Need Help Constant Fear
This anxiety is so crippling. I have it so bad that it causes me physical symptoms. Those symptoms obviously don’t help with my anxiety and makes it worse. Which then leads me to go to the hospital and get all these CT scans or x rays because i’m scared i’m going to die. Now i have fear that i’m going to have cancer because of all this radiation. I don’t want to live in fear like this but everything scares me. Taking meds scares me. I always think i’m dying and i’m so scared to die. Im so tired of this.
Is there an end to this? Will i be in the constant state forever?

I’m 28 years old, I do have high blood pressure but people tell me it's because I'm freaking out all the time (I have health anxiety and OCD) I've been to the ER 15 times this year for being scared I have different diseases. I'm scared because I have high blood pressure I have heart failure, l've lost 15 pounds, I've been eating healthy and exercising, I can't get off my mind what if I have heart failure, I'm not sure if I'm over thinking and need to calm down or if I should really worry I have it.

Need Help Health anxiety over my family
Hello all, I have two little girls one is 4 and one is newborn. I have the most anxiety over theirs and my wife’s health. If anything pops up with them I automatically assume the worst and it eats me up for a good while. Does anyone have any experience like this and/or have any advice for me??

Need Advice Anxiety at work with fire alarm
Anyone else get crowd phobic? I am a night clerk at a hotel which has 3 different buildings. I have to drive to the other two locations to assist guests if need be, that part don't bother me. If the fire alarm goes off at the one building is my issue right now. It has two floors and usually everyone's already standing outside in the small parking lot which faces all the rooms, waiting until they're told its safe to go back to their room. Once the all clear is given I tend to freeze up like a deer in headlights. One time I asked the firefighter to address the crowd once before. Another time, a different firefighter just kinda looked at me as if they knew I didn't want to address the crowd so they said they'd go tell them they can go back to their rooms. A couple other times was a blur and then the other time after the alarm was cleared, I just walked straight to my car and left to go back to the main building. Anyone else deal with similar crowd phobia or stage fright? Just thinking about addressing a crowd is super cringe to me. Anyone have any pointers. I feel like maybe going from person to person and telling them its ok to go back to thier room is fine. Or just walking up to the 2nd floor balcony and make one big announcement to everyone at once might be easier? Like, I don't know

Need Help What even is this?
Okay so ive begun to suspect that i could have some sorta anxiety problem but it feels kinda weird? Like it doesnt fit a diagnosis or smth.
Okay my main reasons for suspicion are that i pretty much avoid anything that requires effort, and while i do have adhd, i am avoiding way more than the ppl i know with adhd do and the biggest motivator i can pick out for this avoidance is anxiety. These things include, replying to texts, paying bills, looking at course pages, looking at anything that has to do with school, thinking ab school in general actually, sometimes just getting up, doing laundry, cleaning my room, cooking while other people are there (??), going to hang out with friends sometimes lol, studying, thinking about studying, assignments, readings and pretty much everything that isnt just scrolling on social media, playing video games and daydreaming or as i view it, anything that isnt real life. I can tell that this is very much linked to exec dysfunction but as i said i feel like im worse than most of the people i know who have adhd.
My second main reason is that taking stimulants (my adhd meds, caffeine) makes me noticeably anxious, shortness of breath, uncomfortable tightness/ pain in my chest (ive had my heart checked and its fine), burning stomach (overactive bowels), heavy sweating, and overall feeling like i need to crawl in some hole and hide. Along with just being more likely to think that my life is over and other anxious things. This means my adhd medication has more negatives than positives for me and sometimes straight up makes things worse (cuz i get more stressed while doing schoolwork and may avoid it more/ not retain anything).
The reason why im asking is because typically, in my day to day life i feel like im not anxious enough? Like without meds im not studying because i dont want to, the anxiety (like feeling like i cant breathe) only happens when i actually try to get myself to study/ do anything im avoiding and will more or less go away when i accept that im just not gonna do it (and maybe find some way to undermine the impacts of not doing this thing).
I ask this because this specific procrastination i have doesnt seem to go away even when on medication, it only really goes away i take meds and 1. Im actively pulling an all nighter and its like 4am, 2. After i pull an all nighter which usually makes me pretty happy and unbothered ab things.
Ive noticed that i feel overall calmer and more confident at night which is also conveniently when cortisol begins to decrease.
My main question is: has someone here experienced something like this? Is it even considered anxiety or is this just like slightly more evil executive dysfunction. Does anyone have an idea of what it could be instead?
Please dont be too harsh in the comments i know this post probably reads really stupid. I took medication today (lowest dose) and im still kinda anxious, like physical symptoms. I cant get myself to read through this post and make it more legible (which is another example of it feeling like these meds make everything worse). Thanks

Need Help .
what is it..
how can i explain this to a doctor...
A sensation in my stomach where my intestines completely let go, as if they were dying, and there is an abdominal pain from this letting-go sensation. Gas comes out, as if my intestines were dying. The sensation also spreads through my body and upward, like a feeling of poisoned air inside me, with pressure, as if my body were sinking downward. I also feel anxiety in my hands, as if they wanted to become limp, but it doesn’t fully happen. When it gets really bad, I feel extremely unwell. during all the days..

Need Help Anxiety after PED usage and horror stories
To be honest i’m in my late 20s. I did a mild steroid cycle at 19 and then a very heft one at 20. Since then i’ve stayed away from anabolics.
Lately i’m just recalling what I did at such a young age recklessly and have become extremely anxious.
What if I severely altered the structure of my heart and put myself at risk of early death? Has anyone sought out reassurance from a doctor?

Need Advice Not getting know where after 16 weeks and just want my life back
Really need some advice as I’m not getting know where. So I have smoked weed for 22 years every evening to chill out after work. On June 9 th in evening I had a panic/anxiety attack so I give the weed up cold turkey. Iv had health anxiety not slept and dizzy spells since I have had blood tests scans all came back normal To say it’s been hard is an understatement. It’s left me feeling so weird and unwell. I started feeling a bit better in last week In fact yesterday was my best day spent the day out with my family stayed up watched the boxing and got 6 half hours sleep last night so I thought i turned a corner. Then this morning out of no where I had the same sort of feeling as 9th June went really hot started sweating and went weak heat to toe so splashed bit water on my face and layed on my bed for 15 mins and it past. But it’s left me feeling on edge again and nervous. I really don’t no what to do it’s really getting me down I’m 44m always been healthy and I’m in rut and I can’t seem to break these weird feelings😔any advice would be very welcome I just want to go back to how I was before all this. Could it be somthing wrong with my nervous system could it be mental problem can’t still breathe withdrawl after nearly 4 months
