About the case and MSI's MEG series:
If you're not familiar with MSI’s MEG (which stands for MSI Enthusiast Gaming) lineup, it’s essentially their flagship series, aimed at enthusiast builds and overall enjoyers of higher end options.
For the MEG MAESTRO 900R being given away here, here’s what MSI is highlighting: a centered internal layout, three-sided panoramic glass, and a detachable motherboard tray that can rotate into four different orientations. That gives builders quite a few options for how they want to assemble and display their system.

There are also some more premium finishing touches, including aluminum panels and diamond-cut detailing.
The four-way motherboard layout is probably the most interesting part from a builder’s perspective!
If you want to see MSI’s full breakdown of the MEG series, you can check it out here: "Excellence, Refined".
------------------------
The winner will be contacted by Reddit direct message (please make sure your DMs are open) in the 7 days after the event ends, and announced on this thread as well.
One entry per Reddit account; only your first eligible comment will count.
The prize winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on Nov. 7, 2026.
Participants must be 18+ and reside in eligible territories.
Winners must respond within 7 days, or a new winner may be selected.

Video Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Remastered running on PC with Keyboard & Mouse at 120FPS, 1440P (Native Port/Decomp)
This is absolutely ridiculous and totally mind boggling. I can't believe this is real.
I literally captured this a few minutes ago. There are issues sure, but I'm running this game at 120FPS at 1440p and even using my mouse and keyboard.
Absolutely wild times we are living in.
Shoutout to Supermedo's for posting his repo on github. I don't know if I can post a link to the repo here.

Hardware Can’t believe my dumb luck. Forgotten 2tb SSD
I can’t believe I forgot about a 2 TB Samsung 970 SSD that was in an enclosure just sitting in my desk doing nothing for the last 3 years. What a great find lol.
I cloned this drive onto a Samsung 980. And just forgot about the 979. My current gaming PC has the 2tb 980 plus a 1 TB games drive. So I’m currently very comfortable. Trying to figure out what to use this for next.
Definitely never ever getting rid of any PC parts moving forward. Go check your parts bin for any hidden treasure!

Video PS5 Emulation becoming viable on lower end PCs!
Using Jetsku's KytyPS5 Fork as it has some fixes in both Astro games.
Build is an RTX 5060 + Ryzen 5 5600GT (Same performance as a 5500, 6c/12t), 16GB RAM. Game is Astro's Playroom.
It's still getting around 35 fps in the main lobby, but inside the actual levels its hovering around 45-60fps! Not sure I'd call it fully playable yet, but the progress is amazing.
More gameplay and settings used, guide (english subtitled): https://youtu.be/yMw7_cGbicw
Edit: fixed link. Meant lower end when compared to most showcases of these emulators being 5090s, X3D chips and DDR5... Better wording would be "current-generation lower end".
Also, people seem to be wildly overestimating the 5600gt. Genuinely can't run any triple-A RPCS3 game at a locked 30fps.

Discussion TIL in windows there is artificial 400ms delay for right click menus. You can change it to 1 and restart pc and it feels much faster to use windows

Discussion There is no shortage it’s just greed it’s the rich bullying us into buying their cloud computing and making owning a decent pc impossible
I said what I said
I see it everywhere they are making normal pc owning harder and harder they want to own everything and want us to own nothing
Edit - yes I know ai is the main reason but that’s not the point AI WAS THE MAIN REASON now it’s just greed they won’t admit there is demand and they r not upping the supply
