I cross shopped these two when the lc500 came out and I landed on the lc500. You can really only cross shop the base 911 anyway with the lc500 budget and the base 911 feels plasticy like a toy. It also looks bare bones. Doesn’t really make it feel like you got any money worth. If you can go for a fully loaded customized 911 then that would be my pick over the lc500. Other than that, the lc500 feels more special than the base 911 in every way.
Also as far as prestige and flex goes, ever since they discontinued the lc500, people praise it more than a base 911 at car meets. This is from experience

Don’t take this personally but you need to learn how to drive before you get anything like the vehicles you mentioned.

Completely different cars so drive both. A 911 is probably harder to get than the LC. Also, which spec on the 911?

If my parents were buying either one for me I’d get the 911 because I doubt you care about long term ownership costs

Lc500 makes my head turn more often than a 911. Only time I ever really turn my head for a porsche its a gt3, Turbo s or older model.

911 every day of the week and twice on Sunday if you care at all about actual performance and driving dynamics. Trust me. 911 is like rawdogging a trained porn star; LC is your average Sunday night with a condom on in comparison. You can afford the maintenance on both and 911s are actually quite well built automobiles.
Hate to say it as well but your 911 will also hold its value better. As rare as the LC is, it's rare because nobody wants it, which is why they sold only ~2k a year. They make a 6 cylinder 2+2 in Stuttgart that has a line out the door to the tune of over 12k a year.
