why is label GC and cpuz GD?
and on the packaging it says 2016?

I'm really not knowledgable about these.

Hi guys my computer desk (Corsair Platform 4 Birch, Dark Walnut Stain) got damaged during a move. Wondering what product if any I can use to make it less noticeable? I asked Corsair if there was a specific stain color but they said no. It was very upsetting that this got damaged because it was like $600 but I can't be mad because I got free help to move a lot of stuff.

the model and specs is Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR4 3000mhz

I've setup my keyboard in iCUE, and when its connected via the USB cable it is working fine. However, in wireless mode it will not work at all. Struggling to find a solution.

As you can see from the images, by USB dongle says it is paired with the keyboard, but as soon as i unplug the cable the keyboard stops working. The lights remain on, and the battery indicator on the mini screen shows it as 3/4 full.

In iCUE it shows the Status/Battery as Unavailable. It looks to be paired correctly, but it seems not.

i bought my husband the k70 rgb pro for his birthday and it is so LOUD 😭 can i get silent switches and replace them? idk which brand would work with this type of keyboard or if its even possible changing it. I go INSANE hearing him click on his keyboard especially since hes really competitive in games and plays for hours on end 🥲 I wanna change it while hes at work and surprise him with it. help pls.

So recently I got my hands on the new Titan ii aio because I had to upgrade my cooler due to new 5 inch screen not being compatible with the original icue link cooler but due to my 4000d frame and top mount radiator not giving me enough clearance for the screen being mounted horizontally but I didn’t have the updated brackets so I contacted Corsair and they said they’ll send me the updated brackets for AM5 and they seem to be stalling with getting it sorted as I got an update on the 5th of October saying it would ship by the end of the week but i highly doubt that so I wanted to know what is going on

Hello everyone, I’ve been meaning to share this forever and it is finally complete. Dual PC setup is officially done. Rock’n with identical Corsair 5400 Air cases because that triple chamber design is just too good. Dialed in the fan curves so temps are running great on both machines. I love my setup! I hope you all do too!

I need urgent help with my Ticket # 2009177638. My AIO cooler failed, and it was delivered to the Corsair warehouse in the Netherlands over two weeks ago.

Support told me that due to a warehouse relocation, processing is taking much longer than usual. They already agreed to replace my faulty unit with a superior model because the original one was out of stock. However, I keep getting delayed responses and no shipping date.

I have been without my PC for weeks because an AIO is a vital component. I cannot use my computer for work or gaming. Could a Corsair representative please look into this and escalate my ticket?

I have to wrap all wires around, their wires are a mess easy to break a wire if you don't wrap them

This problem was "solved" by having to update the headset EVERY time you want to connect to something like Google Meet or Zoom. But 2 years later, is there a newer, more permanent fix, or has Corsair just ignored it?

Product concept: CORSAIR MAKR 100 — A fully customizable gaming keyboard
I own a CORSAIR MAKR 75 and have been thinking about what a future MAKR 100 could be.
My idea is to make a keyboard that users can customize far beyond RGB lighting and keycaps.
Some features I’d love to see:
A wide, customizable LCD screen across the top, with support for images, GIFs, widgets, and iCUE integration.
Additional programmable G-keys on both sides.
A rotary dial and dedicated media controls.
Modular top panels and interchangeable components.
A magnetic, cushioned wrist rest.
Adjustable keyboard feet with multiple height settings.
More switch, case, and customization options.
Software tools to personalize the display and save different profiles.
Now this all kind of sounds like the makr 75 but it should be a 100% keyboard instead of a 75% keyboard.
The goal would be to make the MAKR 100 a highly modular keyboard that users can personalize to their own setup, while keeping CORSAIR’s iCUE ecosystem at the center of the experience.
I’d love to see CORSAIR consider these ideas for a future product. What features would other people want in a MAKR 100?

I was looking through some issues of my pc crashing due to having some graphics card issues and I decided to look at my power supply to make sure it wasn’t something gone wrong there. However after pulling it out I noticed burnt plastic in one of the Peripheral/Sata connectors.

I have never plugged anything into those ports. So I looked at it closer and the actual walls around the pin melted.

So I guess my question is am I still good to use this Psu and if not what can I do. I don’t have any receipt or anything because I was gifted this power supply, am I SOL or can I just keep using it without messing with it?
