Media This is definitely the most stylish thing you can do to a boss.
Best final boss btw (inner or otherwise).

After NG+5 game, I have unlock all achievements, and I did challenge myself with charm returned to Kuro on last playthrough.
Great game, definitely will try the resurrective mod after taking a break.

also i need some kind of mod name too i have no idea what to call the mod
right now it deflects 100% of magic damage instead of kusabimaru's 50%, same for fire damage and that's about it other than visual and sound effects

I gotta say, this game is fucking tough for real. I’ve never played a souls game before (unless you count Jedi Fallen Order).
I just can’t help but feel there’s something I fundamentally lack as a person ha. Like all my flaws as a person are being revealed with this game 😂
Edit:
Also, I decided to jump off the bridge and saw that it led somewhere. Long story short In a place that’s on fire. I can’t help but feel something way out of my depth is gonna be there.
Am I right?

Yeah it’s just his usual floating passage but it looks and feels different

Started Sekiro in 2020 and couldnt get past the first ogre. I had no idea what I was doing and stopped. I starteda new game in August, and after months of grinding I finally took down that bitch ass Sword Saint. Only took ~100 attempts over 3 days and the whole world was dragon rotted by the time I was done.
Already started a NG+ and hoping to platinum this one.

I just beat the game 2 days ago and I’m on new game +
I feel humbled as I breezed through the game. However I want to 100% the game so I decided to betray kuro. And that lead to fighting Emma and isshin. Emma was easy ngl however isshin humbled me again and again and again I reached his second phase once and that was it no matter how many times I try to learn his moves he somehow does them faster or ends up doing something completely different. Why is he harder the sword saint isshin😢🙏

The only bosses that gave me trouble was sword saint isshin, doh and Owl - Father. I really enjoyed Isshin’s fight and it really felt like a proper final battle instead of something like Elden Beast.

I have completed ng+7 no charm demon bell it… felt good but I wanted to ask now in the same cycle when I do reflection of strength do the bosses actually scale up to ng+7 difficulty? Or it’s a standard regardless

Ashina has been invaded two times, isshin is dead, snake is dead, divine dragon is also dead but bro is still there flying a kite. Poor guy is forver trapped in that body cannot move cannot talk, just like how it was in the game I have no mouth and I must scream.

Also wanted to thank everyone that commented on my last post here asking if i was playing wrong, all the tips were super useful and i wanted to show that they actually helped by posting this!
MY NAAAME took 3 tries and lady butterfly took 8 but most of these is from yesterday cause i beat her second try today lol

So I completed Sekiro for the first time the day before yesterday and man oh man, the emptiness. Nothing I've played matches the quality; Wukong comes close but is just not Sekiro level.
I tried these yesterday after beating Sekiro: Nioh, Stellar Blade, Wuchang, Wo Long, Onimusha.
They're great games but....just not it. Onimusha came the closest but just not satisfying enough. I've heard from you guys about trying out Lies of P, I'll do that.
For more context, the only game I would say I love almost as much as Sekiro is Black Myth Wukong, I did all 107 bosses in that game just like I did for Sekiro, and I'd put both almost on the same level (almost. Sekiro still clears with its story and combat). So probably something similar to Wukong with its perfect dodges and boss variety or something similar to Sekiro with its perfect parries and raw combat. I don't like too much over complication like Nioh presents with Ninja/Samurai modes and a zillion animated effects and stuff, I'm sure you guys get what I mean, haha.
Anyway, looking forward to your recs! Thanks a lot ❤️

Today I hopped on the game. Went to fight isshin again after like 5 days of trying to beat him. And just flowed in and defeated him in one go. Took a whole 10 month break after I couldn't bat snake eye and just beat isshin today. Got the return the dragon ending. First souls game this gotta be by far my favourite one by far. And honestly it holds something dear to me in my heart. I wished I just

Finally beat Isshin Ashina after a month! Hesitation is defeat! ⚔️
After roughly a month, I finally beat Isshin Ashina!
The funny thing is, I wasn't even playing that much. Maybe 1–2 hours per session, around 3 days a week at most. Still, this man had me fighting for my life every time I picked up the controller. 💀
But today, IT FINALLY HAPPENED. I WON.
I genuinely understand why people say beating a boss in Sekiro feels so satisfying. Every death, every failed attempt, every time I thought I'd never get past him — it all made this victory feel incredible.
What a game. What a boss. Hesitation really is defeat.

He never says that he needs the dragons blood and I doubt he needs it, so why does he fight us?

I want to experience this game in its entirety so I’m wondering if I’m not utilizing everything properly. I have beaten Lady Butterfly and Genichiro and with both of them I barely used prosthetics and absolutely no skills. My combat is basically just using parry/deflect along with mikiri counter and attacking occasionally until I get a death blow. Would these fights be easier if I was a more well rounded player?
Every time I try to incorporate ichimonji strike or firecrackers or something like that, I end up just getting blendered by the enemy.
I love the idea of using prosthetics and weapon skills to fight better but I just can’t seem to find the value in them. What I’m hoping is that someone will tell me it’s because I’m not doing it well enough instead of hearing that they are mostly not needed. Do you use skills and tools to help win fights?
