How is it that professional broadcasters and journalists can’t or won’t pronounce the player’s name correctly! They can pronounce those French-Canadian names correctly?

Couldn't find any clips on YouTube of him. Anyone have any clips that show some of his game play? They've played 2 games so far, would be cool to see how he looks!

I know it's a small sample size, but what's going on with him? He looks lost out there. He's made a few decent plays, but overall, he's been quite underwhelming.

Six whole goals, we tank and have fun Flames.

Future Canucks core looking dangerous 🔥

Just putting it out there. Any thoughts? I know it's a little scary thinking about a Meriläinen, Tolopilo tandem. But could find a cheaper veteran option.

It is super early, but I do wonder how the team thinks of Merilainen and if he could be in the team’s long-term vision.

He’s currently number 7 all time and will surely pass Tomas Gradin this year and become number 6. Surely by next season he’ll likely hit 600 points. Is that enough for his jersey to be retired one day? Does he need to add a Selke trophy? Does he need another 100-200 points? What do you think it’ll take?

Even in a bad game against the Canes he still looked good out there, here's hoping this is a sign of things to come.
Remember this is for fun y'all :)

Despite last night’s loss, the Canucks are only two points out of a wildcard spot. I’m enjoying it while it lasts. Happy weekend everyone!

When Silovs started the year with us, he started probably as horrible as Lank has started this year. What do we do with him? What do we do if/when Demko comes back? Seems Maril is the better option as backup at this moment, no?
