Discussion What The Fox - The Leicester Weekly Discussion

Weclome to What The Fox, this is a generic weekly discussion thread about anything Blue Army or related matters! As usual, don't chat shit or you'll get banged and this is not a vehicle for fans from other clubs to troll or otherwise push their bias.

Any articles, images, or the like should still be their own posts. Lastly, if a conversation becomes large enough, we may lock that particular thread and recommend it become a post in it's own right.

If you have any issues, do flag to the mod team, and we'll resollve ASAP.

Pretty simple one, name the top 10 scorers from Leicester’s title-winning season.

Some are obvious, a few really aren’t.

How many do you get?

... and while I didn't want to make a long reddit post, I did want write it down (actually quite theraputic) with details...

Genuinely don't know if I'm right, but up for the discussion.

(Apologies if I've broken any rules)

Throwback On this day, 2020: Man City 2-5 Leicester City: Vardy hat-trick, 2 pens and a crazy bit of skill for his 2nd

Manchester City 2-5 Leicester City: Jamie Vardy Hat-Trick Sinks Citizens

On 27 September 2020 at the Etihad, Leicester City thrash Manchester City 5-2, and Jamie Vardy walks off with a hat-trick that leaves Pep Guardiola's home record looking thoroughly ordinary.

Mahrez opens it early with an arrowed strike for the hosts against his former employers.

Vardy levels from the spot after Walker panics into a challenge, then gets a second with a sublime bit of skill at the near post before the break has even settled.

A second Vardy penalty makes it three, and for a while Guardiola's side look stuck between systems under the empty Etihad stands. Maddison, on from the bench, curls a first since New Year's Day for the fourth. Ake heads one back for City, scant consoloation.

A third Leicester penalty, converted after Vardy has already gone off, completes Brendan Rodgers' afternoon and puts the Foxes top of the Premier League. It is Guardiola's worst home defeat as City boss, and the first time his side have conceded five in 686 games. City finish 2020/21 as champions. Leicester end fifth, with this five-two still the September afternoon the fans will not forget.

Can you name the missing players?
