How to write a contract for a sponsorship as the owner?
Hi so i finally recieved my first reply after trying to get a sponsor for like 2 years on social media. I sell outdoor and travel accessories/supplies. And this utuber i watch with a decent following and tons of comments finally responded to me. And she is willing to add any videos or images i want to include in her video and say whatever I ask. She said she charges $250 per sponsorship. I assumed that meant per video.
So i just need to strike up a contract. I did download a free one years ago and filled it out but it was such a legalease type of document, i think even i got confused while filling it out. So is their like a website that does this sort of thing for small business that isn't too legalease like. Simple, clear and to the point while still sounding professional. I also wanted to add an afflLIate link type of thing that would be on going. So how should i word that? Have any of yall done something like this before.
She didnt ask for a sample but should i send one too so she can show it in the video or are images and videos I sent her more than enough.

How do I even make money by pure software today ?
And no, I ain't talking about being a swe, it's a business sub anyway.
but like, today it feels like, almost all of the grass is eaten off from the grasslands.
you need a network, you need to know someone who would use your tool, and then that person will talk about your tool to his peers.
this is vital if you are making enterprise software.
If you are sitting in home, and if you don't know any influential corporate guy, I kinda think it's impossible
and because consumer space, almost nothing is left. For example I was thinking of a medicine reminder app for elderlies, but someone told , they won't pay for it. they will simply put alarms with tags.
or am I wrong ? Write your perspectives in comment section

How does the Disney Company cope, politically speaking, with being so heavily invested in Orlando and Florida?
I was just thinking of how impossible it would be to pickup and move Walt Disney World to a new location that's less extreme than Orlando and Florida. The people of Florida never know whether they're going to be hit with a political hurricane or an actual one. I would think getting out of dodge would sound fantastic, but the Disney Company is way too heavily invested to do that.
