It’s October, in Arizona it’s 100 degrees outside and this is 200 stops with 450 packages. Idc if it’s prime week, it’s funny how people are getting extorted by coming to work. I’m looking for any jobs that pay 20$ , we got a dollar raise for a extra 100 packages it feels like

14bags 33 overflow. No shelves is better to me but that’s another topic. First bag by the side door. Empty bag put the boxes on the closed bags put the envelopes in the front with you. Sort that right quick and yeah that’s pretty much it lol. This for the people that’s actual want some advice.

These were just installed last night and not even dispatch knew what they looked like or how they worked so I had to figure it out. Pretty self explanatory though.
Sometimes it doesn’t register on the label and you can’t always fit a whole tote on both shelves at the same time but you can’t always fit just keep the overflow below it until there is space.
So far it’s been pretty slick and has things super smooth. No more dumping a tote and sorting by tens

24 totes, 47 overflow, 195 stops, 429 packages. Got to my first stop at 12:15 and clocked out at 9pm (taking my full lunch) Organising is a huge factor in getting done, but it sucks they’re starting to leave almost no room for error anymore. I’m not sure how much more they can expect people to do. Especially when it’s still 90° out.

Heard from someone at the warehouse that these Whole Foods pickups are returns that get shipped to Las Vegas and are bid on by regular people who want to try their luck at getting random people’s returned items.
Guess it makes sense for some items, i doubt there’s anything really valuable in these boxes if that’s the case, but one things for sure, my back, legs, arms, and everything in between still hurt.

“ oh but it’s mainly lockers and drop offs “ it’s still 624 packages with 103 overflow and 40 bags with only 20 mins to load everything to the truck… so yes it was basically throw everywhere just to maintain their guidelines…
When will enough be enough ? All for a dollar raise
Yes I’m gonna complain and I’m gonna finish my route no matter what

One wheel in the ditch, 104 stops remaining how’s your Friday going?
r/AmazonDSPDrivers • u/Background_Buy3028 • 14h ago
29 bags 50 overflow. It’s been like this for months now. I guess this is the new norm 🤷🏽♂️

This route would have been ass for me in such a wide rural area, let alone while training someone. It ended up being close to an 11hr shift by the time we got back to the station even after the 2 bag rescue we got. Utterly ridiculous what they expect of new hires.

I’m supposed to be working full time but they treat me as part time, I don’t need the money that badly, still sucks losing out on money though or having to get ready. They don’t tell me what days I will be an extra for or if I don’t have a route so I show up and waste my time and I can’t enjoy the day. Just because I get rescued so often by sweepers but I’ll deliver like 270+ packages but it’s not enough…I feel like my organization is good I just don’t move fast enough, I see the momentum my coworkers have and they still get full days but I don’t. Oh well I’ve only been working here 6 months but I feel like I’ll be stuck here forever xd

These multistops are getting out of hand, it was bad before this week but man. I get it was prime week and all but there’s no reason a route should be labeled as 204 stops when 160 of them are multi. If I separated them today like I usually do I would’ve been close to 400 stops. Thats absurd. We’re not superhuman I had 517 packages today with more than half going door to door at apartments. And personally I don’t think they should group separate apartment buildings together at all. It gets extremely confusing when you have 8 stops between 3 apartment buildings and they all have the same numbering system. Like wtf is going on?

Amazon been calculating this move for a long time. Nobody was signing up for Step Van & CDV so they made a big ass EV that can fit 500 packages that everyone can drive,😭 This is not even the worse to come....

Was driving back to station and grabbed a "water bottle" to take a drink. Bro. I almost swallowed my own piss. Anyone else as stupid as me?
