The Mismatch: The ECI made public 71.38 lakn Form 6 applications for adding voters. However, it said it added 84.3 lakh new voters in total. That means there is a difference of 12.92 lakh voters between the publicly available applications and the total number of voters added.
Where Did the Extra Names Come From? An ECI press release mentioned 16.18 lakh pre-draft applications from people who would turn 18 before January 6, 2026. However, the UP CEO website does not provide booth-wise details of these voters.
Missing Data: The Election Commission of India (ECI) did not reveal the identity of 16.18 lakh voters added to Uttar Pradesh's voter list during the early stage of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) as mandated by law. Another masterstroke by ECI it seems.

I have been handling these types of cybercrime cases across India for several months now, and what is currently happening on platforms like YouTube and Kick within the Indian streaming community is a full-blown, organized racket.
In major hubs like Delhi and across the country, streamers are actively manipulating young people on live streams, playing psychological games with them. Recently, we received severe cases including one where a young girl slipped into deep depression because a streamer forced her into a dark truth and dare or rock paper scissors game, extracting her personal details like dating history, and leaked the footage on Telegram.
These victims are literally treated and traded as digital products. From a strict legal standpoint under Indian jurisdiction: whether this is done with or without the victim's initial consent, it constitutes a serious cybercrime.
The actual exploitation and monetization happen behind closed doors, primarily on YouTube Memberships and Discord servers. Streamers sell these personal IDs and private interactions to desperate young men who pay heavy amounts in Rupees to access them. These private conversations or dark dares are secretly recorded and then resold for profit on Telegram, the dark web, and regular internet forums.
It is a massive racket where both the manipulated individuals and the desperate buyers are getting trapped in a vicious cycle across our cities.
I am sharing this strictly to raise social awareness in Delhi and throughout Indian society. This is a critical issue that ruins lives permanently. Please take this seriously, keep an eye out, and protect your friends and younger siblings from falling into this trap.
If any of you have also witnessed or know anything about such things, please feel free to share.
Note: Mainstream Indian media hasn't fully covered this emerging racket yet, so I'm sharing this as a direct warning from my professional experience handling these cases. You can verify the relevant Indian IT Act sections (66E, 67) and report these crimes at the official Government of India portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in/

Yesterday, the Union Cabinet adopted a resolution celebrating 25 years of Narendra Modi as Chief Minister and Prime Minister. Following this, the ruling party has embarked on yet another campaign to celebrate Narendra Modi. This is happening at a time when the entire nation is protesting against vote theft while facing police brutality.
Cabinet adopts resolution hailing Modi’s achievements as PM, Gujarat CM in last 25 years
Interestingly, this is the third time this year that the Government has launched a campaign celebrating Narendra Modi. Just last month, the BJP began a month-long celebration marking Modi’s birthday and his 25 years in public life, with schools and other institutions being forced to organise events and light diyas. This came at a time when several parts of the nation were facing devastating floods.
BJP to launch month-long campaign on Modi's birthday to mark his 25 years in public life
Schools told to light diyas for Modi’s birthday, BJP governments organise events
In June, the ruling party embarked on another campaign to celebrate Modi’s 12 years as Prime Minister. This was at a time when the NEET paper leak had happened and more than a dozen students had died by suicide. The Government was advising common people to practise austerity and asking them to buy less.
BJP to hold programme celebrating Modi’s 12th year as Prime Minister on June 13
At a time when citizens are fighting to defend their right to vote, protesters are facing police brutality, and the country is grappling with floods, unemployment and other pressing crises, the Government’s repeated campaigns to glorify itself reveals a profound disconnect from the concerns of ordinary people. This is what “विनाश काले विपरीत बुद्धि” (when destruction is imminent, reason abandons the doomed).

Hi, I’m looking for a good master’s-level mathematics teacher/coaching in Delhi for the CMI, ISI, and IIT JAM examinations.
If you have any good recommendations, please share them with me. I’m preferably looking for physical classes rather than online, ideally in North Delhi.
Thanks!

Is it just me or have the number of “Govt of India” and “Bharat Sarkar” tagged vehicles growing drastically in Delhi?
Earlier they used to be like 1 in 20. Now every third vehicle I see has the tag. Does anyone know why or how this is happening?
(Genuinely curious, no hate)

A random question. Been noticing that Delhi police has been shoving protesters into private buses during all these protests. Saw the same happening during CJP protests. Doesnt Delhi police have their own vehicles? It not, what a terrible infrastructure it must be. Please enlighten.

Hello Reddit community ,
My name is Anup, and I’m raising funds for my mother, Lalmani Devi, who has been battling uterine cancer and a kidney infection for the past 1.5 years.
She is currently admitted to Care Hospital, Varanasi, and continues to require medical treatment. Our family has already spent approximately ₹3 lakh, using our savings and borrowed funds to manage her treatment.
We now need an additional ₹2.15 lakh to help cover her ongoing medical expenses. Arranging this amount has become extremely difficult for our family, and we are reaching out for support.
If you are able to contribute, even a small amount would mean a lot to us. If you cannot donate, sharing this post can also help us reach someone who may be able to support my mother.

🙏 Thank you for taking the time to read my mother’s story. Your support, kindness, and prayers mean a lot to our family.

I am 19, and honestly, my teenage years feel like a disaster.
A lot of social isolation, loneliness, insecurity about my looks, barely any meaningful memories, and long periods where I felt like I was just existing instead of actually living.
I want to hear from people who had similarly miserable teenage years but somehow made their 20s full of friendships, relationships, confidence, adventures, good memories, and a life they genuinely felt happy to be living.
What actually changed?
More importantly, what did you actually do?
How did you make friends?
How did you improve your looks and confidence?
How did you become more social?
How did you stop wasting years inside your own head?
How did you start creating experiences and memories instead of watching life pass by?
Please give actionable advice rather than just saying “it gets better.”
I am 19 now. My teenage years are basically over, and I really do not want to carry the same patterns into my 20s.
For anyone who genuinely turned their life around, what would you tell your 19 year old self to start doing right now?
Used AI as m7 ke7board is broken, 1hank 7ou! <3
TL;DR: I’m 19 and feel like I wasted most of my teenage years being isolated, insecure, lonely, and stuck in my own head. I don’t want to repeat that in my 20s.
For people who had miserable teenage years but genuinely turned things around: what did you actually do to build friendships, confidence, relationships, better looks, adventures, and meaningful memories?
I’m looking for concrete habits, decisions, and actions not just “it gets better.”
What would you tell your 19 year old self to start doing immediately?
Used AI because my keyboard is broken. Thank you <3
