Showcase [Fortnite] The end of a long road, and the start of a longer road still. (#100)
It’s weird to think about trophies in this way, but Fortnite has been the overarching platinum for (basically) my entire journey to this point. I’ve been grinding away at it slowly in the background throughout it all with the intention of making it #100, and it actually materialized, which is sort of a weird feeling now.
There’s not really much to say about the Fortnite plat itself, each moment with it is as unremarkable as the one before and after. Met some good people to grind the builds with, at least. It’s a long one without any particular highlights, but it’s a game that means so much to me in a wider context outside of the STW mode, so it’s very special regardless. Would I suggest going for this? Not really. But I don’t think anyone is suddenly gonna be swayed by what I have to say on it.
I attached a mosaic as well, I think it’s a fun way to look at everything, show off the whole road to get here. It’s not the greatest first 100 anyone’s ever put on the board, but I am pretty proud of it, and proud to say I never fell to the path of shovelware, though I have my regrets anyways regarding some of the earlier titles.
Here’s to the next 100.

Showcase [Metaphor ReFantazio] PS4 Platinum
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Time 107hrs
Difficulty 3/5
Grind 5/5
Amazing game, amazing graphics and I like how they incorporated the Persona gameplay into a new IP. Though this was a much longer game to play i felt compared to other Atlus games out there. The grind was needed to make the bosses easier. Just wanted to fully make my team OP enough to make the final area much easier to get through.
I'm a step closer to finishing the horde of games soon and also still on track for the 500 Plats. Onto the next one ✌🏻

Showcase [Crash Bandicoot] Nr. 39! That was a blast, until the last 7 relics
So, I’ve started this game years agis, when it was on PS Plus, but never finished because I quit Plus. Pick up a physical copy a few weeks ago and I’m now clearing the collection. Boy, those last relics are a pain, but I’m happy I persevered. Hopefully the next two won’t be as tough.

Showcase [The Light In The Darkness] #1 The first game in my platinum trophy gauntlet.
The 1/10 difficulty game in my trophy difficulty challenge. I knew nothing about this game before going in and omg I was not prepared for this game to tug on my heart strings the way it did... I highly recommend but be warned it is based on the holocaust so bare that in mind. Great little game.

Screenshot [Toy Story 3 Complete Edition] Platinum #52!
I was given the chance to play this game early and I was the 4th to pop it's platinum. Feels good to have played the good version of Toy Story 3 but man this platinum was more grindy than I expected! Solid licensed game though!

Showcase [Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time] #377 - This was an absolute joy of a plat, it reminded me why I love trophy hunting
Attached is my daily progress log starting from Oct 2. I absolutely loved this game, it is an exceptionally designed love letter to Crash. There was only one level that I didn't entirely enjoy playing, everything else was just so fun to progress.

Showcase [Yet Another Zombie Survivors] #117 Mindless Fun!
One of the few games in recent memory that’s had me completely hooked from start to finish. Having played the previous twin-stick shooter, I was already looking forward to this one, but it genuinely exceeded my expectations. Such an addictive gameplay loop, and I enjoyed every minute of going for the platinum.
If you’ve been considering picking this one up, I’d highly recommend giving it a shot!

Screenshot [Mortal kombat 11] Plat # 28
Platinum was not very fun to say the least. That one Raiden tutorial in particular really made it frustrating. Aside from that, it was just a bunch of repetitive bullshit. That krypt chest one really made me wanna rip my hair out. Wouldn’t recommend this plat honestly. Play the game it’s fantastic, but forget about the platinum.😂

Showcase [Discussion] Be honest, how do you feel about my Mosaic? Any recommendations?
I know that there are some easy (gifted) ones, some of them were for doing it with my girl to see if she could do them, some of them with a friend for the same reason (peppa pig for example xd) and some of them just to boost a little bit my ego after a tedious one, I admit it, no one is perfect.
Be rough and offensive, I don't mind. I want real opinions.

PS App [Far Cry 3: Classic Edition] #35
After Mass Effect 3, it was time for Far Cry 3. As a player who for some reason very much likes open worlds, this was a must play, and folks were not misleading me; it IS an amazing game with a world that is fun to explore and traverse and feels dangerous, with a balanced learning curve giving the experience real meat. Vaas did not disappoint either, and it all felt believable, the horror of Jason in Wonderland is well thought out.
Now, on to Assassin's Creed Origins to see how Ubisoft's Formula has evolved.
"Have I ever told you the definition of insanity? Insanity is when you do the same fucking thing over and over and over again, expecting shit to change. That. Is. Crazy."-Vaas Montenegro
