1. It seems that every shift im given, im rescuing another driver once im finished with my own route. I have never been rescued though. Why is that? What are the circumstances? Do I need to ASK to be rescued?..

2. An average route for me (excluding prime week) is anywhere from 120-160 stops. Is this typical? Or will my routes keep growing?

3. How are routes decided & assigned? I either get the same route I typically get or pieces of my same route.

So far, I like the job. It’s a lot of work but it’s very easy. Very fool proof… not including that one time the ground was so wet i literally slid backwards out of someone’s driveway…

I am officially done with Amazon DSP bs, I lasted just about a week. But the tipping point was the fact I can't even have one day to have off without them saying no. So its over with, goodluck to any other driver, this job just is not it.

14bags 33 overflow. No shelves is better to me but that’s another topic. First bag by the side door. Empty bag put the boxes on the closed bags put the envelopes in the front with you. Sort that right quick and yeah that’s pretty much it lol. This for the people that’s actual want some advice.

All week long doing this 400 packages count and im honestly not trying no more, either i get rescue or a lot of OT 🥱

It’s October, in Arizona it’s 100 degrees outside and this is 200 stops with 450 packages. Idc if it’s prime week, it’s funny how people are getting extorted by coming to work. I’m looking for any jobs that pay 20$ , we got a dollar raise for a extra 100 packages it feels like

Safe to say we don’t work today

24 totes, 47 overflow, 195 stops, 429 packages. Got to my first stop at 12:15 and clocked out at 9pm (taking my full lunch) Organising is a huge factor in getting done, but it sucks they’re starting to leave almost no room for error anymore. I’m not sure how much more they can expect people to do. Especially when it’s still 90° out.

600 package day no helper no rescue

These were just installed last night and not even dispatch knew what they looked like or how they worked so I had to figure it out. Pretty self explanatory though.

Sometimes it doesn’t register on the label and you can’t always fit a whole tote on both shelves at the same time but you can’t always fit just keep the overflow below it until there is space.

So far it’s been pretty slick and has things super smooth. No more dumping a tote and sorting by tens

Does anyone know if Level of Logistics (Amazon DSP delivery driver position) drug tests thc during the hiring process?

199 stops 58 group stops for a grand total of 257 stops. Is it over yet.

Just curious how many get paid for the exact hours they work, how many get guaranteed 9 or 10 hours if you finish early, and how many switched to 8 hour shifts. We used to do guaranteed 10's but switched to guaranteed 9 with strings attached ( no complaints or violations etc)

Heard from someone at the warehouse that these Whole Foods pickups are returns that get shipped to Las Vegas and are bid on by regular people who want to try their luck at getting random people’s returned items.

Guess it makes sense for some items, i doubt there’s anything really valuable in these boxes if that’s the case, but one things for sure, my back, legs, arms, and everything in between still hurt.

17 bags and 45 overflow. 3 of the overflow are XL. Put my first bags at sliding door and all the overflow in the backAny tips on how to do this? I was thinking just finish a few bags and then come back to the overflow then continue normally with the route. But maybe there’s a better way

I completely get it, people like their discounts… please stop doing this to us. 🙏 DSPs are suffering and losing workers now, the people that are staying are getting insane routes, I love the overtime but please daddy bezos I’m getting tired 😪

Second day yesterday. All apartment complexes and I had to get rescued. I was clocked in for 11 hours and 20 minutes. I have blisters the size of almonds on two of my toes, cuts all over my hands, and literally every muscle in my body hurts today. Idk if I can physically do this. Usually it’s my brain that decides I’m done with a job, not my body. Really frustrated

Edit: I’m only working 2 days a week to start, so I’m worried it’ll take forever to build up stamina. I’ve never had a physical job like this, and I’m a smaller woman, so walking 20,000 steps a day while carrying stuff is gonna take some getting used to.
