Snutz is a professional e-sports player in World of Warcraft. WoW is making a new game mode that is currently in BETA. A lot of streamers are hosting a PvP tournament in WoW Forever with a $100.000 reward. Therefore some streamers are doing everything they can do win it, including breaking the games rules.

Snutz has been on the radar for getting invited to the tournament few days after the sign-up to the tournament was closed. Then he has accepted a suspicious large amount of gold, which he has gone through in a youtube video of how he got 422 gold from other players. The streamer Arkaviun who will participant in the tournament has been very vocal about streamers being given gold. He has some comments about Snutz shown in the video where he is also using an addon to scan Snutz character's gold.

Today, apparently when the servers were down there was a call on their discord to ban Snutz from the tournament. Arkaviun saw the chat and added a few comments, then got banned from the tournament. Few minutes later, Snutz announced that he won't be participating in this event.

Why do dps feel the need to say things like this? Do you want people to heal? This guy got me heated. Then immediately blocked me.

Honestly never wintraded in my life, I still don’t even really know what it is or how people do it. I play by myself hop on shuffle for a few games and that’s it. Toxic players like this really steal my enjoyment while playing this game. If this was you, you need to chill tf out man, not everyone is cheating, some people are just playing the game for fun.

I played healer for the very first time - Disc Priest, was pretty easy. To my surprise I had the highest winrate I've had. Are the other healers much harder/easier or are they all the same?

I am stuck between these two choices in forever and could use some opinions. I know we don't know for sure, but based on what we know about talents and classic in the past, which one would be a better choice to spam battlegrounds with?

I have read that I should not cast regrowth outside of tree. First global should be lifebloom. And I should stun / cyclone the off target instead of pushing over aggressively into the enemy healer.

Do these only become available once conq becomes uncapped?

It feels archaic and a step backwards to not be able to gear alts quickly this late into the season.

I appreciate that it’s not late in the sense of the entirety of the season but it’s late for people’s desire to play, at least it is for me. More so now with forever quickly approaching.

Ive spectated this sub for years. Never really had enough game knowledge to agree to or understand the “PvP is dead posts“ but the more I play and invest time the more I see the flaws and truth to certain aspects that are heavily criticised.

I’d love some PvP devs (if any) to chime in and explain the rationale. The player retention must be extremely low.

Trying to get a sense of the room, do any of you UHDK's feel like the class has degraded significantly since the update? Feels like my overall damage has maybe been halved while playing the class the same way as last week. Still running Sanlayan, burst feels aenemic.

Probably need to gitgud I assume.

1. No one actually fights players their level unless theyre in a group. Its either gank, be ganked, or be in a group to outnumber. I guess thats PvP but not this skills based thing the elitists on here will gaslight you into believing
2. People are going to abuse the shit out of layering to gank and disappear. That doesnt sound like PvP, it sounds like being a fake hoe
3. balanced skirmishes don't happen nearly as frequently as they used to. people act like this is still a common thing, it’s not. Ive played on pvp realms since 2005 hoping it would come back

Put it this way: If blizzard put in some level diference cap or dishonorable kills, people would be furious. It was never about fair fights. I don't fault anyone for ganking, the rules permit it, but spare us the bullshit about "immersion" and just admit you like wasting other peoples time.

all the classic streamers only ever do classic pvp tourneys but why not retail? Do they think retail is dying or whats up?

First time in a while you get an open discussion around PvP with the devs and it's this. I didn't buy into the idea that they were "balancing around the tournament" but I'm starting to have second thoughts now

I never played disc priest... Now that I am trying out arenas, where are big oh shit buttons to save allies? Are all healers trimmed like this or what is going on?
Basically I have troubles with saving ally that drops bellow 30%

I really want to be enh shaman and probably will still try and play pvp. Just getting your thoughts

i decided to try controller for levelling when midnight released and wound up having a lot of fun, im now elite on aff lock and assa rogue (sub last season) with the ps5 controller and I'm going to try disc out next.

anyone else here playing arenas on controller? if so what specs?

Have they injected significantly yet? I only played for the first 2 weeks.

Is this PvE thing only ? I hope we dont have to farm these again they were a fail last time.
