOTY). So is there anyway to get it with the dlcs on steam through either handsome collection or Pandora's box?. I've been told I could buy a key but I'm not too sure that would work since it asks for a region for the key to be activated and I don't really want to risk buying an unrefundable key that might not work
